I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

How time flies! One month has passed before I could take any notice of it. This is the start of my freshman year in Fudan University. At the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. But now, everyday and in everyway, I am getting better;I am getting used to it.

I would like to tell you two things in my university life that are of great importance and interest.

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." But when I really entered university, I find the real situation is different.Freedom costs me a lot. If I refuse to wash my clothes, for example, they will just lay there, unclean. As a sophomore, I am feeling the time flies. Recalling about the past one year, so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. At this time, I just can’t tell my real idea. The memory is just like so fresh, and all the things happened yesterday!

When first day I came to University, I really feel that the school is very good, but at the first sight of the dormitory, something disappointing come up to me! The condition of the dormitory is really very poor with only one room, no lavatory! I saw something sad in my father’s eyes, maybe that time he thought of the poor condition! So with a big smile on my face, I told my father” it doesn’t matter, Dad. In this kind of condition, I will get myself better!” My father felt better. But when he was coming back, seeing his back, I just wanted to cry! And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice, but I can’t understand them! Again, I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling, and then I said to hello to them! Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. The highest trainer sent me to clean the toilet, although, it didn’t means insulting to my dignity, but I was really sad about myself and my heart was hurt. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. (Writing here I can’t help laughing out loudly).

人类的现代生活正在高速发展，我们不得不惊叹信息科技是多么强大。信息传递是经过不断演变才有了现在的多样性。在几千年的历史长河中，信息传递是怎样变化的呢?

早在人类出现时，信息已经开始了传递。最原始的传递无外乎声音和动作传递信息。为了方便，人们也使用了结绳记事。步入文明社会后，人类便在动物的甲壳上记录，于是在那时有了人类最早的文字——甲骨文。随之延伸出在石头、器皿、木头等上面记录。经过漫长演化，牛皮纸、白纸、宣纸等一些比较轻便的记录工具产生了。还有烽火、驿站、鼓声……传递信息记录的物体，更近一步。

电被利用后，人类发明了电视、电报、传真机、电话和各种电力传递信息的工具，报纸也成了当时重要途径，一直延续到现在。20世纪电脑诞生了，接着网络也出现了，信息传递有了一个很大的转折点。人们可以通过网络了解信息、传递、制造信息，生活因此更方便了。如今电脑还在变化，我们的生活也更快地前进了。如今，还出现了QQ和漂流瓶等传递信息的方式呢。

是的，信息传递的演变可谓天翻地覆地经过，代表着人类文明越来越飞快地变化，我们也能了解生活、思考生活，如今信息如此方便，不出门便能知天下事。只要我们好好利用信息，就能获得许多益处。

我们的生活真美妙，信息带给我们的不仅是方便，也带给我们很多启发。这是个信息传递无比发达的年代，真是“秀才不出门能知天下事”啊!

一滴小小的卤水，翻云覆雨，将难以下咽的大豆变成美味可口、易于吸收的豆腐，大豆的命运从此改变。创新就如同卤水一样，可以改变人生。创新是人类发展过程中必不可少的方式方法，创新是推动人类社会向前发展的动力。卤水改变的大豆的命运，春光心照亮了我们的人生。

创新如一滴春雨，引发一个民族的春天。

清时的百年中，国民已经饱尝了不创新就要落后，落后就要挨打的滋味，所以随着有知人士的创新，至今，中华民族立足改革、发展、创新，终于在世界民族之林有了一席之地。身为21世纪的青年人，我们是社会上最具有活力的一部分，更应该用知识武装自己，让“中国制造”的标签更多的换成“中国创造”，让中国更优雅，更更具自信的屹立与世界民族之林。

一块普通的豆腐引发了我们深入的思索，这地小小的卤水就是创新的星光，只有不断的创新，我们才能像豆腐一样闪出大豆没有的美丽亮光，国家才能持续发展，一次的创新不能一劳永逸，祖国要永恒屹立不倒，我们必须不断创新。

[初中英语作文：愉快的暑期生活

随着时间的流淌，共享时代悄无声息地到来了。在还没认清共享时代的意义时，它已经在潜移默化地改变着人们的生活了。共享单车就是共享时代的一个典型产物。

共享单车大概是从一年前就出现了吧。当时只有摩拜单车的存在。我当时只能在路边看到一两辆这种橘红色的单车，相较现在的规模，可谓差了十万八千里！可我已经觉得有些奇怪了：路边怎么会出现一模一样的自行车呢？天真的我还以为，是因为这种自行车十分流行，于是家家户户都去抢购了吧！可当我到运动商场逛一圈下来，却发现这种橘红色的车一辆也没有卖。那我就更奇怪了。直到后来摩拜单车日益增多，我才明白，原来它是共享单车！

当我知道摩拜单车的来历后，每天放学坐车回家时，为了消磨时光，就沿途数车，一路数回家。我还记得以前我数到十辆以上就已经兴奋不已！后来我竟数到了三十辆，兴奋了许久。直到后来有一天，数到的数量破百了，我才终于认识到：现在摩拜单车规模已经日益壮大了。从路边零星的几辆一直到占满了路边的白线框，人们对单车的需求量也在渐渐扩大着。

摩拜单车不仅数量在增多，质量也在不断提高，方便人们的使用。最开始的时候，摩拜单车是单链的，是一个前所未有的设计，于是也有它的弊端：骑起来非常重。后来小黄车出现了。比起笨重的摩拜，人们当然更喜欢骑轻盈的小黄车。摩拜自然不能允许小黄车把自己的生意抢了去，于是改进了自行车的构造，出了轻摩拜。随着共享单车的品种不断增多，我也注意到摩拜单车也在不断进步。现在，重摩拜已经十分少见，但有一种车形态类似重摩拜，却是轻的，只不过踩的圈数要多些罢了。

在质量方面，我觉得最好的就是摩拜了。但也免不了它的一些弊端，比如网速慢，刷了半天打不开的情况。有的小黄车车把摇摇晃晃，骑起来不安全；电动自行车也常常出现没电的情况。不过还有一些是人为的：我曾看到有辆小黄车的二维码和数字码都给涂得干干净净；电动车的电池被偷了，取而代之的是满满的水，等等……人性的善与恶在这时反而能更好地体现出来，值得让我们反思。

不过，不管怎样，比起这些坏处，共享单车还是给我们的生活提供了许多方便。爸爸送完我上学就骑车去上班；妈妈每天骑车去菜场买菜……如果共享单车突然消失了，我们恐怕还真要不习惯。共享时代给我们的生活带来了改变，使我们的生活更美好。让我们一起珍惜这份美好，保护共享资源吧！
