My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. At that very moment, I was impressed immediately by the beautiful campus, the enthusiastic students and the good learning atmosphere. I fell in love with the campus at once.

First, studying on the campus gives me lots of pleasure. After some very arduous military training, I became absolutely absorbed in my studies. Different from high school courses, the courses in university are specific and interesting. I can get information not only from teachers in class, but also outside of class, such as in the library, on the Internet and so on. These courses arouse my insatiable desire for knowledge and make me learn and digest as much as I can. To be frank, I had some difficulties in keeping up with my teachers at first, but later with the help of my teachers, I made remarkable progress. Learning is a long process, and I will continue to be a learner throughout my life.

Besides, social activities on campus provide me with more chances to learn. I will never forget the days I served as a volunteer at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. After some training in Chinese history and language skills both in Japanese and English, I endeavored to serve our distinguished guests from all over the world enthusiastically. I was a volunteer as well as a disseminator of our splendid culture. There was no doubt that I came across many difficulties at first, such as humid weather, language barriers and so on. Thanks to other volunteers’ help, I overcame those difficulties. When it was time to depart, I couldn’t help bursting into tears, because I had developed a deep friendship with other volunteers. In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal University life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal University life.

Those, however, are not what University life is all about. As we all know, University is wildly different from middle school. Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

I have spent a happy summer holiday now.The most enjoyable thing that happened during this summer was to swim with my brother.

My brother was a good swimmer ,who had swum for about 3 years.

We went swimming together on a hot sunny day to the nearest swimming pool.I liked the swimming very much because that day the sun was burning on us making us feel so hot.In the cool water we cooled down our bodies and exercised.

I imagine a lot about lives in the future. I think two words can summarize

my imagination. The first word is fast. In the future, we will have more quickly

somewhere outer space. People may can live in other planets. The second word is

convenient. Because of the fast development of our society, many work can be

I get up at seven o’clock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

the lucky-number has become increasingly popular in daily life of mordern socialty. for example, the number eight means big money which people like most, while the number four means death.

环境是我们自己的，所以一定要爱护自己的家一样爱护环境。你们是否经常会看到一些不良的习惯呢?比如说：大街上是否有一些垃圾，公路上是否经常有人在摘花，踩草坪?在垃圾箱旁边是否有人把垃圾扔在边上，轻视垃圾箱的存在呢?这种种问题都是说明人们不爱护环境。

如果你看到了这些你又会不会去阻止呢?对于大多数人来说，不会。因为你也经常会这么做，所以你认为是平常事，可在我看来不是的。花草也是有生命的，如果你的四肢被砍了，你是否会痛苦，甚至死亡。花的生命是有限的，它的有限的生命力为人间增添一种色彩，这谁说不是一种美德。草，给我们大自然一些绿色，让我们身边多一片清新，这又何尝不是一种奉献的精神。垃圾箱不惜把整洁的身体弄得臭哄哄，人们还轻视它的存在，真是不应该。

还有一些会让空气受到污染的东西，那就是汽车。在汽车的排气管上，会有一些黑色的烟出来，更严重的是大卡车，只要一开过，就会让人情不自禁地屏住呼吸，直至车远去。

为了让我们的空气更加清新，我建议大家要多多种树，让大树为我们制造更多的空气，还要少开汽车，低碳出行，多骑自行车，环保又能锻炼身体。还要少开空调，能用最好就用电扇吧!
