这个暑假令我印象最深刻的是我学会了游泳。学游泳之前，我看到游泳馆的时候，我的心里害怕了起来，顿时感觉游泳真的好难啊!可是，我还是决定把这个本领学会，我一定会努力的!

果然，在我的努力练习之下，我的游泳技术研究“更上一层楼”了。学游泳的时候，我感觉我快崩溃了，一节课的时间，我被人踢到了至少10次，至少喝了5口水。但是，“梅花香自苦寒来”，我也要像梅花一样勇敢地走出天寒地冻的冬天。

“皇天不负有心人”，我学会了蛙泳，在水里像青蛙一样游来游去。老师说可以教我自由泳了，我高兴得手舞足蹈，并跟老师认真地学了起来。

第一节课，老师教我打腿。好酸啊，这比蛙泳要累多了，所以，我更加要努力了，每天晚上，我都在床上认真地练习打腿，没过多久，打腿的时候，我的腿不酸了。哇，我发现我正在飞快前进，我学会打腿了!

接下来，老师要教我的是划手。划手要比打腿学的快，我不一会儿就学会了，老师说：“我现在要教你的是换气，学会这样本领以后，你就学会自由泳了。”“太好了!老师快点教我吧!”“换气其实很简单，只要把打腿和划手加换气融为一体就可以了。你还要记住一个顺序，划手，抬头，换气。”“好的，老师，我记住了。”随后我“嗯”了一声，然后认真地练了起来。

我慢慢地，有了感觉，老师指出我的错误：“头抬起来就好了，不要把身子都抬起来。”“嗯，我知道了，老师。”

不知不觉，我学会了自由泳了，刹那间，我仿佛看到了在努力练习的场景，原来成功的背后，都挤满了努力的背影。

做“蛋饼”

今天，老爸心血来潮，想做蛋糕给我吃。我说：“老爸，你不要逞能哦!老妈这位‘蛋糕大师’还没有出场，你做不出好蛋糕来的。”老爸自信满满地说：“士别三日，应刮目相看，让你尝尝我做的蛋糕吧!”

老爸挖了几乎一大袋面粉，打了四个大鸡蛋，还挖了满满一勺盐、两勺糖，倒了半水瓶的水，一大盒牛奶。我吃惊了：我能吃这么多吗?我还没回过神来，老爸已倒了一袋泡打粉、一袋酵母，接着，看电视去了。

我等了两个多小时，老爸才慢吞吞地去把面糊倒进饭盒里，盖上盖子。放进微波炉里，把指针转到10，打了10分钟，拿出来一看。哇!蛋糕打糊了!原本又香又软的蛋糕中间变得黑呼呼，我揪了一块黄的吃起来。硬邦邦的，不仅咸，还有一股浓浓的鸡蛋味!这不是蛋饼嘛!

在憋了两秒钟后，我终于大声叫起来：“爸!”

这个星期，是开学的第一周。 This week is the first week of school.

带着些许的紧张和好奇，我踏入了中学，一个陌生的环境。

“中学的确是个小学大有不同。”——这是我升入初中几天来的感受。上课的时间多了，45分钟一节;课间休息的时间少了，只有8分钟(预备铃);作业多了，不只多了一点点，而是很多，很多。

固定作业就有好多，如果不在课间休息时抓紧做，似乎就完成不了。有句名言叫“时间是挤出来的”，但在我看来，好象时间已经成了被榨干的海绵，怎么挤都挤不出来了。

对中学的不适应，让我不由得想起了小学时的生活。在那个时候，我还天真地认为：这作业已经多得不能再多了，估计初中也多不到哪儿去。但现在看来，我当时真是想得太简单了。回想小学，那个时候真是无比地自由和轻松。不过，正如教历史的谭老师所说，过去的事情都已成为历史。小学的生活固然美好，也值得我们存留在心中偶尔回忆一下。但品位一下就够了，不可以去眷恋。人都是要往前走，往前看的，而不是满足于现状，满足于现在所拥有的东西。

虽然现在我对初中还未完全适应，但绝不会就这么而沉沦。我要试着去适应中学的生活，而不是冀望于中学来适应我，这不可能。

学校是我们的快乐天堂，更是大家学习知识的场所，每天一大早听见闹铃声，我就迫不及待想立刻到我们学校进教室去，开始多姿多彩的一天。

在早上的语文数学课中，我最期待的当然是—下课啦!谁说下课就只有玩?那是让头脑、心绪调整的最佳时刻，我很喜欢趴在窗子上，阖闭双眼，倾听学校所有的声音，例如：老师的怒骂声、同学的尖叫声、和虫鸣鸟叫声等。。。。。。，有时我也会用我的灵魂之窗，观察周围的景物，

会发现我们学校的美!

