洣河晨曲、渔夫恋歌、瑞气盈盈、东方红云……这些衡东土菜的名称，让人听了如痴如醉，神往不已，我最钟爱我家乡的“东方红云”——杨桥麸子肉。

“杨桥麸子肉”是传承于衡东县杨桥地区的一道农家特色菜，也是衡东土菜的一道金牌菜。它因浓香、肥而不腻而深受食客的欢迎。加上制作主原料之一的红曲米粉的调配而更显喜庆，故有“东方红云”的美誉。制作麸子肉，须选用上好的五花肉，将肉切成小半个巴掌大一块长方片，加上盐、米酒等腌制24小时，再蘸上自制的麸子粉，然后将麸子肉入热油小火煎至两面金黄，即可装盘待用。来客时，只须在麸子肉上撒点辣椒粉，入笼蒸20分钟，出笼后再撒点葱花即可。麸子肉香不香，好不好吃，麸子粉很重要。最佳组合为糯米和大米、红米各占一半，再配上八角、胡椒粉等一起用火炒成金黄色，然而磨成粉子。麸子粉不能太细，但也不能太粗。这些都是奶奶告诉我的。

麸子肉味道鲜美，咬一口，这肉的味道便会一直在你口中环绕，让你久久不能忘怀，肥一点的肉更是嫩嫩的，会让你回味无穷。

新年之后，家乡的人外出务工，学生外出求学，父母都会在孩子的行囊中塞上一包“杨桥麸子肉”，让游子在外也能品尝到家乡的味道，若是客人来家中，美味佳肴中一定有一碟“杨桥麸子肉”，它让你舌尖生津，唇齿留香。

学校是我们的快乐天堂，更是大家学习知识的场所，每天一大早听见闹铃声，我就迫不及待想立刻到我们学校进教室去，开始多姿多彩的一天。

愉快的寒假已在瞬间而过，新的学期又即将到来，这个寒假我都有什么收获呢!我就和大家分享一下吧。

二十九至初二，我们去了我的老家——林州，在老家，我学会了包饺子、擀片、贴春联等等，初一我们登上了白云山，我学会了只要坚持不懈就能胜利。

初五，我们去了万仙山，在万仙山滑雪场，我感受到了滑雪队员的不容易。在上山的时候，我知道了万仙山是一个很大的影视基地，著名演员郭达等曾经在这里演过电影。

说完收获，我们就来谈谈寒假计划的完成情况吧。

首先，我要每天读书，这个我觉得做的不太好，因为每天我只偶尔读一两篇;然后是数学寒假作业，我觉得这个做的还不错，因为这些作业我基本都能按计划完成;接着是弹琴，在按计划执行的前三天，我完成的不好，自从学了新曲子后，我几乎可以保证每天早上起床后就弹一二十分钟，到晚上吃完饭再弹几遍;每天一篇小日记，前几天还完成的不错，可一过了年，就有时候不写了;每天帮爸爸妈妈干家务，这个只有过年的时候干了，余下的时间就没有干过。每天看别人的博客，这个我觉得做的还可以，练书法这不用说，因为我每天都练了。

肯德基快餐店里，浓郁的炸鸡香弥漫了整间屋子，人们三五成群地走进店里，有爷爷奶奶带孙子、孙女的，也有学生三三两两结伴而来，也有潇洒的年轻人，各自占据着一方天地，享受美味佳肴。

还有短短一周，寒假生活就要结束了。在前面几周的寒假生活中，令我最难忘的，莫过于那次在平乐古镇卖“孔明灯”的经历了。

大年初二，我们一家和几个朋友一起去平乐古镇玩了三天。

我们去那里的第二天晚上，妈妈让我和同去的哥哥一起去卖从成都批发来的孔明灯。于是我就和“小鱼儿”哥哥还有他爸爸我们一起去河坝边卖孔明灯了。

一到河坝边，我们就开始叫卖：“卖孔明灯啰，五元一个，孔明灯……”一开始很冷清，没有人来买。于是我们自己先放了个孔明灯，先把孔明灯拿出来，象放风筝一样，让孔明灯完全展开，然后接上燃料，把燃料固定好以后，就把燃料的四个角点燃，让热气慢慢充满孔明灯，等我们感觉到孔明灯有浮力后，就可以放手了，可是，我们放的这个有点儿漏气，所以没有飞多高就掉下来了。路过的一群人见了，说：“太贵了，质量还不好，……”还是没有人买。于是我们又放了只孔明灯。这次终于成功了。孔明灯缓缓地升上天空，最后消失在夜幕中……然后我们继续叫卖。终于第一个孔明灯卖出去了，是一位老师买的，她还摸着我的头说：“小朋友，好好学习哈，考试要考第一名。”

