There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

Last afternoon,our group stopped beside the threatre andbegan to exercise.A moment later,I could barely concentrate and my body wasshaking fiercely.We were asked to stand straightly and properly.I tried hard tohold on my pace,but then my brain started to go blank.Ninty percent of my sightwas covered by some sorts of shadows as if they’were starve devils,eating up mymind.With the help of my teachers,those annoying shadows graudually fadedaway.Then it just left me endless guilty and shame.I just wanna go home.

最近，我发现生活的环境有了很大的变化。随处摆小摊的少了，本是垃圾成群的，没有人管的小区变得干净了。如此看来，我们的生活得到了明显的改善。

有一次，我和妈妈去超市闲逛，过马路时，马路上没有红绿灯，好像我们有特权似的，一路上的车全停了下来。哦，原来是淮安正在创卫。机动车如果不礼让行人，不讲交通规则，横穿马路的话是要罚款200元的。非机动车也不能走反道，被逮到一次要罚款50元。现在也没有谁敢不礼让行人。在学校，老师规定我们要学会背并且默写社会主义核心价值观和八礼四仪，不断提升自己的文明素养。

一次双休日，我在房间里安静的读书，突然传来一阵嘈杂的吵骂声。一开始，我觉得声音很快就会没有了，谁知道吵架声越来越大，我忍不住了，气愤地跑下楼看是谁在吵架。只见有一群人围在那里，里面是一位保安和两个司机。司机正在破口大骂，保安也管不住。眼看就要打起来了，一位司机说：“你非要停在这里呀，你不能换一个地方停啊？”另一位司机说：“你就不能换个地方停吗？还说我呢！明明这个位置是我先看到的。”哦，我这才知道他们是在为一个停车位吵架。最后，一位在小区门口开小店的店主制止了他们说：“你们互相给对方道个歉，再赔点钱不就行了吗？”那两人才消停下来，互相给对方道个歉，“哼”一声走了。小区这才回到了往日的宁静。

那天有一个同学出了车祸，送去医院救回一条命，我提议让同学们一起去医院探望伤员，但无人理睬。他们坐在座位上低着头，写着作业，这个班里好像没有人一般安静，我顿觉自己呼吸发出的声音都是个错误。他们都在座位上写着作业，写字速度一样快，连那翻页的声音都整齐地刺耳。此时，语文老师进来了：“我说一下作业。”然而不同于刚才，29张脸齐刷刷地抬头，紧盯语文老师，手中的纸笔已经准备好，耳朵竖起都在认真地听作业。他们一直这样，对于和自己无关的事，他们的脑子仿佛有自动屏蔽功能，不会去搭理。我叹了口气，只好我自己去了。

坐在磁悬浮列车上，我想起儿时，班中有同学生病，大家都买礼物去探望。如今为人师表，我的工作很轻松，学生个个优秀，但却失去了当年同学间那种温暖的情谊。科技改变了生活，使家长放心，老师不用担心，但作为老师，我决不允许它改变孩子们最真挚的感情！

第二天上课，我对大家说：“咱们今天来玩一个数学游戏，我这里有一些图形，两两一样，你们要在同学中找到另一个拿相同图形的人！”但愿通过游戏能够让他们渐渐地和彼此之间熟悉起来。

星期天，同学们到我家来。玩耍过后，我们“小鬼当家”，做起了饭菜。刚打开煤气灶，火苗一下子蹿了上来，同学们一窝蜂拥了上来，满腹狐疑地问：“你家的灶怎么那么旺?我从没见过。”“这火怎么是绿色的?”……同学们个个疑团莫释，等着我解开这个谜。我告诉她们，这是沼气，靠一根管子通向沼气池，沼气池里面是猪粪和水，发酵后，就产生了沼气……

以前在我们农村，猪粪常常排放在沟里或河里，污染了环境，到处有苍蝇萦绕，使原本清澈见底的小河浑浊不堪、臭气熏天。这回科学利用猪粪，再也不会了。煤气也很浪费，一年要烧好几瓶，要知道，一瓶煤气要80多元钱呢!

现在好了，有了沼气，大大改善了农村卫生条件，农民的居住环境改善了，河水变清了，苍蝇蚊子减少了，降低了胃肠道疾病的传染率。沼气的利用使农民在收集燃料方面的劳动力的大幅度减轻了，而这些劳动的时间，则放在了参加活动上，既锻炼了身体，又提高了生活水平。在经济方面也不节省了。人们的生活越来越富裕，心情越来越舒畅。

同学们听了我的介绍恍然大悟：“哦!原来是这样呀!”“这沼气里面可还有科学技术呢!”“科学技术连农村也普及喽!”是啊，科学不但改变了城市，在我们农村也有了用武之处!

爸妈说：“这孩子离家这么久，怎么就一点也不想家呢?从来不给家里打电话，是不是平时我们沟通的太少了?”我笑了笑，无言以对，只是开玩笑道：“好男儿志在四方!”爸妈无言……

其实那只是我的一句自欺欺人的话，倦鸟方知归巢，何况是一个在外漂泊的游子。很少给家里打电话，因为不敢想，不敢仔细琢磨那些细细的忧愁，所以我一直在逃避着。

八个月没回家了，即使连过年也没回去一天。能不想家么?经常和现在的朋友提及我的家，那个生我养我的地方，在那里活了十七年，那里有我过去的一切记忆，有我的父母，有我的所有的亲戚，有我的母校，有我的老师，有我风雨同舟十多年的兄弟们……

我的家在坝上的康保，那里的每一条街道，每一片砖瓦，都对于我有一种特殊的情感。离开之后才知道那是世上最美的地方，在康巴诺尔草原上一切都是自在的，马自奔腾鸟自飞，云自舒卷风自吹!很怀念那种感觉，有时候连自己都说的腻了，但还是情不自禁的。

Low carbon life is popular nowadays. Its aim is to reduce the energy in our

daily life, especially reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. It is well-known

that the air pollution is more and more serious. So we should do something to

protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.
