呼呼――热腾腾的风吹拂着脸颊，尽管过了火热的七月，八月份的天依旧没有褪去炎热。我们笔直地站在鲜艳的国旗下，一身军绿色整装待发，为迎接即将新来的教官。

听说军训会很艰难，可我总是不相信。迎接教官的第一天，我是那么的热血沸腾。腰板挺直，头颅高昂!我知道，这是军人的一贯动作。

二十一个班级就是二十一个连，我被分到十三连后，心里开始默默期待了起来……说不清期待什么，反正很激动就是了。

久违的哨声响在耳边，我在脑海里刻画了无数次军训的场景，却没想到竟然只是这一个动作。立定站好!“双臂夹紧，挺胸抬头，目视前方!”一位肤色黝黑，身材瘦小的教官，嗓门却大的震人。

十分钟，二十分钟……第一次我觉得立定站稳是那样的难。因为不只有心理上的烦躁，再加之空气干燥炎热，只觉得后背已经湿透了。嗓子渴得冒烟，却必须一动不动!

军训真的很苦，但我却越挫越勇。从一开始跑步的气喘吁吁到逐渐适应，我收获了许多。在这样被逼迫的情况下，我竟然完全适应了这样的生活，简直不可思议!

后来，我从教官的故事里听说;他二十岁选择当兵，现在已经有五年了，他们的训练比我们更加艰苦。从爬山磨破了无数条裤子到每天必须按时完成的特训，他从没叫过苦。因为这是他当初的选择，人生的道路有很多，可一旦做了决定，就要一直走下去!

不放弃，去坚持!是我们所有人的写照。继续走，坚守一条路，人生便会多很多条路。不论前途，不论困苦!

说不出到底是哪里出了问题，本来我是打算成功送走了教官开心一阵子的，没成想心底却引出了伤感。莫名地，觉得离别也未必会让我如此。想起曾经的一幕幕，回忆涌上心头。最后，我们用迎接他们来时的歌声护送他们离开，伤感的氛围更加浓厚了。

军训八月，约吗?

早在几天前，街道上就摆满了粽子，到处飘散着粽子的清香。今天终于可以吃到妈妈做的香喷喷的粽子了。因为端午节到来了。

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many

other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay GREat attention to the choice of

books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad

books will do us more harm than good.

New Year is the biggest festival for Chinese people. After about half a

month, there is a traditional festival, it is the Lantern Festival, which is

also important. The first round moon day in the New Year is special. People

continue to celebrate the New Year and enjoy the time with their families.

The coming of Lantern Festival is various. Some people said that it is

related with Buddha. When the Buddhas meditated, they need light in front of

them, so the light can drive away monster for people. Today, in some areas,

people light up lanterns to beg for a son from god. No matter what the story is,

the traditional festival is favored by people and the government pays special

attention to remind this tradition.

There are many activities on Lantern Festival, and the most traditional

game is the riddle. People can read some riddles that are written in the

lanterns. They can get prizes if they know the answers. I love riddle so much,

because when I figure out the answers, I will be very proud of myself, at the

same time, I can learn some funny knowledge.

On the first day of the year, my father and I went to the cinema to see a

movie. That movie was good.

That movie is called "the kingdom of Rock 2, dragons wish". It is mainly

about Abu and partners to overcome difficulties, to find the king of the elves:

大年初一，我和爸爸去电影院看电影。那部电影很好。

那部电影叫《摇滚王国2，龙的心愿》。主要是关于阿布和伙伴们克服困难，寻找精灵之王：阿布和朋友们在游戏中，阿布的手臂慢慢消失了，兴隆(阿布大师)很担心，突然一个叫雷比的人唱起了“奇妙的房子线索”

I didnt go anywhere today. I stayed at home doing my homework and helping

my mother with housework. I realised it was not easy to do so much housework all

by oneself. I should help mother more in the future.

我今天什么地方也没有去。在家帮妈妈做家务。我认识到，一个人做家务不容易。以后我要多帮妈妈的忙。

I like to hear music so much, every time when I am in the bad mood, I will

take out my MP3, listening to the music, then all my worries will be forgotten.

Music is part of my life, I like rock music specially, Avril is my favorite

female singer, I like all of her songs. I wish someday I can have the chance to

watch her music concert.

