Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

to sit in the round table and introduced ourselves one by one. When it was my

turn, I lowed down my head and spoke in low voice. Then the employers continued

to let us give speeches in the stage. I lose confidence and made the horrible

performance.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

《我和雪容融过一天》

2022年的一天，我刚写完作业，准备出去玩，可是我一打开门，神奇的事情发生了，一身中国红酷似小灯笼的雪容融竟然站在我面前。我惊讶的地说：“你怎么来了?”她说：“我是来实现你一个愿望的，你有什么愿望啊?”

想来想去，我说：“我最大的愿望就是帮助那些有困难的残疾人”?她说：“好的，我马上帮你实现这个愿望”。突然，我的眼前一黑，跟着她仿佛穿越了一条长长的时光隧道，于是我们来到了张家口冬残奥会现场，这里正进行着短道速滑，花样滑冰，冰球比赛……

比赛现场人山人海，热闹非凡。我正四下寻找着需要帮助的人。突然，我看到了电视剧《冰糖炖雪梨》里的棠雪、黎语冰和喻言。我飞快的跑过去问：“你们怎么来参加冬残奥会啦?”他们说：“由于意外，变成了残疾人，但是他们对冰雪的热爱不变，所以继续追求着自己的梦想。”

就这样，我成了为他们服务的志愿者，亲眼目睹了他们为了实现梦想而努力拼搏的样子，最终，他们三人都获得了世界冠军。

今天下午，我怀着一颗心惊胆战的心与小徐同学走进了语文梁老师的办公室。虽然语文考试的成绩还未公布于众，但我俩还是迫不及待地想知道自己的成绩。

语文梁老师正飞快地改着试卷，我轻声对梁老师说：“梁老师，试卷改好了吗?”

梁老师并没有批评我，她笑眯眯地对我说：“考得不是很理想，没关系，下次接着努力!”接着，她帮我把错的题目都一一分析了一次,如:什么地方不该错;什么地方要去读背,文言文的翻译要逐字逐句的翻译……整个过程中，梁老师一直是笑眯眯地，耐心地与我讨论问题。一下子，我觉得我与梁老师之间的距离接近了不少，此刻，我觉得我们不再是师生关系，而是好友关系。

梁老师的每一句话我都听得很仔细。虽然在这五、六分钟里，梁老师只是大致帮我分析了试卷，但我觉得，这其实是对我莫大的支持，说明老师也是看重我的，这让我又得到了自信。

记得二年级的时候，有一天，上课铃响了，语文老师拖着沉重的脚步走进教室。上语文课时，他老师脸色苍白，讲着讲着课坐在了椅子上。平常他老师都是站着教我们的，可是今天老师怎么坐着上课，眼睛还有血丝呢?我心里嘀咕着：“难道老师生病了吗?”到上数学时，数学老师才告诉我们语文老师在假期住院了，近期又旧病复发。听了数学教师这么一说，同学们就叽叽喳喳地议论起来。我一听，自言自语道：“原来老师生病了，怪不得老师的眼睛里有血丝，而且脸色那么难看。应该请假休息。”到下午语文老师又来上他的课，我就说：“老师，您不是生病了吗?还来上课?” 他说：“不碍事的，上课是我的责任。”你看，他就这样的人。语文老师对我们写的字要求特别高，我们写的不好，他总是会不厌其烦的指导和纠正，我们的作业他师都会坚持每天批改，还鼓励我们走上讲台板书、发言、给大家讲故事，通过这些来锻炼我们的胆量和勇气，使我们更会收获自信。我们大部分同学在他的指导下书法、作文参加全国比赛获奖。只要提的语文老师，每个人都会竖起大拇指。

语文老师不但在工作上认真负责，而且在生活上对我们也很关心。记得有一次，我们的韦德广同学呕吐了，韦老师亲自用泥土放在呕吐的残渣上面，再用扫把扫地……真是个好老师，这种不怕累不怕苦的精神，我感觉到韦老师是这样的关爱我们，我心里有一种说不出的感激之情，感觉韦老师就像爸爸妈妈一样关心我们。

有关语文老师关心、爱护我们的事还有很多，就像满天的星斗数也数不尽，说也说不完。不过，在大家的心里，语文老师是一个十分负责任的老师。

There are four people in my family， my father， my mother， my sister and me. My father likes reading. My mother likes cooking. They both work in Leliu. They always go to work by car. They work hard.

My sister and I are pupils. I study in the primary school affiliated with Shunde No.1 Middle School. My hobby is collecting coins. My sister studies in Xishan Primary School. She likes watching TV. We love our family very much.

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.
