父亲节就到了，我一直在想，送爸爸一份什么样的礼物呢？我要为爸爸亲手做一个立体的贺卡。

该怎么做呢？我按照杂志里的方法去做。首先选择一张浅色的卡纸，把它对折做成底座。再用剪刀在对称轴上竖剪出两个长方形(不剪断)，把它摊开，把刚才剪的长方形拱成正方形，并压实折痕。然后，画一个手捧鲜花，满面笑容的我，还有一个伸手去接鲜花的爸爸。把图案涂上五彩斑斓的颜色并剪下，用双面胶粘在拱起的正方体边上。最后，用水彩笔在贺卡上写对爸爸的祝福，还画上精美的图案。这样，一个活灵活现的立体贺卡完成了。

晚上，我悄悄把贺卡放在爸爸的枕头下。

第二天早上，爸爸把我楼在怀里说：“谢谢，我的宝贝女儿。”我笑嘻嘻地说：“祝你节日快乐，爸爸。”

As the young generation faces the cultural shock in the globalization, so

day called Chinese Cultural Heritage Day, in the purpose of advocating the

essence of local culture. When children grow up, they will fight for protecting

the culture.

In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

我和爸爸妈妈去动物园玩。我们进了园，就看见那里人山人海，就像是一条长龙，更像是一片欢乐的海洋。

今年有幸分配到_小学，并担任一年级一班的体育教师，虽然觉得压力很大，但在我的内心同时也产生了动力，所以我不怕苦，力争把这个四个班的体育搞好，为此我制定了一个计划。计划如下：

第一，在业务水平上。由于我刚刚走上工作岗位，和老教师比起来缺少实际教学经验、在教材理解方面会存在一些疑问，也不十分了解学生，所以，我会积极向老教师们尤其是董海秀老师学习，探讨，来丰富自己对业务水平的知识渗透。

第二，在知识蕴涵量上。虽然是本科生，但自己的知识含量，特别是低年级教学方面的知识远远不够，俗话说：学海无涯，因此，在日常生活中要处处留心，不断反思与积累教学方面的心得与见解。勤于学习，树立终身学习的观念。

他山之石，可以攻玉;他山之玉，可以剖金、学习，可以使我们了解前人和他人，了解过去和未来，关照反思自我，从而获得新的生成、所以，我觉得要做到三学。

(1)坚持不懈地学、活到老，学到老，树立终身学习的观念。

五、协调家长的配合，与家长协力共同教育好每一个孩子。家长是孩子的第一任老师，家长对孩子的影响随处可见。

综上所述是我在新学期的工作，学习计划制定的虽然简单了一些，但我个人认为，有很多事情与问题是在工作过程中产生的，并要在工作中进行解决的，在工作计划中不一定十分全面的写进去、所以，唯有努力才是做好工作与解决问题的最好方法、对于我现有的工作，我会很珍惜，也有信心把它干好，力争发挥最高水平，把体育教学贯穿到底、同时也谢谢各位领导对我的信任。

In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.

This winter is freezing cold. I didn’t have any desire to go out for play.

I always stayed at home. Actually, most of the time I was in my bed. When I felt

anxious for staying inside too long, I will go near the window to wach the

children building snowman or throwing snowballs. It seemed very interesting. But

I just didn’t want to go out. Later my mother found that I was so lazy. Then she

forced me to go out. Since my mother said, I have no excuse to reject. My mother

What impressed me most was that people there were all very friendly and some of them could even speak Enlish. But still I think that there are some problems of this city, which I dislike. Those are too many people there and the heavy traffic. If there were fewer people and less traffic, it would be better.

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，都是高跟鞋惹的祸弄的我头痛一天。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午主任上了节班会课，课上老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。主任用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着主任看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

由于这两天一直下雨，门前的小河也因此只涨不退，很快就变成了“假黄河”。不知道哪里有山体滑坡，水也变的跟黄河一样黄，而且水还很大。凡是水小的时候，水都是绕过塔石流过去。而这次，直接从塔石“跃”了过去，溅起阵阵水花，家门口就能听到轰轰的水花声。

外面下着雨，玩不起来，撑着伞干什么都不方便。整天闷在家。还不如晴天跟着爷爷上山砍柴。但是没关系，家里我有自己的乐趣——烧火，现在农村爷爷家还是采用柴火制，烧完的竹子就会变成木炭，爷爷奶奶会把木炭收起来。每天一大早，点起一捆树枝，把木炭烧热，烧红，然后定时添加新的木炭。大家都围着火盆，爸爸在嗑瓜子，妈妈在烤火……有时候我们还会放点东西进去烤。烤年糕、烤红薯……木炭烤的东西都特别的香特别好吃。

有时我们还会拿根木棍什么的，插在炭灰里。先是冒了点烟，拽出来，枝头上已有点点火星在闪动，和缕缕青烟交错在一起，十分美丽。

点点火星，温暖火盆，岭下小这就是我的乡村生活。

I love holidays,because during holidays ,I can do everything I like,and

study something new.Now the summer holidays is coming,Im going to do something

meaningful.

I like English,I spell words well,but I can not speak English very well.So

I want to improve my English in the holiday.I will read English every moring,and

then I think my English must be improved. I will also learn to swim.I think it

is very helpful.

There are too many things to do,I believe in myself can do them well! My

summer holiday must be a good one.
