大家已经习惯了充满怨气的生活，偶尔愤青一下甚至是议论老师们。习惯之后就很难改变，我每天都在努力的克制自己不要去想，但抱怨就像不受控制似地脱口而出。总而言之，经过了一段时间的改善，换硬币的次数也勉勉强强的降到了个位数，而我也发现了一些改变。

我开始习惯对某些烦心事忽略不计，也习惯了过滤掉班主任那些像耍脾气似的恶言恶语，为了减少抱怨，我习惯了在学校写完作业，车上背书回家好好放松的生活模式，这样不反轻松了许多，过滤掉那些讨厌的东西也让我心情愉快。

在习惯了这些之后，我再次审视以前的自己，发现“抱怨”是个既费时又费力的事，低效不节能也不环保。

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. How wonderful my future world is! How about you think about your future world, maybe better than mine!

When the summer holiday comes, I will be very happy, because my family and I will go to travel. I like travel so much, I can not only see the beautiful scenery, but also can spend the time with my parents. I feel so easy and don’t have to study, I just play and enjoy my moment. This is my most happy days.

当暑假来临时,我会非常高兴,因为我和我的家人要去旅游。我喜欢旅游,不仅可以看到美丽的风景,还可以花时间与我的父母在一起。我觉得很放松,不需要学习,我只玩和享受的时刻。这是我最快乐的日子。

近日，我们道南小学研学团走进了厦门科技馆，里面藏着许多的奥秘，等着我们去探索！在众多项目之中，我最喜欢的非“飞越影院”莫属了！

进入影厅，我们戴上4D眼镜，抓好扶手，电影就开始了！最先映入眼帘的是一只小恐龙，“啊——”“救命啊——”全场尖叫声此起彼伏，使我更心惊胆寒，瑟瑟发抖。“啊——”我大叫一声，因为有一条蛇出现在我眼前，伸出舌头，好像要把我吃了。“啊，不好！喷水了！”这时，我又感觉有水洒在我脸上，不用怀疑，又是一阵阵的尖叫声。这4D电影实在太逼真了，令人如临其境啊！

一天的研学结束了，我收获满满，暗下决心，以后一定要认真学习，积极探索科学奥秘，将来为祖国科技发展做贡献，让科技改变我们的生活，享受科学为我们生活带来的服务！

I have spent a happy summer holiday now.The most enjoyable thing that happened during this summer was to swim with my brother.

My brother was a good swimmer ,who had swum for about 3 years.

We went swimming together on a hot sunny day to the nearest swimming pool.I liked the swimming very much because that day the sun was burning on us making us feel so hot.In the cool water we cooled down our bodies and exercised.

It is the most joyful thing that has ever occured to me.

说起科技发展，相信大家首先想到的就是我国的航天技术，飞机，火车以及电视机，电脑 ，手机等这些伴随我们生活的东西。这些科技发展已经完全融入我们的生活，提高了我们的生活水平和生活质量。

说起航天技术，这可是个大咖，是一个国家现代技术综合发展水平的重要标志，一个国家的航天技术代表着这个国家的实力。我国最开始是仿制的苏联“P—2”导弹。然后中国独立研制的第一枚中近程导弹发射试验失败。然后到中国研制的中程导弹,中远程导弹,“东方红一号”人造卫星,返回式人造卫星。到实用通信广播卫星，试验性气象卫星“风云一号，以及后来的载人飞船。随着我们航空技术的不断发展，我们甚至还开展了太空授课活动。也是标志着我国的航天事业迈上了一个新的台阶。开创了航天事业的新篇章。 听爸爸说，以前只有煤球火车，利用煤燃烧释放的能量来启动。要好多个工作人员一起铲煤。跑完一趟，要让这些工作人员累得筋疲力尽。现在的火车方便多了，以前要走一天的时间，现在只需要一个小时就可以了，而且不需要把大家累得死去活来。大大缩短了人们到达目的地的时间，也节省了大量的人力和物力。由此可见科技的发展为我们的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化。

还有我们以前只能靠飞鸽传书，写信由人送来传递信息。可是随着科技的发展，我们的通讯工具也得到了改善。先有固定电话（只能固定到一个地方使用），随后有传呼机可以随身携带（只能接受到对方是在找你的信息），再随后有随身携带可随时与对方保持联系的手机。（最开始的手机很大，而且只能接听电话，现在我们的手机功能齐全除了可以打接电话，发信息之外，还可以照相，看电视，上网等等。） 或许以后我们的所有日常生活都可以用一个手机就可以完成。由此可见科技的发展让我们的生活变得丰富多彩。

但是作为一名普通的小学生来说，体会现实生活中发生在身边的事才是最实实在在的。有一次奶奶来接我放学，可是奶奶在爬梯坎的时候很费力。当时我就在想要是能有一种设备像电梯那样，让老年人和行动不方便的人能够行动自如那该有多好。有一次看电视，我偶然间看到一个“我爱发明”的节目正在播放一项发明——爬楼梯车。 一个叫谭正川的师傅为了改变老人们体力不足和行动不便给生活带来的困扰发明了四臂式爬楼梯车。刚开始发明的履带式爬楼梯车，在人们体验的过程中发现在小区的楼道中不能转弯也不能下楼。于是他又不断的实验，改造出了曲柄式结构爬楼梯车。这种改良虽然改变了不能转弯的缺陷但是依然不能很好的下楼。于是又进一步改造发明了四臂式爬楼梯车。最后在众多体验者中得到了广泛的认可。通过这个节目让我明白：要做好任何一件事都要虚心接受别人的意见，坚持不懈的努力才能成功。 为了我们的生活更加的绚丽多彩，让我们一起携手努力前进吧！
