Like every young girl, I pay attention to make myself look pretty, because

if I get more attention from others, I will be very happy. So I start to follow

the models and the movies stars dressing style, then I find that compare to

their skinny bodies, I look like a fat girl. So I have made up my mind to lose

weight. As my body is in the growth period, my parents always ask me to eat

more. When they find me start to eat less, they think I am sick. I tell them

that I want to look beautiful, then my mother says that I am beautiful in her

eyes. If I dont eat, I will look old. I search the Internet. The pictures of

skinny girls scare me, so I give up losing weight. My annoyance is gone, and I

am happy again.

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song

which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

缤纷多彩的暑假;怡然自得的暑假;乐趣无穷的暑假;骄阳似火的盛夏，我和家人来到厦门的梦幻游乐园游玩。

这可是我们小朋友，梦寐以求的梦幻游乐园。一进游乐园，我就举起那久违的双手，笑逐颜开的高呼起来。我东瞧瞧，西看看，一个庞大的环形轨道吸引了我。我拉着妈妈的手急匆匆地跑到排队区，仔细一看，原来这是“激流勇进”。坐上“过山车”，开动了，“过山车”缓缓的往高处开，虽然慢，但十分顺畅。我紧张极了，紧紧搂着妈妈的手，“忐忑不安”得坐着。“过山车”越开越高，我的心也跟着揪了一下，到了顶点，缆车突然向左转，我完全已经不知所措，心神慌乱了。一刹那，“过山车”疾速如风，犹如火光冲天点燃的导火线，以风驰电掣的速度从高空急速冲下。我紧闭双眼，突然觉得全身像覆盖着冰一样。冲刺的时候，“啊!啊!……”我抑制不住自己疯狂的叫了出来，“过山车”到底时，顿时池塘里的水溅起三丈之高，在阳光的照耀下，水珠被映照的金黄金黄的，好像一颗颗闪闪发光的金豆子。溅起之水就宛如千万条闪闪银光的涌泉跃鲤，争先恐后地跃起，又像一群顽皮的孩子，他们天真活泼从山顶赤着小脚丫儿蹦跳着涌下来，一落地又四散的跑开了。又恰似银河奔泻，抛珠撒玉。围观的人们不禁啧啧称奇。在飞溅水中，我茫然睁开眼睛，四周都是“银装素裹”，我完全置身于这宏丽的“银白世界”。“银白世界”里，飞溅的水，就像扇动着翅膀的白蝴蝶，轻轻地飘飞着，又像大朵大朵的雪花漫天横飞。突然，一大泼水“从天而降”，毫不留情的洒在了我身上。冲刺过后，“过山车”的速度缓慢下来了，我加速蹦跳的心，也慢慢的安静一点了。我大口大口的喘着气。我早已经全身湿透了，变成“落汤鸡”啦!除了这些我还玩了许多有趣的项目。

我还坐上了华丽的旋转木马，在一个粉绿相加，镶嵌着闪闪宝石的梦幻海马上，伴随着悠扬动听的音乐，沉浸在这欢乐的海洋中，在这一切都是那么美好，像梦一样美好，令人神往……

欢乐总是美好的，但又是短暂的，我真希望这美好的时光能多停留一会儿。要和这梦幻的游乐园说：“拜拜!”，虽然已经吃过大把甜了，但我还是余味无穷，因为我们童真的欢笑已深深的印刻在我的心上!

前几天，我领到通知，在庆阳一中的第一份责任是担任高一二班的班主任，我不禁有些好奇，有些担忧，同样，还有份期待。好奇这些青涩的面孔，担忧我能否用最适当的方式和这些叛逆的心灵交流，期待他们能否因为我的正确引导而走上一条美好的道路。种.种复杂的情绪盘旋在我的心头，就这样，我走进了那间教室，迎接独属于我的缘分——他们。

在暑假里，我和弟弟、奶奶还有阿姨、姐姐去了中山陵。我们在中山陵玩的不亦乐乎，其中令我影响最深的就是我们在游乐园玩的那些项目了。

我们先去了孙中山先生临墓，然后又路途走去了游乐园。我们去了游乐园，我第一个目标就是玩索道和滑道。一开始奶奶不让我玩这个项目，说这个项目太危险了，我再三恳求奶奶，最后我还是玩了这个项目。我在坐索道的时候心里一点也不害怕，因为我最想玩的是滑倒，滑道很刺激。我下了滑道又坐上了惊险刺激的滑道，坐上滑道，身旁的那位爷爷说：“往前推是滑，往后拉是撒车，要是嫌速度太快就撒车!”

