我开始习惯对某些烦心事忽略不计，也习惯了过滤掉班主任那些像耍脾气似的恶言恶语，为了减少抱怨，我习惯了在学校写完作业，车上背书回家好好放松的生活模式，这样不反轻松了许多，过滤掉那些讨厌的东西也让我心情愉快。

在习惯了这些之后，我再次审视以前的自己，发现“抱怨”是个既费时又费力的事，低效不节能也不环保。

I want to have a good preparation for the new study tasks. Secondly, I learn to be independent. I learn to cook, so that when my parents go out, they dont have to worry about me. Besides, I try hard to finish my work independently. I hope I can start to handle my own affairs by myself. Through this summer holiday, I do well in this aspect. Finally, I play a lot in summer holiday, meeting friends, doing exercise and so on. I have a rich summer holiday.

上学期我小学毕业，这意味着下个学期开始，我就是一名初中生了，我开始期待我在新校园的生活了。同时这也意味着这个暑假，是属于小学的最后一个暑假。我决定过个不平常的暑假，首先，我将对初中课程做些预习，为新的学习任务做准备。其次，我要学会独立。学着做菜，这样爸妈出去时，不用担心我。此外，我努力学着独立完成自己的事情，自己的事自己做。经过这个暑假的努力，我在这方面做得很成功。最后，我也为暑假生活做了很多计划，见见朋友，做做运动等等。我度过的将是一个丰富的暑假。

随着科技的飞速发达，时代的快速发展，汽车已成为当今社会的重要工具，笔直发亮的柏油路上，一辆辆汽车飞驰而过。汽车现已普遍我们的生活，它开始慢慢影响着我们大众生活。

汽车给我们生活带来了巨大的方便。如今我们出行外出都离不开汽车。现在人们外出的交通工具都离不开汽车。汽车带来的最大的实惠就是速度和效率。人们想到哪就到哪，都有属于自己的交通工具。我们可以乘坐长途汽车，可以开着车在高速公路上飞驰，可以在公路上来来往往，也可以在乡村小路上吹着风，欣赏着田园美景！这种自由自在的生活是多么惬意啊！

再回首以前，都是坑坑洼洼的水泥路，那时还没有汽车呢！

现今随着各种汽车的出现，运输业逐渐壮大，目前的运输业大部分依靠的是汽车这一强大的行业，可以说汽车加速了时代的进程，加速了我们的进步！现在购买汽车的人越来越多，如此大的销售量和收入正说明着汽车已经来到了我们每个人的日常生活中，渗透到我们生活的方方面面中！

科技飞速发达，时代快速发展。有了汽车我们的生活得到了便捷，生活质量不断提高，汽车给我们的生活带来了巨大的改变，它已慢慢地影响我们的生活。

互联网的快速发展给我们的生活带来了太多的便利，网上购物、网上社交、网上阅读等等一系列在家足不出户，滑动下手机，移动下鼠标就能达到的事无疑成为人们的最大热爱。

因此，活在当下的人们很少能够放下手机，离开网络。然而“低头族”、“键盘侠”等种种网络带来的问题也早已数不胜数了。

然而人们何尝不为这种问题所反思？也许人们早已体会到了自己碎片化的生活，却对于这种杂乱零散的生活病态无能为力。毕竟在社会的压力和外界的促使下，任何一个违背大流，与绝大多数人站在对立方的角色都是渺小的。

然而如何才能让我们不被碎片化的生活所影响心态和认知呢？

最重要的是改变自己，沉静内心，首先，我们一定要清晰自己的目标。很多人都知道被手机所奴役的危害，但是仍然有很多人喊着“放下手机，远离网络”的口号，却还是乐此不疲的滑动着手机，宁愿被毫无营养的八卦文章冲击成生活的一盘散沙，却也不愿意将碎片化的生活拼接成一个完整的图案。此时，我们需要设立个目标，或者说是制定一个规范的计划，每当面对网络欲罢不能时，就要告诉自己应该放下手机，去为自己的目标奋斗，美好年华不应该如此荒废。

其次，我们要保持自己的个性，抛弃跟风的念头。说到“跟风”，便又想起了前几年风靡一时的冰桶挑战，无数明星都将冰冷的水从头顶倾泻而下，然而起初的善意却变了味，随着陈光标的造假事件的发生，到底是出于善意还是借助炒作博取眼球，这个问题也很难辨别了。又好比最贴近生活的网络点赞现象，起先也仅仅表示一种鼓励点赞之意，然而渐渐的“点赞”却暗含讽刺，贬低之意，经常使人们误解，所以放弃跟风，活出自己的生活，不被外界的事物所影响，看似简单，想要真正做到还是很有难度的。

在面对碎片化的生活时，确实很难改变他人的意愿和想法，但是想改变自己，便很容易了，如果我们一直心怀目标，就不用担心生活变成一盘散沙，如果我们独立，保持个性，保持着一颗“举世皆浊我独清，众人皆醉我独醒”的心态，我们便很难被外物所奴役，碎片化的生活也会变得完整有序。