刚开始，我们的孔明灯都卖五元一个，妈妈负责帮他们点火，还附带帮他们拍照。后来，我们又卖了几个，我们边自己放，边卖，玩得很开心。最后，因为很晚了，所以我们把最后三个十元卖出了。这次我赚了三十元哦。

通过这件事情，我懂得了一个道理：挣钱是很不容易的。这段经历，我会牢牢记住心中。

每年的寒暑假，便是专属于我们的欢乐幸福时光了。不仅仅因为它不用上课，可以自由的玩耍嬉戏。对于我来说，最最重要的便是可以多一点时间和爸爸待在一起了。我的爸爸仅仅是一个卖菜的小摊贩，但是在我的心中他却是特别特别伟大的。今天就是我们南方的小年夜了，爸爸仍旧很早就起来出门卖菜去了。我想帮爸爸做一些力所能及的事情。于是我跑到了爸爸的小摊前，爸爸知道我想要帮他后，所有的心情都汇聚在了脸上，有惊讶、有怀疑、有紧张、还有感动。

“不会后悔吧?”“不会，一天都不能坚持，以后怎么独自生活，不可能您养我一辈子吧，哈哈。”凌晨被爸爸叫醒，我就有点不耐烦了。坐在车上打算再睡，已没有睡意。“爸爸，你每天都要起这么早吗?”“嗯，不然收不到菜”。顿时。

看着爸爸收菜的全过程，到达目的地了，爸爸让我坐在车里别动，他一个人下去把菜一篮一篮的抬下来——每篮有200斤，然后不见爸爸人影，一会儿，爸爸端来热腾腾的面条，端在手里，在这个天朗气清的天气里，有一丝凉意。

现在有陆陆续续的人来买菜，我发现爸爸对老年人有额外的关怀。这使我我很受启发。一上午完毕，我有点疲惫不堪，爸爸却习惯了这种生活，没有多语，而我从他的皱纹中看到了他的疲惫。

这一天让我感触甚多，爸爸的为人处事，对我的关爱，对家庭的奉献，爸爸对于自己的劳累从不埋怨，从不诉苦，而我呢?连上课都在打瞌睡、玩手机。以后，我不会再诉苦，我会努力，为自己的梦想而奋斗，为家人而努力!

说实话，在这个寒假里是再无聊不过的了，补习了20天的课。终于有时间休息了，可还是没事做，直到寒假快结束时的前几天，我和爸爸去了奶奶家。这不去不知道，一去才有了很多的感悟。 To be honest, it is boring in this winter vacation, tutoring for 20 days.I finally had time to rest, but I still had nothing to do. 我们刚刚来到车站，那车站就是人山人海的，好不容易挤进了车厢，天那!我不禁发出这样的感叹——车厢内站的人比坐着的还多，简直是严重超载了，可那位售票阿姨却是忙的不亦乐乎，大声的吆喝着。我很生气，真想臭骂她一顿，但车上那么多人，我这样做只能弄的大家都不愉快，我也认栽了。车终于缓缓地开了，我心想这下没人了吧，谁知一过桥头，又一群人一窝蜂的涌了上来，这使得全车的人都倒下了，只见售票员一面往车上拉人，一面指着一位老爷爷骂。我真看不过去，忙过去扶起老爷爷，还狠狠的瞪了她一眼。其实这都是其次，最让我气愤的是那一件事。一位40来岁的叔叔抱着小孩，站在车上摇摇晃晃的，旁边坐着一位衣着前卫的年轻小伙子看了“哼”的一声冷笑，像是在幸灾乐祸。我们设身处地的想，在那个时候，叔叔最需要的是帮助，而不是泼冷水。如果是他带着孩子处在那样的环境中，我们有能力而不帮助他，他会怎么想?这也就是“帮助别人就是在帮助自己。”

那些生活在烟花市肆的大都市的人们，只懂的用美好的外表去包装他们，而不去理解人们最初淳朴善良的内心。值得我们深思的是什么?外表美固然重要，但是在外表已经得到时，我们更应该把自己的内在美体现出来。八荣八耻，时时刻刻提醒着我们，以什么为荣，以什么为耻。我们必须作一个合格的好公民，我们的祖国才能繁荣昌盛，长盛不衰。

“只要人人都献出一点爱，给予别人希望，世界将变成美好的人间”。我们能实现吗?