过年啦!过年啦!大街小巷到处树上挂满了红通通的灯笼，灯笼有大有小，有发红光的灯笼，还有对联贴起来，有的叫“一年四季春常在，万紫千红永开花。”横批：喜迎新春。还有许多对联的句子，都表示吉祥如意，欢度春节，再看看有些人都忙着挂灯笼，贴对联，有的人对贴联的人说：“要贴好看一点，别贴歪了，要直一点!”小朋友和大人都穿着新衣服，每个人见到自己的家人和朋友都要说声：“新年快乐!”高兴的连小狗都摇着尾巴汪汪叫。除夕晚上，大家开始吃年夜饭，我们来到饭桌上，就看见有五花八门的菜，有翡翠龙眼，糠醋排骨，红烧鱼，鸡蛋炒韭菜，蛋炒饭等，还没到时大家吃饭，我就狼吞虎咽的吃起来，怪不得妈妈总说我是小馋猫，我也不管妈妈说什么来着，反正是过年嘛!大家要过的开开心心，出要吃得高高兴兴，你说呢?哈哈!

接下来应该去放鞭炮，我首先放的是烟花，烟花的名称是“满天星”烟花一放出来，花炮升腾五彩斑斓，姹紫嫣红，只听一声“啪!”一朵朵美丽的礼花如同仙女撒下的花瓣，朵朵精致，绚丽多彩，一会儿像仙女散花，一会孔雀开屏，一会儿含苞欲放……天空顿时成了五彩缤纷的“花园”。多美的烟花，璀璨夺目，你能说这不是令人陶醉的景象吗?

过年啦!过年啦!迎来了大家的喜悦和祝福。

到了中午吃饭的时候，我依旧和爷爷奶奶疏远，坐在离爷爷奶奶远的距离。可这却让我的爸爸异常愤怒，爸爸猛的一拍桌子，对我吼道：“你今天怎么回事!也不坐在爷爷奶奶旁边，和他们说说话，聊聊天，快点，坐到爷爷奶奶的旁边来!”我当时先是一愣，眼前立即浮现出以前的画面：以前，我只要是一回老家，就总会粘着爷爷奶奶他们。

帮爷爷奶奶炒菜、端菜，给爷爷奶奶说一些有趣的事，吃饭时又抢着坐在爷爷奶奶的旁边，有什么好吃的，总是夹到爷爷奶奶的碗里。把所有的好东西都是先给爷爷奶奶。但是今天我却变了，和爷爷奶奶疏远?随着年龄增长我更应该好好孝顺他们，而不是产生隔阂。我默默地又回到了爷爷奶奶的身边。

是啊，我又明白了一句话：孝，一定要坚持，不可以因年龄而中断，我们一定要每时每刻尊重孝道。

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

迎着秋日的阳光我们开始进行为期六周的正式实习。10月18号下午，我和小组成员一起来到深大附中参加实习会议。怀着激动地心情来到六楼会议室，学校给我们每人备了一瓶水，到了下午4点就有老师陆续走进来。实习小组的成员大都互相认识，大家互相交流着彼此的心情，但很快地随着“实习要求”下发后，大家便严肃起来。学校教育处和学生处的王主任和赵主任分别对我们这群实习老师进行严格的要求，他们说会拿正规老师的那套规定来要求我们，这让本次的实习任务变得更加严谨、正式了。随后，学校将我们划分成几个小组，我被分到初一四班，由王老师和林老师带队。几位老师分别站起来与大家打了下照面，看到我的指导老师，我不禁想起当年教我的语文老师，如今我也即将踏上教育之路，感觉有点不可思议。

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on

I like the winter holiday very much.Though its very shortI can enjoy the

Spring Festival.I can watch cartoon every day.

I neednt go to school frepuently.Sometimes I can go to play with my friend

outside.With the festival comingI can play all the time.I can play video game

with my brother.I am good at playing PC game.

So I often beats my brother.Then more and more relative came to my home.We

had dinner together.Its so lively that Iam very happy.But I still have to do my

homework.

“呜呜呜......”昨天晚上我在床上流下了“金豆豆”为什么呢?想起来真伤心。

昨天晚上，我妈妈约了阿姨们出来打麻雀的，表妹也跟了出来，听到了表妹也要来，我的心里很不愉快，因为她一来，就会惹人讨厌的了。阿姨们来到了，开始打麻雀了，她们是在露台打，我和表妹在家。

我拿出我的沙子公仔，想玩的时候，表妹过来抢了我的公仔，她又没洗手，这么脏摸下去，啊!我的公仔里面是沙的，洗不得的，我追着她抢了回来。抢回来后，我把公仔放回床上，就去洗澡，洗完了回床一看，公仔掉到了地上，我知道又是表妹搞的鬼。

我准备去二楼的偏厅，表妹也跟上了，上楼梯的时候，不知是什么东西，一滑，我一着急，把手挡下去，啊!我的手痛极了，只见表妹在旁边笑。我的手啊!......

