当我醒来时，终于感受到阵阵痛楚，但却有一处完全麻痹，我将被子掀起，发现我的左脚竟然被包得像木乃伊一样。不幸中的大幸是我只伤到了左脚，但必须做三个月复建，而这三个月都得跟我最爱的运动说拜拜。但我忍下了痛苦，努力去做复健。

没想到复健竟然会比不能打球还痛苦，必须用双手撑起全身，还要单脚做伏地挺身，每天累到一躺上床就马上睡着。但我还是走过了，走过了那三个月的恶魔复健，重新站了起来。

走过这趟痛苦旅程，我可以完全感受身心障碍人士的痛，了解他们走过了多么艰难痛苦的旅程。我想，下次再看见周围有人需要帮忙，我仍然会伸出援手，义不容辞。

那天，爸爸妈妈带我去南阳口腔医院看牙。

等医生诊断完之后，说我的两颗门牙中间多长了一颗牙，由于这颗牙的原因我的另一颗门牙一直没法长出来，但这个多生牙好像又知道自己做错事了似的，迟迟不肯露出头来，所以医生决定把这颗多生牙拔掉。我一听非常紧张，使劲抱着爸爸，请求他让医生别拔了，爸爸安慰着我：“别紧张，一点都不疼，一点都不疼。再说只有拔掉了其它牙才能正常生长啊！”我的软磨硬泡没用，只有屈服了，老老实实地趟下了。

开始打麻药了，我看见医生拿着大大的钢针靠近我的时候，好像一个魔鬼拿着那呲牙咧嘴地对着我，我吓得瑟瑟发抖，赶紧闭上了眼睛。当麻醉针扎到我牙龈上得时候，虽然开始我强忍着，但实在太疼了终于忍不住哭了起来。开始拔牙了，这时候因为打过麻药了，不那么疼了，只看医生和护士阿姨又是拿夹子拔，又是拿锤子凿，在我嘴里一番折腾，费了九牛二虎之力终于把那颗多生牙拔了出来。我松了口气，心想总算拔完了。哪知还要缝针，为了让切开的裂口很快的长好，医生给我缝了三针。

从医院出来，吸了口凉气，天啊，钻心的疼，我赶紧把嘴闭上。太痛苦了。不过庆幸的是多生牙总算拔下来了，以后我的牙齿就能好好地成长了。

7月6日，妈妈为了让我的作文成绩有所提高，特意把我安排到了乡下的二姨家“体验生活”，并跟着当语文老师的叔叔学写作文。

刚到乡下，我根本不习惯那里的种种条件。晚上没有空调，甚至连电扇也没有。因为乡下蚊子多，我住的小屋晚上连窗户也不能开，热得我大汗淋漓，根本睡不着。啊!真是受不了!我在床上辗转反侧，想找个什么东西来发泄发泄;可东西都是别人家的，我怎么好意思破坏别人的东西呢?没办法，我只有强行忍耐，采用古老的“数绵羊”法，总算慢慢进入了梦乡。

白天的经历和晚上一样痛苦。一吃完饭，叔叔就叫我去洗碗。一向娇生惯养的我哪会干洗碗这种粗活呢!那油油的碗，看着就倒胃口;再看看叔叔和妹妹那似笑非笑的表情，分明是在嘲笑我嘛!我只得无奈地收拾起来。二姨给我系上了围裙，我来到镜子前一照，天啦!这还是我吗?围着那大围裙，我的帅哥形象彻底毁灭，变成了一个动画片里的“小矮人”。妹妹在一旁捂着嘴“哧哧”笑，我愤愤地想：“哼，哼，你笑我，我就用水溅你。”于是，我把水开到最大。没想到，水猛烈地打在洗衣台上，溅起的水花立刻让我由“小矮人”变成了“落汤鸡”。真是偷鸡不成倒蚀把米。我只好老老实实地洗碗。

When I was six years old, my cousin in tainan got married. Five people, including father, mother, two brothers and I, I took a taxi to the wedding. Its a beautiful scenery along the way. Firstly， during holiday， so many people swarm into the travel spots that we can’t enjoy ourselves to the full。 For most people， they want to travel because during holiday， they can have several days to relieve themselves by traveling。 However， so many people crowd together will make their tour lose the original fun。

Secondly， during holiday， price will be rising drastically。 It is known to all that you need to spend much more to buy things or taking bus or any other transportation since many retailers will raise goods’ price during this holiday to get fat profits。

All in all， travel during holiday is not a good choice for us since its inconvenience in traveling among a huge crowd of people and also the dramatically high price for goods and transportations will let us pay extra money。

An Unforgettable Experience

Last summer, I went to Beidaihe for my holiday with my family. We took a train because the way is not far. We lived in a big hotel where could see the sea . We stayed there for three days.

The first day, we went for a walk along the seaside, and then we went swimming and took a lot of interesting photos there. The second day, we went to a famous market and bought many keepsakes. I was going to bring these keepsakes for my friends. The last day, we had a good picnic on the seaside with the natives. They acted all kinds of programmes and made us feel happy.

It’s a very good journey, and we all enjoyed ourselves on those days. If I have another holiday, I will go there again.

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as well asfocus on my study. My mom used to say that I was born to swim. But the truth is that I didn t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school!

Mom always said that I could swim in the basin when I was only two months old. I was surprised at the amazing fact. If this was true, then why was I afraid of water?
