头痛的一天

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，都是高跟鞋惹的祸弄的我头痛一天。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午主任上了节班会课，课上老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。主任用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着主任看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

星期三，考试考完我还自信满满，肯定能考到95分以上，可是一回到家看到妈妈的表情非常难看，我心里觉得有点不对劲。

然后，我好奇地问妈妈：“妈妈，怎么了?”妈妈生气地回答：“你考试连90分都没有，身为一个大队长，考试成绩应该比别的同学考得更好，当一个好榜样!”我听了妈妈的话，我的心情一下子变得日月无光，山崩地裂，伤心极了。

到了晚上，我连饭也不想吃，心里一直很难过……

我带着失望又伤心的心情走进了房间，眼泪不听使唤哗啦啦地流了下来，这是，妈妈安慰我说：“孩子，别难过了，以后要多动脑筋，不要骄傲。”在这一时刻，我顿时想到了：虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。过了一会儿，我呜咽地对妈妈说：“妈妈，其实，我也想把成绩提高上去，可是我不知道该怎么做。”妈妈说：“你每次都不仔细，很粗心以后要仔细一点，上课认真听讲，多看看课外书。”我点了点头，可是，内心还是有一种说不出的滋味。

经过了这难过的一天，我今后要奋发图强，尽自己的力量考出好的成绩。

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

一、指导思想

紧密结合学校的办学宗旨，推进素质教育。认真贯彻《学校体育工作条例》，实施《全民健身纲要》，树立健康第一的思想。加强学校体育工作的建设和管理，在改善体育基础设施设备的基础上，努力提高学生的身体素质和健康水平，并协调各部门组织开展好学校的各项体育常规工作。使学校体育工作再上新台阶

二、工作目标：

1、以竞赛活动为抓手，增强全校师生强身健体的锻炼意识，协调好学校抓好群体工作，进一步发扬我校传统特色。

2、体育学科要继续加强学习、研究，规范体育课堂教学。

3、抓好学校运动队的训练，在区级比赛中能出尖子选手。

4、面对场地情况，重视体育课程的功能开发，增强体育课程的趣味性，规范体育课锻炼活动，加强课间游戏设计开发，控制意外伤害事故的发生。

三、主要工作

(一)加强体育教研活动，规范体育课堂教学，提高教学质量

1、学校体育教研组要再次组织体育教师认真学习《体育课程标准》，结合我校学生及场地、器材的实际情况，认真制订好各年级教学计划，按体育教学常规的要求，做好教学六认真工作。

2、本学期，每位体育老师要依据学科特点，采用灵活多样的方式组织教学活动，克服课堂教学中的随意性，切忌放羊式教学。在教学设计上，建立以学生为“主体”的课堂教学模式，淡化“竞技运动”的教学思维，重视体育课程的功能开发，研究现有场地的体育课活动设计，确保体育活动的有效性。

3、加强科研意识，在学科教学中继续渗透学生好习惯践行课题研究的内容。每位老师要做好资料的搜集和整理，及时进行总结和反思，认真撰写论文。

4、牢牢树立健康第一的指导思想，以《学生体质健康测试标准》为切入口，建立检查评估制度，以切实提高学生的锻炼积极性为目标力争使全校学生的体质健康标准测试成绩稳步上升。

5、课前要充分设计好合理有效的教学内容，要利用现有的场地互相协调好，确保正常的教学，同时还要加强师生课堂安全意识，防止伤害事故发生。

(二)、加强学科建设，争创品牌亮点

1、加强体育学科组的建设，目标要明确，措施要到位。如何争创学科的亮点、创建优势项目是本学期学科工作的一个重点。

2、体育组现有的资源要合理有效的重组整合，争取发挥更有效的作用。

(三)、抓好群体工作，丰富学校文体生活

1、加强课间操的日常管理。继续抓好课间操的进出场(快、静、齐)及做操质量，科任老师、班主任、广播操检查评分员，体育老师都要准时到岗，并在学生精神面貌、出勤人数、动作质量等方面做好检查督促工作。

2、组织开展好学生的体育锻炼活动，任课老师要与体育老师密切配合，保证活动时间和活动质量。

3、组织开展好每月小型体育竞赛活动，学校坚持以全面增强学生体质，保证学生有1小时体育活动时间为出发点，在开足体育课程的基础上，根据学校实际情况，贯彻小型多样，单项分散的原则，按季节气候的不同，每月安排各种体育竞赛活动。活动要常搞常新，让学生有新鲜感，激发学生运动兴趣，培养坚持锻炼的好习惯，掌握科学的健身方法。力争通过各种竞赛活动，活跃学校文体生活，在校园内形成浓厚的锻炼氛围。

Life is full of ups and downs. Success always comes along with failure.

