People’s lifestyle is closed related to our living environment. However, the excessive carbon dioxide emitted into the air has seriously damaged our living environment. The tsunamis, floods and severe droughts caused by the global warming are the biggest threat to people all over the world. The earth seems to be angry with human beings.

The only way to solve the problem is to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide sent into the air. Many measures can be taken. First, people can ride bicycles or walk instead of driving cars to work. Second, less plastic shopping bags should be used. Most important of all, people should be fully aware that we should start now to protect our world before it is too late.

I really had a busy and happy winter holiday. I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day. I like drawing so much that I spent lots of time drawing pictures and read books about drawing every day. 小伙伴的嘲笑，试卷上的红叉，让我明白了不能骄傲。

后来，我又被棋所吸引。一次次，我满怀信心地与他人对奕。结果，却垂头丧气以失败告终。

不服输的我怎么会对此不闻不问?于是，我将每一次的失败记在心里，慢慢分析，找出对方的秘诀，记住自己失败的原因。在通向成功的道路上，我披荆斩棘，不懈努力，只为了心中一个梦想——超过对手!这个美好的梦想支撑着小小的我，使我不向任何一个困难低头。上天不会让苍鹰吃稻草。在我经历了上百次的失败后，我终于将对手——比我大5岁的初中生打败了。

无论是泪水还是微笑，无论是失败还是成功。这都是生活所教给我的。

有一次，我走在金黄的沙滩上，走了好长时间。蓦然回头，看见沙滩上一排排的脚印，就觉得每一个脚印都是一次经历，无论结果如何，我都从中吸取了成功的经验，失败的教训。

这些都使我变得更加充实。

其实，生活教给我的，又何止是“不能骄傲”和“不向困难低头”?当然不是，生活教给我的，还有很多很多……

I am Mike, a Chinese boy. I have a plan about next weekend. First I am

going to read magazine on Saturday morning. It’s my favorite. And then I will go

to the zoo with my parents because they have promised me. On Sunday, I will go

to the book store and buy an English book. After that, I have to do some

homework.
