有一天下午的英语课，打了上课铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹：吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来？突然间发觉班上顿时鸦雀无声，我好奇的望望门口，发现英语老师就站立在教室门口。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任宣布了放学后全班站到6点，再吵就站到7点的圣旨后生气地朝办公室走去。我们在下面后悔已经来不及了，因为我们班主任从来都是说话算数的。同时也深感不服，我根本没吵到，凭什么要我陪他们留到6点，我越想越不服气，最后还是决定暂时不追究她，先认真上课再说。

我刚回过神来，忽然发现英语老师已经站在我的身边。我立刻打起十二分精神！过了一会儿，她说：其实今天的事我也有责任。我来晚了。可是大家真的很乱，我一路走过来，别的班都很安静地上课、自习，最吵最乱就是你们班了那好吧，我也要为这件事负点责任，我也陪你们站，大家谁都别坐了，好吗？她严肃的表情上找不到任何的虚伪迹象，我们都为之感动，就差流泪了。结果那个晚上，她真的一边管七班的纪律一边陪我们罚站，不停地在我们班和七班两个班之间走来走去，因为我们班和七班的教室刚好捏在一起！那天晚上她一直都没坐下过。我们看见她如此辛苦的陪着我们，谁也没好意思偷懒，就凭她的那番话和行为，我愿意站十个晚上来奉还。

在我的印象里，英语老师都是美丽温柔的。但是上初中后，我才发现有的英语老师美丽，但是不温柔。

Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. Due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. At times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. He suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. Although I knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

What`s more, none of us could imagine how excellent his ancient Chinese literature was. What he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into English.  However, under the pressure of College Entrance Exam, the students didn`t seem to be so interested in his performance.  Therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of Times as prizes for answering questions. It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. Not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

我在课外有上九色鹿英语培训班，每周只有两节课，每上一节，我都十分认真，是什么在诱惑我呢？当然是因为这个风趣的课外英语老师啦！

上课时，没有一个人不跟着她的思路转，要不然就会出洋相。比如说，一个同学上课不专心，玩跳格子的时候，老师说：“前面、左边、右边、右边、后面、后面、前面。”正好是那个不专心听讲的同学，他还不知道到他自己了，还在玩，直到同桌提醒他，他才站起来读“juice”，同学们哄堂大笑。Miss. Chen要同学们坐好时就说：“一、二、三、整理好发型！”同学们就都坐好了。如果Miss. Chen玩叉子或其它游戏时，你得注意，她随时会说：“刚刚读的遍数乘三、减六、加二，预备！齐！”使你不得不头脑变通，如果多念就会扣分。Miss. Chen还玩蛀牙、钓鱼、压分、炸弹，都是训练我们发音是否熟练。另外，还让我们做课堂笔记，作业一般很少。

这个风趣的英语老师Miss. Chen使得我们酷爱英语、喜欢英语。

根据以往的经验，我想给各位家长提些建议：

1、训练期间就要掌握学校的针对学生的各种时间安排，(开学后注意记录课程表)保存老师的电话号码。

2、从孩子上学的第一天起，坚持每天睡前带孩子一起检查第二天早上孩子要用的各种上学用品，同时一起准备您第二天一早需要的东西。

3、至少要保存有2至3位同班同学家长电话号码(留家庭情况差不多的就好了)。

4、老师每天要求带的学习用品或者其他物品，要坚持每天协助孩子带上。

5、训练孩子每天离家门时跟家里人道声“再见”，与送孩子上学的人说声“辛苦了或谢谢”;接孩子回家时，要孩子向家里人报告“我回来了”。

6、一年级第一个学期，写作业时要陪孩子一起，但不是看着孩子写作业，而是您在一旁看书看报。孩子写完了，欣赏或检查，发现有错时可以先用类似的题训练后再来更正，效果会更好。

7、孩子的着装非常重要，不可以让孩子穿脏、破、过于时尚、过于旧的衣服上学。衣服要干净、得体，方便孩子运动。若学校不要求穿礼服时，就不需要配皮鞋。穿运动服就就穿运动鞋或布鞋或凉鞋。

8、对孩子带回家的各种不属于家里的东西，要深究到底，必须弄清楚来源，然后该送还的送还。

9、与孩子一起步行上学，一定要遵守交通规则。因为您现在接送，就是为了将来不接送时孩子也懂注意安全。

10、送孩子到学校，和孩子道别后，该干嘛就干嘛去。别影响孩子，否则孩子永远不知道他现在该做的就是好好上学。

11、永远不要随意到孩子的学校或教室，在孩子眼里，教室时办公室，是他的另一个世界。想去得提前告知孩子，同时具体到第几节课，保证不了时间请闭嘴，否则近者影响孩子一天的情绪，远者影响孩子以后诚信做人。

12、坚持关注学校相关新闻，坚持了解学校周边的治安环境，及时与老师沟通。请您明白此生不变的事实：孩子是您的。所谓：爱一个人就要爱他的环境。

13、做为家长，没事看看自己家的书柜，有没有书柜，书柜里的书还能不能看?您自己看书了吗?若是您都不爱看书，怎么能要求孩子爱看书呢?不强人所难吗?

