有好些痛苦会在你人生不同时代折磨你，有的人是先天性的“营养”不良，就像那先天性的心脏病，它会折磨你的一生。如果你一生都在痛苦中生活，在痛苦中那就会忧郁地负罪而早衰，甚至夭亡。当然也有好多是突然的痛苦，这种突然降临的痛苦和灾难多是叫人防不胜防，即使具有很强的抗病抗灾能力对它也无济于事，叫你只好认真地去面对。还有的痛苦则是规律性自然顺延的痛苦，就像自然衰老、自然病痛、自然灾祸等等，都是让人必须去应付的。

有位哲人说过人生就是一场痛苦，人生的痛苦多于幸福。这也许是客观的自然规律，但这种说法应该说是偏激的。不管怎么说是暂时的痛苦还是长期的痛苦，都是不足惜记怀它的，记怀它没有意义。都要忘记它，甚至彻底地忘记它，记怀痛苦就是思维极大的痛苦，也就是生活痛苦意念痛苦神经痛苦，在痛苦怪圈里不能自拔，那就严重影响你的生活质量。影响你的生活情趣，影响你的生活信心。
