Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, wed better eat it less.

两年以前，我很喜欢吃泡面，泡面闻起来很香，因为有美味的调料在里面。当我妈妈不在家的时候，我会买泡面吃，随着时间的流逝，我发现我的皮肤变得不好，我也不怎么喜欢吃米饭。我感到糟糕极了，我的妈妈告诉我我不应该吃那么多的泡面，这些没有营养，也让我胃口不好。我意识到了我的问题，开始不吃泡面，我的胃口变好了，也有食欲吃米饭。泡面是垃圾食品，我们最好少吃。

Today is a memorable day, because Im going to the bus station when volunteers. Although the sun like a want to sear us, but I Im not afraid.

In the afternoon, I found volunteers set to follow mother, has gathered a lot of people there. A big brother said to me: "kid, you go to the opposite of a pavilion to send tea!" Im glad to go over. Pavilion, there is a table with two buckets, one filled with chrysanthemum, one filled with boiling water. Volunteers sister called Zhang Liyuan and I gave her the cup and convenient passers-by her water to drink. But very few people to take water, mothers will mobilize our to send tea to passers-by. So, I carry water cup, to the passing pedestrians, but gave a lot of people say not to. How to do? I came up with a good way to move, and that is carefully to see the people, once found staring at the pot, immediately gave them water. Sure enough, these people are happy took me into the water.

This is my first time to when volunteers, although busy one afternoon, sweat soaked my clothes, but in the mind very happy.

今天是个难忘的日子，因为我要去汽车东站当志愿者。虽然太阳像要把我们烤焦似的，但我我一点都不害怕。

下午，我跟着妈妈找到了志愿者集合地，那里已经聚集了不少人。一个大哥哥对我说：“小朋友，你去对面的凉亭里送茶吧!”我高兴地走了过去。凉亭里有一张桌子，上面有两个大桶，一个装着菊花，一个装着开水。志愿者姐姐叫我和张力源给她递杯子，方便她倒水给路人喝。可是来拿水的人很少，妈妈们就动员我们去给路人送茶。于是，我端着水杯，递给路过的行人，但是很多人却摆摆手说不要。怎么办呢?我动了动脑筋，想出了好办法，那就是仔细地观察路人的表情，一旦发现目不转睛地盯着茶壶的人，就马上给他们送上水。果然，这些人都开心接过了我送上的水。

这是我第一次当志愿者，虽然忙碌了一个下午，汗水湿透了我的衣服，但心里很开心。

One way to get around in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai is to take a

taxi, but it’s too expensive. Many people like to go out by subway or light

rail. They are very fast and convenient. Now they are becoming more and more

popular. Buses are cheap, but they are very slow in rush hours.

If you want to see a city well, you can go out by bike. However, most

people prefer to get around in a downtown area on foot, because it’s good for

health.

Is it good for students to do some housework.

Some people think studengts need not do any housework.They think the only thing students need do is to study well. I don’t think so. It is good for students to do some housework for three reason.

Firstly,to do some housework can make you independent.You can’t depend on others all your life.So,you should learn to do some housework now.

Secondly, to do some housework can keep you healthy and strong ,some hard housework can be regarded as a kind of physical exercise.

Finally, to do some housework can share your parents’ work .They must be happy if you say” Have a rest ,and I will do the housework”

So I think it is good for students to do some housework.

Everybody has own ideal, my ideal is works as an honorable peoples teacher. Teaches the students to study the cultural knowledge, is playing together with them, the life, lets their healthy development. I will use the knowledge rain and dew to moisten childs heart, with the warm compassion cared about that will cherish the children.

Childhood in my grandmothers house, saw the hen sat in the nest to scare

Everybody needs themotivationto move on, so no matter what kind of difficulties they meet, they can see the hope and stick to the targets. I have set up small targets for myself, so I can make progress step by step. For example, when I jog on the playground for 800 meters, I will finish every 100 meters as the small target, so I can finish my task easily. Nowdays, with the rapid development of the road, cars have been playing an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. It has brought a lot of benefits but has created some serious problems as well. Traffic safety as the most importent one, is closely related to everybodys business.

This phenomenon exists for a number of reasons . Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. As the vehicles in the road become common, the function of vehicles has improved and the speed is getting faster. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, which could not be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn at will without giving signals. They even dont slow down while approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the importance of traffic safety. Meanwhile, we can not ignore the fact that there are many problems existing in the design. They are all important reasons accounting for this phenomenon.

Some effective measures must be taken to slove this problem. The major cause for traffic accidents is people’s lack of safety awareness. Completing a safety driving education course is a very important way to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The key point for this issue is people’s awareness towards safety. It is a long-term goal rather than a single course for safety driving. The best way to solve the troubles is that we all abey the traffic rules. First, we cant get through red light and must observe traffic order. Secondly, tell our relatives not drive after drinking. Then, we should be care about road damage and inform relevant departments to solve the problems early. Finally, an active part in social activities, protect our order society! Pollution is becoming more and more serious. I.ook at the batteries all around us. We all know that used batteries are bad for environment. We shouldnt throw them away. We should recycle them. Look at the plastic bags all around us. We all know plastic bags never rot. When we do shopping, we can use paper bags to store goods instead of plastic bags.

As a matter of fact, we can do a lot to prevent the pollution.Lets do something to bring pollution under control.

I have not only a lot of common friends, but also a special friend. He is my father. My father isn’t tall but he is very kind and lovely. He usually helps me with my maths and physics in the evening.