我刚坐上滑车，只见旁边那位爷爷脚一踹，就把我和滑车踹了出去。我就像只自由自在的像鸟一样在把握着“方向盘”在轨道上航行。

哇好刺激啊!顿时，我的心里又兴奋又害怕，坐上车就忍不住大叫，我真后悔刚才要做这个滑道，我真是“不听老人言，吃亏在眼前!”可过了一会，我不觉得那么害怕了，看!这是一条弯弯曲曲的小道，让我在这小道中荡漾!看，这道旁的风景，娇气的小草们满园、柳绿花红、鸟语花香，雄伟的大树们古木参天、

叶落归根、松柏常青、绿树成荫，嫩绿小花们绿草如、姹紫嫣红、花团锦簇 、百花齐放、万紫千红，我光顾着欣赏这美景，还没来得及撒车呢，就到了陆地。

这项项目刚玩完，我又和姐姐去玩了海盗船。刚开始，海盗船摇得不高，我和姐姐一点也不害怕。可到后面，海盗船摇得越来越高，越来越变得有刺激性了，我忍不住大叫起来，心里越来越害怕了，可一旁的姐姐可纹丝不动，很镇定，一点也不害怕。姐姐说：“你别再叫了，你的叫声使我感觉到害怕!”在这海盗船上可以观赏游乐园的景色，观赏游乐园的项目。过了一会，海盗船终于停了下来，可又过了一会，海盗船又开始航行了，把我甩的头晕转向。几分钟后，海盗船终于停了下来。

我刚下船，刚准备去掉小金鱼，谁知，阿姨又买了一张旋转木马票，让我陪弟弟玩。阿姨彻底让我打消了钓鱼的念头。坐完木马，我赶忙下马，奔跑着向鱼池奔去，奶奶说：“涵涵，别掉了，我们回家吧。”我说：“不要，我要和弟弟一块钓鱼。”弟弟在一旁小声的说：“我要和哥哥一起钓鱼!”阿姨、奶奶经不住我和弟弟诱惑只好让我们去钓鱼了。

到了鱼池，我和弟弟各拿一根鱼竿，开始钓鱼。我把鱼竿放进鱼池，奶奶在一旁指导我“这边一条大的，掉这条……”

鱼钓完了，我们也该回家了。回家时，天上还不时飘着细雨，好像是在欢送我们呢!

Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a computer. My mother is

my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web

site on the intern.et. One day, mom was not at home.

I turned on the computer and began to learn how to chat on n.et. The first

one I met there was a boy called tom. He greeted me politely. When he knew that

I was only a 9-year-old girl, and almost knew nothing about chatting on n.et, he

started showing me how to use the chatting tools, how to download, and how to

send e-mails. I learnt a lot from him.

Mid-autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals for Chinese

people, which even occupies the same position with Spring Festival. It is said

that the festival originated from a love story. A man with great strength shot

nine suns and left only one, while his wife ate the pills by curious heart. At

last, she flied to the moon and had to be separated with her lover. Nowadays,

the meaning of Mid-autumn festival is to let the families get together and enjoy

the time to appreciate the full moon. My families always prepare for some

snacks. When we finish the dinner, all the members will come to the balcony and

sit down, appreciating the full moon. We talk and enjoy the chatting hour. I

have a good time with my families.

实习第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动；只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了...

我们这组17个同学分在了西安市第75中学，校车将我们送到目的地已快10点了。先是大家一起将行李被褥搬到宿舍，幸好有个男同胞寇斌帮了不少忙。我跟舍友晓迪富贵儿一直都在一起，也住在了同一个宿舍，心里深感安慰。老大去了陕重子弟中学，刘敏考研复习，朱自主实习去了公司，小晴子也是自己联系了学校。

看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。

之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，还有塑胶操场，其实这所学校能评上西安市重点肯定有一定的基础的。除了住宿，有些狭窄，我睡上铺，简直上不去也下不来，很费劲；而且还发现宿舍没有装暖气，对那些住校生们可真是个很好的锻炼，梅花香自苦寒来嘛！

一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和75中的校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有高中也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。我的名字在第二个写，当念我代初一2班时，失落的很；他突然又顿了顿“哦这个是班长啊，那分到高中组吧，高一1班。”我心里真乐开花儿了，我很是想教高中，也踏实了，否则我真一天天过的抑郁呢！

还给我们分了间办公室，是个暂不用的化学实验室，进去有股淡淡的化学药品的气味，但很宽敞。那个主任很细心，还让我去后勤领了饮水机和纯净水。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢！这样更真实也更容易接近。

然后去了高一组办公室跟班主任沟通，班主任办公桌对面碰巧就是英语老师的办公

桌，我们一起聊了聊。这两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。

下午第二节就是英语，我去听课，做了听课记录。

我们系主任让我和晓迪负责我们实习期间的事务。因此我们提前拟好的各项纪律制度，然后大家召集在一起开会。会后各自去吃饭，收拾东西。

在这里跟在学校实在没法比，尤其是时间观念。现在的中学生确实挺辛苦的，我也将跟他们一起遵守作息时间，共同度过这一个半月了。

希望我和我的学生们建立融洽的师生关系。

In the past, people tend to keep on the rail. No matter who doesn’t follow

the rules, he would be criticized by the public opinion. Nowadays, with the

rapid development of our society, more and more people recognize the importance

of creation. The development of our country, our society even ourselves need

creation.

First of all, creation is the most important factor to improve the ability

of our country. Some people think that the essence of the human civilization is

the result of creation. It is certain that in order to stand a good place in the

international circle, our country has to train the creative people, so that they

can make great breakthrough for our mother. However, if our people lack of

creation, we couldn’t realize our dream to become a great country in the world.