14、帮助孩子择友，择其善者从之。上策不封顶，下下策：物以类聚，人以群往，找和自己差不多的。孩子的未来决定家族的未来。

15、不要轻易要求老师给孩子调座位，老师安排、调整座位是为了创建一个更好的教、学的环境。从而能让孩子更好地学、老师更好地教。您孩子的座位在孩子熟悉环境之后，每周会按组移动。1→2→3→4→1，如此反复。

16、孩子之间发生矛盾时，家长要冷静，第一时间和孩子沟通、和老师沟通，要相信老师的处理能力，相信孩子间的矛盾是瞬间的事儿。放心，假如有什么意外(跌伤、撞伤)，学校、老师会第一时间处理并通知您，和您一起解决问题。

17、不要给老师送礼，更不要送钱。过节给老师发个短信，道声祝福。一个真正负责任的老师，不会因为一些礼物给予哪些同学哪些照顾。每个孩子都是孩子，在老师眼里，都一样可爱，缺一不可。

18、家里有困难的，诸如：孩子某一监护人常年病中，家里老人年纪偏大，家里经济出现问题，家里人手不够......您说出来不是暴露隐私，老师对您家庭秘密会守口如瓶。只有老师了解您家里的困难，才能在平时的生活给予孩子帮助。

总之，好的开头是成功的开始，低年级是养成教育，我们要携手合作，共同培养孩子的各种良好习惯。辛苦一两年培养孩子的习惯，以后才不会太辛苦去管教。

We are always educated to be an honest person, especially to our parents. While the fact is that every kid will lie to their parents in their lives. For me, my parents are very strict, I am not allowed to go out at night, because the news always reports the bad incidents happen at night. But night activity attracts me a lot, and my friends like to hang out for fun at night, so I choose to lie to my parents and tell them I am doing my homework with my friends. Mrs Zhao is a kindly teacher, she always make us laugh and at the same time, she will teach us more knowledge.She doesnt seem like a teacher, and her friendly always make her like our friend, however, it doesnt mean that she is not care about our grade and homework. She is also strict, every time, she checks our homework very carefully, and make us understand anything in class. so that is our teacher who is kindly and serious.

(一)关注学生寒假时间

接上级有关部门通知，学校将于2017年1月12日12点--2月6日放假，2月7日(正月十六)上午9:00前到校。

(二)做好安全教育工作

寒假里，孩子无论外出旅游，走亲访友，一定要注意安全:

一、注意交通安全。遵守交通规则，不闯红灯，过马路时要走人行横道线，要按交通信号灯指示过人行横道，不在公路上玩耍或追逐打闹。

二、注意消防安全。在家不乱碰开关插座，不要私拉乱接电线，冬季烤火要注意通风透气，以免煤气中毒。要教会孩子遇到突发消防事故处理和报警的方法。

三、注意饮食安全。不吃过期、变质、不卫生食品。不暴饮暴食，注意饮食调节。

四、注意旅游安全。孩子外出旅游时一定要有大人陪同。教育孩子不要爬树、翻越栏杆，不做危险游戏，乘车时不要把身体伸出车窗外，不要戏耍动物园的动物，不随便丢扔垃圾，不践踏草坪，不与陌生人搭话，不离开大人监护视线范围外活动。

五、注意网络安全。教育孩子不要沉迷于网络之中，注意上网的内容和时间，特别教育孩子不要与网友见面。

(三)做好思想教育工作

(一)教育孩子勤俭节约。古人说得好:“历览前贤国与家，成由节俭败由奢。”春节期间，孩子的零花钱相对较多，请您教育孩子注意勤俭节约。

(二)教育孩子感恩长辈。我们希望您能让孩子积极参与力所能及的家务活动，利用春节这一机会养成尊敬长辈的好习惯。

(四)督促完成假期作业:

为了使学生在寒假期间不荒废学业，我们布置了适量的作业，现公布如下:

1、语文;描摹字帖，每天1页;读一本好书;日记25篇

2、数学;

3、外语;

4、物理;

5、化学;

6、寒假作业(书本)