别理了，回床睡觉吧，走到床边，我听见妈妈叫我：“女儿，倒杯水给我。”倒水?我的手痛的伸也身不直，着么倒?我只好说：我睡觉了，你自己倒吧。”“快点吧，吃着胡啊!”妈妈接着说。我又听到声音，“真乖，大姨妈有好东西就益你。”我知道是表妹又在抢风头，我赶紧钻到床上，隐隐约约地听到对话声：“大姨妈，我也想要沙子公仔。”这个表妹真是讨厌，竟然想拿我的公仔。“好，你听话的话我就送给你。”啊!妈妈，你送了给我的东西怎么可以送给别人?我生气地一拍床，噢，我的手真像爆筋似的，好通啊!

“呜呜呜......”好惨啊!......

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English

and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.

Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read

a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

今天天气晴朗，热。

我在6：30很早就起了床。我读英语然后吃早饭。我帮助母亲洗碗。然后做作业打扫房间。下午我和母亲去买东西。然后和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视、看书。我今天的确很忙、过得很有趣

Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

to sit in the round table and introduced ourselves one by one. When it was my

turn, I lowed down my head and spoke in low voice. Then the employers continued

to let us give speeches in the stage. I lose confidence and made the horrible

performance.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

lose chances. So I practise hard and dare to stand in the stage.

今天放学回家的时候，突然乌云密布，下起了大雨，我撑起伞，急急忙忙地跑回家。

到了家，我看见妈妈躺在床上，皱起眉头，一副很不舒服的样子。我急忙找到了体温表，用酒精擦试了一下，给妈妈一量，竟然是39。4°C，我呆住了，连忙到冰箱里拿来退烧药，想给妈妈吃，但我突然又想到药不能空腹吃，否则会伤胃的。那我就给妈妈先下面条吃吧。

于是我就拿起面条，烧开了水，放下面。妈妈有气无力地说：“不要弄了，很危险的，我一会儿就起来了”。我跟妈妈说：“没事，我会小心，你等着噢!”我跟妈妈说着说着，爸爸回来了，一进门，他就诧异地说：“怎么一股焦味啊?”“完了!”我急忙跑到厨房，一看，面都糊了。爸爸惊奇地问：“怎么回事呀?”我低下头，小声对爸爸说：“妈妈发高烧了，本来想给她吃药，可是空腹吃药不好，所以我就给妈妈烧面条吃，都怪我粗心，和妈妈说话忘记时间了，结果就成这样了。”爸爸恍然大悟了，说：“没关系，我来收拾，重新煮面。”

经过爸爸的帮助，一锅热气腾腾的面就好了。我端着面来到妈妈床前，妈妈感动地说：“你真是个懂事的孩子啊。”

I went to Beijing on vacation with my parents last month and we stayed there for a week.

To my surprise, Beijing is such a modern city that my parents and I all admire the development of it these years. We visited many wonderful places there, such as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and the Great Wall. What impressed me most was that people there were all very friendly and some of them could even speak Enlish. But still I think that there are some problems of this city, which I dislike. Those are too many people there and the heavy traffic. If there were fewer people and less traffic, it would be better.

终于放暑假了，可以尽情的玩一玩了。

这天，妈妈说要去丹尼斯买东西，还说让我骑着自己的自行车去，她骑着大自行车，我们两个一起去，我高兴的答应了。

我和妈妈骑着车子上路了。开始，我骑得很快，妈妈追不上我。过了一会儿，我骑得没劲儿了，速度变慢了，妈妈这才追上了我。妈妈对我说：“街上人太多，你要小心点儿，看着人，特别是过马路的时候，车特别多，要看红绿灯，否则你会撞车的!”妈妈让我跟着他走，以防万一。

到了一个三角形的路口，妈妈听了下来，下来推着车走。我紧跟在妈妈身后，丝毫不敢迟疑。可是，我还是没能跟紧妈妈，妈妈过了马路，可我还在马路中间呢!我左看右看，两边都来了车，这可怎么办呢?我急得向热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。妈妈在对面对我喊：“站那儿别动，等边上的车走了再过来，别着急!”我在心里埋怨妈妈，两边的车还都离我远着呢!还不如让我先过去，还我等这么长时间。过了马路，我问妈妈：“妈妈，你为什么不让我先过去，而让我等车过去再过来呢?”妈妈对我说：“孩子，我们宁可等一分钟，也不抢这一秒啊!有多少人都是为了抢这一秒钟，而失去了宝贵的生命啊!”我想了想，妈妈说的话挺有道理。

今天，我不仅玩了，还从中懂得了道理。这真是有意义的一天啊!