Suffering from the boring cold, my brain remains empty. I even don’t know

how to start of a simple diary, though it’s a piece of cake for me long long

ago. I have never lose faith in my ability of studying English even though I

fails now and them. But now I do because my diaries hold no promise. I don’t

know what I keep diaries for. I can’t come with any conclusions.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I dont feel lonely. 一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

After the Spring Festival, here comes the Lantern Festival. In China,

people celebrate it on the lunar calendar fifteen. It symbolizes the short rest

has come to an end after the spring festival; people need to get back to work

with their best wishes in the brand-new year. We all celebrated this festival

with plenty of food and fun. The most important and traditional food on the

Lantern Festival is Tang-yuan. With sweet and soft rice outside and peanuts or

sesame inside, this little rice ball stand for the happy reunion, and the best

wish for the whole families. Apart from having dinner with parents and

relatives, there are also lots of activities on that day. The Lantern shows as

well as guessing riddles are part of the Lantern Festival; and the most

interesting part of the show is that the riddles are written on the Lantern.

After dinner, the whole families go to the lantern fair, to enjoy the happiness

in this moment.

In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.

去年暑假，我们一家去杭州西湖游玩。

下了旅游大巴，碧绿碧绿的湖水和各色的荷花让我们大吃一惊，那景色真是太美了!

走近西湖，那湖水不是单纯的绿，深深浅浅的绿色水波轻轻荡漾，像仙女的纱幔。湖水清澈见底，清得可以看见湖底的泥沙、树枝和有些发黑的大石头。人们有的坐大游船欣赏西湖美景，有的则划一叶小舟向荷花荡漾而去。

花开还没有一个月吧，西湖的荷花已呈现如此美的景色!荷叶像碧绿的大圆盘将荷花保护在自己庞大的身躯下。白色、黄色、粉色的荷花挤在一起，有的才展开两三片花瓣;有的花瓣全展开了，露出嫩黄色的小莲蓬;有的还是花骨朵儿，圆滚滚的超级可爱。

晴天中的西湖很美，但蒙蒙细雨中的西湖就更美了。南方多雨，下午，我们有幸看到雨中的西湖。从远处望去，西湖披上一层薄薄的面纱，景色若隐若现。在朦胧之中，湖边的柳树伟岸，湖里的荷花娇媚。荷叶就更美了，它盛满了珍珠，“珍珠”小小的、晶莹剔透。

西湖的美如苏轼的一首诗：

啊，祖国的江山多美呀!我为祖国有这样的大好河山而骄傲!

今天上午，我爸爸出差回来，我作业也写完了，妈妈为了奖励我，便调了馅，我们家包饺子吃。唉!几年我们家都没有饺子了，今天一定要大包一次、大吃一顿。

我们三口围在餐桌旁，妈妈负责揉出一个个小面球，爸爸负责把小面球擀成饺子皮，我则负责包饺子。话说我的任务最重了，我可一定要加油呀!我先拿起一张饺子皮，;再摊开手，把饺子馅放在饺子皮中央;最后把饺子皮对折，小心翼翼的把两边捏紧，千万不能有缝隙，不然的话，饺子里的调料就会流进汤里，饺子吃起来就没有味道了。啊!包好了。真是“马到成功”啊。第一个饺子圆圆满满的包成了，象征着这一年我会圆圆满满的度过。我又包了一个带花边的小姑娘的头发的饺子，又报了一个平平整整的小男孩的头发的饺子，我分别用牙签把他们刻上了脸，两个灿烂的笑脸在锅里翻腾，煞是好看。下面就要包玩的饺子了，是什么呢?这个饺子有个与众不同之处，里面没有馅，反而有一枚干干静静的硬币!对了，谁要是吃着了这枚硬币，这一年就会像硬币一样光滑，光亮。我有包了很多饺子，把饺子下进了锅里，不一会儿，饺子就出锅了，吃着自己包的饺子，心里美滋滋的。

人们说包饺子可以包出好运，今天我包了饺子，包出好运了么?
