八月的夏日，骄阳似火，可是，放眼望去，天长小学的小运动员们，已经顶着烈日开始了训练进行时。

清晨，当大家还在睡梦中时，小运动员们早早的起床了，犯着丝丝困意，踏进了学校大门，开始了每天的训练。

大家纷纷放下自己正在玩的体育器具，投入到了训练的第一步：长跑。我们排着整齐的队伍，迈着矫健的步伐，迎着朝阳在跑道上挥洒汗水和笑声。时间一分一秒的过去了，我们大约跑了一半，许多女生就已经气喘吁吁了，一些男生也快不行了。是呀，今天是第一天，更何况有些人也是刚吃完早饭呢！熬过了训练的第一步，我们开始了准备活动：一、二、三、四、二、二、三、四……大家做的不亦乐乎，让僵硬的关节活动舒畅。

训练是艰苦的，但训练更是希望的开始。我们开始了100米赛跑。我第一个上场，深吸一口气，好象即将上战场的战士，等待老师一声令下，我一个箭步冲出起跑线，把旁边的队员甩在身后，还差五六十米了，我两臂快速摆动，双腿协调的跟上，最终以16秒80完成了比赛。虽然这不是我最好的成绩，但还是让我找回了运动场上拼搏的感觉。后面的队友大部分都是四年级，但也都不甘落后，18秒，17秒，20秒，都用尽全力跑出了自己理想的成绩。

训练也是开心的。时间过得很快，最后15分钟，大家玩起了足球比赛。队员们在场上快乐地飞奔，圆圆的球在我们脚下快乐地跳跃，这场面，太阳公公都不忍心再伤害我们，悄悄躲进了云层。当然比赛会有输赢，戚老师也不忘用运动的方式对待我们的成绩，胜方做10个俯卧撑，输方做30个。最终，我们以2比1赢得了比赛，也开开心心地接受了10个俯卧撑。

大家有说有笑的离开了运动场。其实，这训练一点也不累，只要你有耐心，信心，和决心就行了。

4月18日的下午，在星期一没有任何兴趣班的我，一回到家就急急忙忙的摊开作业本唰唰唰地写了起来。

知道我今天为什么这么主动地写完作业吗？因为今天是我妈妈的生日，我要用双手为她做一份精致的礼物，不仅仅是这事儿，还有很多事要做呢！要是不快些写完作业，怎么能吃到爸爸为妈妈买的蛋糕呢。（其实本人就是沾沾光嘛！）

首先出阵的是陆兵学员方队、步兵方队、特种兵方队……这些由海、陆、空三军组成的13个方队，迈着整齐和有力的脚步，走过天安门广场。一支支威武的方队走过，如劲风呼啸，如春雷滚地。

然后出现在我们眼前的是机械装备方队，军乐声声，马达隆隆，这25个机械装备方队，他们带着火箭炮、无人机、榴弹炮等各种先进的武器，这些我从来没有见过的武器紧紧地吸引了我的目光。

两年前认识的小畅，和现在很不一样，那是的小畅是我的学习对手，挺好强的，时常一鸣惊人，那时一场语文考试下来，我依旧是低低的分数，小畅考的特别好，还说以前不好的，就现在和你做对手就变好了。

那时，小畅留给我的印象，淡淡的。

后来，我转学了，也再没见过你了，只依稀听映儿说你现在学习突飞猛进，再不是从前那个总是考不赢我英语的小畅了。

断了接近两年的记忆，在那时候，又被接上了。

九年级，你转来我们班，还和我做了同桌，周围的一切对你来说，都是陌生的，你那十分外向开朗的性格，到这里，似乎又有些放不开，我那时感觉我就是小畅的姐姐，想把小畅捧在手心里呵护，小畅像个不听话的小孩一样，会在上课的时候数着还有几百秒下课，会在晚自习时一口一口地叫“满损”，打打闹闹，而我会帮小畅交个广播稿，讲一下题目，而小畅会帮我整理凌乱不堪的课桌，多好的妹妹呵！在小畅考试失意的时候，会给小畅加把油，因为小畅在我眼里和心里都是最棒的！其实，当你波澜不惊地闯进我的生活，你就已经嵌入我的生命了。
