A book exhibition

Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

it!"At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the

door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,"Coming

home late tonight,mum and dad."I try to call them but there was no answer.I was

so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

寒风“呼呼”地咆哮着，用它那粗大的手指，蛮横地乱抓行人的头发，针一般地刺着行人的肌肤。行人万般无奈，只得将冬衣扣得严严实实的，把手揣在衣兜里，缩着脖子，疾步前行。而大路两旁的松 柏，却精神抖擞地挺立着，傲迎风霜雨雪，激励着人们勇敢地前进。 街上的商店已经陆陆续续的开门了，我顾不得去欣赏琳琅满目的商品，也顾不得去品尝那令人垂涎三尺的食品，加快脚步，到学校去 寻找冬天的早晨。 旭日东升，灰蒙蒙的雾似在不停地滚动，我在操场上隐隐哟哟的看到了人头，一个、两个、三个······操场上逐渐热闹起来。瞧，那边走来了一位老教师，几个少先队员正在向 他行队礼，老教师笑容满面地点头微笑…… 一年有四个季节，每个季节都有不同的颜色，而我最喜欢冬天。冬天，大雪纷飞，人们好像来到了一个幽雅恬静的世界，来到一个晶莹剔透的童话的世界。松 的那清香，白雪的那冰香，给人们一种梁莹莹的抚慰。一切都在过滤，一切都在升华，连我的心灵也在净化，变得纯洁而又美好。

I like winter holiday very much, although it’s very short. The Spring

Festival is interesting. I have many things to eat and I will have new clothes.

Besides, I can watch TV. I like cartoons. They are so interesting that I can

watch them all the day. I have a new computer, so I can play games with my

father. He promised to teach me. I will visit my relatives during the Spring

Festival and I can get lucky money. Therefore, I can buy something I like. I

have many to buy. Winter holiday is wonderful.