经过了早上的磨难，我的肚子响起了饥饿交响曲，终于可以投入营养午餐的怀抱了!色香味俱全的大鱼大肉，使我食指大动，我不得不把他们一扫而空，嗯—美味的食物令我齿颊留香且回味无穷。为了储备下午的体力，午休当然是不可缺少的呀!整个校园终于静了下来，大家都沉浸在梦乡里了!嘘~~。

终于到了全班期待已久的体育课，老师带着兴高采烈的我们到操场热身和跑步，接着开始我们最刺激的一刻 —

躲避球，女生的尖叫声不断，使原本宁静的操场，变成了惊声尖叫的鬼屋。

时间如流水，放学钟声响起，而我也跟着队伍走出校园，结束一天精彩的学校生活。

正因为如此痴迷音乐，我爱上了弹钢琴。每当弹起欢快的曲调，我的心如一朵自由飘荡的云;而弹起起悲伤的旋律时，我又黯然神伤，心情不禁沉重起来。有时，我的手指在琴键上跳舞，美妙的音乐从我心灵深处缓缓流出，仿佛阳光在我指间绽放。

洣河晨曲、渔夫恋歌、瑞气盈盈、东方红云……这些衡东土菜的名称，让人听了如痴如醉，神往不已，我最钟爱我家乡的“东方红云”——杨桥麸子肉。

“杨桥麸子肉”是传承于衡东县杨桥地区的一道农家特色菜，也是衡东土菜的一道金牌菜。它因浓香、肥而不腻而深受食客的欢迎。加上制作主原料之一的红曲米粉的调配而更显喜庆，故有“东方红云”的美誉。制作麸子肉，须选用上好的五花肉，将肉切成小半个巴掌大一块长方片，加上盐、米酒等腌制24小时，再蘸上自制的麸子粉，然后将麸子肉入热油小火煎至两面金黄，即可装盘待用。来客时，只须在麸子肉上撒点辣椒粉，入笼蒸20分钟，出笼后再撒点葱花即可。麸子肉香不香，好不好吃，麸子粉很重要。最佳组合为糯米和大米、红米各占一半，再配上八角、胡椒粉等一起用火炒成金黄色，然而磨成粉子。麸子粉不能太细，但也不能太粗。这些都是奶奶告诉我的。

麸子肉味道鲜美，咬一口，这肉的味道便会一直在你口中环绕，让你久久不能忘怀，肥一点的肉更是嫩嫩的，会让你回味无穷。

每次过年，奶奶经常给我们做一碗麸子肉，并且笑吟吟地告诉我，吃麸子肉寓意着将在新的一年里红红火火，孩子们在过年吃麸子肉，也象征在新的一年中学业有成，步步高升!

新年之后，家乡的人外出务工，学生外出求学，父母都会在孩子的行囊中塞上一包“杨桥麸子肉”，让游子在外也能品尝到家乡的味道，若是客人来家中，美味佳肴中一定有一碟“杨桥麸子肉”，它让你舌尖生津，唇齿留香。

今天，妈妈带我去看电影，我很久没看电影了，所以我的心情是迫不及待!

我本想看大闹天空，可是听工作人员说，大闹天空的效果不好，已经停映了。

后来小神龙交给了喜洋洋他们各种功夫，终于战胜了恶龙，拯救了龙世界。

看了这场电影，我很受启发，我要学习喜洋洋聪明勇敢。妈妈说，你还应该向喜洋洋学习，遇到困难，不怕困难，要善于思考，解决困难。要学习他当爸爸妈妈不在身边时，要学会自己照顾自己。我想，妈妈说的对，我应该好好学习。

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

lakes and bridges. It is the paradise of my new life. I think it is a special

place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

上午返校后，我决定采用老师的建议，进行“学雷锋环保小卫士”活动。可是队员们逃的逃、溜的溜，最后只请来了两位。

下午2:00，我们三人准时出现在华骥苑大门口，开始与垃圾作斗争。

我们从街道边捡起，刚开始那两位队员扭扭捏捏，不好意思捡垃圾，看着他们怔怔的样子，我马上弯下腰，把垃圾捡入袋子中。在我的影响下，队员们也开始轰轰烈烈地干了起来。

真没想到看似干净整洁的小区，竟隐藏了不少垃圾。草丛里、花坛中、树荫下、阴沟旁，处处可见易拉罐、碎纸片、烟蒂头……又逢是周日，更无人打扫，苑中简直成了垃圾的王国。

在烈日下，我们被烤得面红耳赤，汗水如雨，抹都抹不完。偶尔有几个这儿的居民，经过我们身边，好奇地打量着我们几眼，匆匆离去，我们并不在乎他们异样的眼神，仍旧快活地干着活。

时间飞逝地流逝了，活动接近了末尾，我们望着那袋战利品——满满一袋子的垃圾，心里别提有多高兴了。我们送它们回到家——垃圾筒。它晃了几下，仿佛向我们敬礼。回家的路上，我们活像凯旋而归的战士。

回到家，我躺在床上，舒展着疲倦的身体，但心里很高兴：帮助别人，快乐自己。

读书读累了，我还会出门游玩。时间不容许我去祖国的名胜古迹游玩，但能够去野外的青山绿水、山涧小道玩玩，让我增长知识，开阔眼界，从整日的看书学习中跳出来，休闲、轻松一下，这不也很有意义吗?

轻松之余，当然不能忘了学习。除了完成老师布置的作业外，我还会写写作文，练练书法，算算奥数，全面锻炼自己的脑力。你可别说做作业是件头疼的事，其实，只要能投入在其中，你会发现——原来完成作业并不麻烦，甚至还有些有趣呢!