上述作业请家长督促子女在假期完成，开学时交班主任检查后，方可报到入学。

(五)了解来期开学工作

一、开学时间:2月7日(农历正月十六)。请家长务必督促子女在当天9:00之前返回学校。凡是当天不能返回学校的，家长须预先通知班主任，否则给予记过处分，并记入个人档案。

二、所带物品。(1)请家长为学生准备好所需的日常生活用品和衣服被子.并教育孩子防寒保暖的方法。(2)相关的寒假作业及通知书。

三、有关费用。(1)来期学费暂定2200元，多退少补。(2)伙食费暂定每月360元(按学生实际就餐天数结算)。为了学生的饮食安全和学校的管理，学校严禁任何寄宿生在校外就餐，请家长给予支持和理解。

四、严禁学生在学校使用手机。部分学生在自习和晚寝期间用手机发短信，聊天，上网，严重影响了学生的身心健康。为了您的孩子的成长和学校的管理，下学期开学后，学校政教处和高二年级组将全面整顿，对仍使用手机的学生，年级组将通报批评，没收手机，并将取消国家助学金等有关贫困补助。请家长给予支持配合。

我六年级时，有这样一位英语老师，尽管她其貌不扬，但我仍然喜欢她。不仅因为她的和蔼可亲，还有，她那一颗如金子一般美好的心灵，难道不值得我敬佩吗？那是一个下雨天，我忘了带雨伞。但周围却没人借给我。“完了，这下要淋成落汤鸡了！”我这样想道。“诶，王楚，你没带雨伞吗？”一声亲切的话语传进我的耳朵。“华…华老师好。”我激灵的打了个冷颤。老师走到我身边，和我交谈着：“怎么这么不小心，你感冒啦？……走，到我家去取取暖！”我不好意思了起来：“老师，我自己能走回去的，不用麻烦了。”我快速的跑了回去。

到第二天去上学的时候，我又撞见了华老师：“老师好。”说完后，我飞速的骑自行车抢先到学校里。要知道，昨天我没领老师的情，闯了大祸那还得了，不赶紧逃的是笨蛋呢！

转眼到了英语课上，我可怎么办呀？“零零零…”上课铃打响了。我浑浑噩噩的打开书，默默地祈祷起来：老师，昨天是我不好，您千万别见怪呀。

我折起一只千纸鹤，正巧，被老师见着了，可她却没怪我，你说奇不奇？放学后，老师叫我到办公室去，她语重心长地告诉我：“王楚，你是个聪明孩子，但为什么上课时心猿意马呢？我们一起来分析这个问题好不好？”

我把事情的经过告诉了华老师，老师先是一愣，继而大笑起来：“昨天的是我并没有见怪，是你误会了吧！”我和老师一起笑了。

啊，华老师！你是我心中最尊敬的人，马上要离别母校了，但愿您不要牵挂我和全体学生，我向你敬礼了！

My favourite teacher is Miss Huang. She teaches us maths.She is a beautiful lady. She has two big eyes, a high nose and a little red mouth. There is always a smile on her face.

Miss Huang likes singing and collecting posters. She is good at playing the piano. In the evening, she always sits in front of the piano and plays nice music. She is good at dancing, too. Sometimes she teaches us dancing.

王老师很有创意。上课前，她会在黑板上画一条大鱼，张开大嘴，然后在大鱼嘴巴前，排放着两块带着磁铁和颜色的鱼饵。“这是干什么？”同学们都在下面小声议论着。“同学们，我们把全班同学分为两组，男生一组，女生一组，蓝色代表男生队，粉红色代表女生队，下面我们来做一个游戏。”一听说要做游戏，我们可高兴了，个个好奇地望着王老师。“游戏是这样的，男生队和女生队来比赛，只要男生队中有一个人上课不认真，我们就把蓝色鱼饵向大鱼的嘴巴移动一步，同样的，只要女生队中有一个不认真的同学，我们也把粉红色鱼饵向大鱼嘴巴移动一步，到时候看哪一队先被大鱼吃掉。”王老师接着说。就这样，我们全班同学上课都很认真了。

王老师还很幽默。上课的时候，要是有小朋友没有坐好，就会被惩罚。惩罚什么呢？当然是扭屁股啦。为什么要表演扭屁股呢？理由是我们班的同学都是属猴的，王老师说我们的屁股都是红红的。我们很好奇，所以她要罚没坐好的同学把屁股举得高高，让全班同学来看看他的屁股是不是红红的。

王老师上课既有创意，又很幽默。也很关心、爱护我们。她宛如一棵大树，我们春天倚着她的幻想，夏天倚着她的繁茂，秋天倚着她的成熟，冬天倚着她的沉思。

王老师，您我最喜欢老师。我永远爱您！
