Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. Thats the first world title for China Womens Volleyball Team. Everyone was shocked by this news. At that time, China had just been out of the "Cultural Revolution". Their victory was the result of all the former volleyball players effort. In 1965,a famous coach of Japan was invited to China to help train the China National Womens Volleyball Team. Though its very hard to train these young players in such a short time, she made it. The China National Womens Volleyball Team won the bronze medals at the 7th World Cups at the end of 1995. Then they won the silver medals at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996, and the gold medals at the 13th Asian Games in 1998. The China National Womens Volleyball Team became the No.1 in Asian again. Whats more, they made a greater miracle at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. These young girls defeated the rival in a very disadvantaged situation and won the gold medals finally, which were the bestaffirmation for their previous hard work.

Along with Reform and Opening up Policys carrying on and the Spirit of the National Womens Volleyball Team, volleyball had spread in all parts of China. You can find people playing volleyball everywhere, not only in the residential areas and the countryside, but also in schools and factories. The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games render a nationwide movement of body-building in China. Meanwhile, it serves more chances for the sports events development including the volleyball in China.

我的自我介绍完毕，谢谢各位老师和同学。

大学四年中，我各方面的潜力都得到了发展，能够说，经过大学四年的学习，我已经具备了适应社会工作的潜力。这学期即将画上了句号，就是毕业了。回首往事，至少能够自信地说一声“我没有虚度”。有必要对这四年做个自我评定。

在思想上，我要求上进，一向以乐于助人为已任，多次参加青年志愿者活动。尊敬师长，团结同学，为自我的学习和生活创造了良好的环境。

在学习上，我刻苦努力，孜孜不倦，争取着大学那完美的时光去学习。大学四年，不光使我学到了许多知识，也使我懂得了学习的方法。正是利用这种方法，在除学校开设的课程外，我还自学了网络数据库、网页制作、平面设计等知识，很好地充实了自我的业余生活，并为自我的将来打下良好的基础。到目前为止，我已掌握了本专业的基础知识和有关网络的基本知识。除此之外，对计算机的爱好让我对计算机有必须的了解，并具有必须的编程潜力。

工作方面，我参与了校学生社区的建设与维护工作，使它成为同学们喜爱的校内站点之一。目前正在参与校远程教育的建设实践的经验让我在巩固已有知识的同时，更激起我强烈的学习欲望，让我不断进取，不断提高。

在生活上，我生活俭朴，有着广泛的兴趣爱好。多多参加实践活动不断丰富和完善自我。

将来的工作是对我知识的检验，也是对我人生的挑战。我会在工作中不断地完善自我，提高自我，适应工作的需要。所以我期望找一份与自身知识结构相关的工作，如网络出版、多媒体制作、印前处理，能够有更大的空间来证明自我，发展自我！

我是电信学院计算机二班的xxx，经过对自己的检验，我觉得我符合并且非常想做2012级的助理班主任，特此提出申请。

在20xx年我刚刚步入大学时，对大学充满了期待，同时也充满了无知，是代理的学姐和学长给我了帮助，我们开始慢慢适应和和自己想象之中存在差异的大学生 活。在平时，由于大一的班主任多为任课老师，平时工作比较繁忙，由我们这些高年级同学作班主任助理，则能更加帮助到刚入学的新生，及时了解与回馈新生遇到的问题，以帮助解决，并协助学校开展多项活动。为自己能够在大学期间全面提高自身素质提供了有利的条件。

大学是人生的关键阶段。大一新生 进入大学是第一次放下高考的重担，开始追逐自己的理想、兴趣;也是他们第一次离开家庭生活，独立参与团体和社会生活;更是第一次可以有机会在学习理论的同 时亲身实践;脱离被动，有足够的自由处置生活和学习中遇到的各类问题，支配所有属于自己的时间的初步阶段。对大学生活还有一些的不适应。我想通过自己在校 一年的体会帮助他们尽快的加入属于我们的行列。 引导他们做一个积极向上的适合国家发展的新一代的大学生。所以我想成为20xx级的领路人，带领他们适应他们的大学生活。 入学以来，不断的尝试，不算的挑战，使我的综合能力得到了较大的提升。在班级里，我团结同学，积极配合班委，积极参加学院举办的活动如跳绳比赛，拔河比 赛。参加20xx校级运动会，在4X100中得奖，并在运动会中争当志愿者。

加入了PC社团和其他兴趣社团，在社团中学到很多知识，参加PPT制作大赛和电脑组装大赛，提高了动手能力。培养了团队意识，我会带领班级组成一个强大的团队。在生活中，假期打过工，周日做过兼职，从中得到了磨练，积极向上，乐于助人，热爱生活，永不言弃。

开学伊始，我就成功的入选了学院的外联部，在部门得到了锻炼，帮助部长工作，认真负责，做事一丝不苟，在三院联谊活动中负责和旅馆学院的沟通，提出自己的创 意，成功举办了活动。参与的20xx春季运动会赞助的全过程，负责和移动人员的全部联系，现在联系还在继续······负责海报的张贴，条幅的挂绑，在此提 升了我的协调、应变能力，活跃了思维，积累了一些交涉经验，形成了把握事态发展的大局观。
