In our daily life, we can learn something from some cases. However, from my

point of view, I think that it is essential for us to know ourselves in a right

way. People who have a full awareness of the importance to improve themselves

will discover themselves continuously. Therefore, we can say that if we want to

change ourselves, we must bravely reveal ourselves.

Every coin has two sides, and we are no exception. When we experience some

situations, we will find that there are many advantages of us. Thus, we can have

a huge sense of satisfaction. We may have a little pride, because we are happy

some disadvantages of us. These disadvantages will bring us different

Nowadays peoples life develops quite rapidly. Many things have changed

over the last century. Old buildings are relaced by skyscrapers. Telephone,

place in our life. We have stepped into Information Age. We are always enjoying

I am a middle school student. Though I’m busy with my lessons, my spare time is still colorful.

放学后我常常参加体育活动。我非常喜欢打篮球和踢足球。体育运动令我身体健康、学习也更加优秀。到了晚上，我常常会读点书。我认为书籍是我们最好的朋友，它教给了我们许多在学校里学不到的知识，所以读书大大充实了我的业余时间。

偶尔我也会看看电视、上上网，这倒是放松自己不错的方式，与此同时，还能开阔自己的视野。周末的时候，我经常帮父母做做家务：打扫房子、洗衣物、学做饭。在寒暑假，我有足够的时间，可以做的事情有很多，比如做一名志愿者，去帮助那些需要帮助的人们。这对我来说是一份宝贵的经验。总之，我乐享我的业余生活。

低碳生活Low-carbon Lifestyle

We can find it in many aspects,such as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel andso on. Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “low-carbon”lifestyle.

随着环境保护意识的传播，“低碳这个词在生活中变得很受欢迎。在许多方面都可以找到它，如低碳产品，低碳消费，低碳旅游等。总之，越来越多人提倡“低碳”生活方式。

Asimplied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of lifestylewhich aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much aspossible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving privatecars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energyas much as they can.

就像名字暗示的那样，“低碳”的生活方式，是一种旨在尽量降低生活中二氧化碳排放量的新型生活方式。例如，一些上班族不再以开私家车上班回家自豪，而是骑车或乘坐公共交通工具而感到骄傲。此外，他们提倡循环用水，尽可能多的节约能源。

Ascollege students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to reducethe emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light whenleaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action toarouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbondioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.

作为大学生，在日常生活中我们也做了一些贡献来减少二氧化碳的排放。例如，在离开的时候关灯，节约用水。而且，我们应该利用我们的知识，采取行动来引起别人对降低二氧化碳排放的重要性的关注并引导他们过“低碳生活”。

“夕阳无限好，只是近黄昏。”

夕阳，这样一个残缺的太阳，从那一刻起改变了我。

周六，快乐的铃声想起，同学们个个都欢呼雀跃着背起书包准备回家。而我却无力地趴在桌上不想动弹，为何?为了一张令我汗颜的试卷，为了令我无言面对老师的分数。本想再反思一会儿，却被劳动委员找到出来扫地的理由而拖出教师。站在走廊上，仍旧是趴着栏杆。泪已流尽，我只是数千次的诘问自己为何如此粗心大意。我渴望上天给我一颗“后悔药”，让我重考一次。

抬起头，望着自己平日里最喜爱的蓝天。刹那间，这个不经意的抬头却令我发现了食堂边老树中的一小束阳光，顺着光，寻找光源。是夕阳，是西下的夕阳。这般景色，难得一见。一颗老树。没有绿叶，却在树梢拥有一个太阳，火红火红的。夕阳把天空的浅蓝也染成了暗暗的淡红。当我还沉浸在此般美景中时，再抬头，怎么太阳就变半个了?我不甘心只欣赏到半个太阳的下落，于是我飞快跑到楼上，抓住栏杆，一睹她的芳容。或许是这难得的美景令我不得不将心中的不快与失落暂放一边。当再次看到完整的太阳时，我居然还开心地笑了。看着夕阳美景，脑中突然闪过一连串的疑惑：今天为何会这样在不经意间逝去?明天又会怎样?还会有这般宜人的夕阳吗?我明白了：对于那些未知的事物，我们才是主宰者。明天会是怎样是由它的主宰者来决定的。

旭日会东升，夕阳会西下，这是亘古不变的事实。不在乎明天是否会有日出壮景和日出美景，只要你心中有坚定的信念，同样的道理：不在乎中途是否会跌倒，只要心中有信念。泪水、漫天的幻想总是无济于事的。唯有不断地总结经验，在山重水复中磨练意志，这样便可安然地等待柳暗花明的欣喜。

不知不觉中，夕阳已经不复存在。但在宁静的校园中唯有一个等待与时间赛跑的少年。此后，课间多了一个奋笔疾书的身影，少了一个无所事事的行尸;多了一个珍惜时间的灵魂，少了一个虚度光阴的躯壳。

生活改变了我，教会了我珍惜时间，教会了我充实生命。

最近一个时期，我听到了“低碳生活”一词。通过看书了解，低碳生活是一种低消耗，低能量，低开支，从而减少二氧化碳的排放的生活方式。在查阅资料的过程中，我知道了保定是全国中小城市的试点城市，作为一名小学生，我能为低碳生活做点什么呢?

以前，我就每天把水拧到最大，洗手、洗脸每月都要耗水十几吨，现在，老师告诉我们要准备两个水桶，用来储存废水。废水可以用来冲厕所，拖地、浇花。用电也要节约，看完电脑或电视后，要把插座上的小红灯关掉，以便节约电源，尽量放假时白天写作业，晚上早关灯一小时，用那一小时的时间和家人散步。既节约了电源，又起到了减肥的作用，还增进了感情，真是一举多得呀!少用一次性物品(筷子、饭盒等)少用塑料袋，多用环保袋。出行最好步行，少开私家车，少做出租，多做公交车。这样就做到了“低消耗、低能量、低开支”的作用。

低碳生活，人人有责，让我先行，保护环境。
