(一) 生理发育特点

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

今天早晨，天阴沉沉，小雪球不时的洒落在地上，到了中午大片的雪花在天空中纷纷扬扬的飘落下来，

我和母亲决定午饭后去爬巾山，观看雪中的巾山。我们冒着纷飞的雪花和刺骨的寒风，来到位于临海市区的巾山。

1、加强课间操的日常管理。继续抓好课间操的进出场(快、静、齐)及做操质量，科任老师、班主任、广播操检查评分员，体育老师都要准时到岗，并在学生精神面貌、出勤人数、动作质量等方面做好检查督促工作。

2、组织开展好学生的体育锻炼活动，任课老师要与体育老师密切配合，保证活动时间和活动质量。

3、组织开展好每月小型体育竞赛活动，学校坚持以全面增强学生体质，保证学生有1小时体育活动时间为出发点，在开足体育课程的基础上，根据学校实际情况，贯彻小型多样，单项分散的原则，按季节气候的不同，每月安排各种体育竞赛活动。活动要常搞常新，让学生有新鲜感，激发学生运动兴趣，培养坚持锻炼的好习惯，掌握科学的健身方法。力争通过各种竞赛活动，活跃学校文体生活，在校园内形成浓厚的锻炼氛围。

4、抓好日常业余训练，体育组要组织安排好校队训练工作，学期初，认真制订好训练计划，合理安排时间，体育老师要协调好各部门工作，经常、积极、主动和班主任、家长联系，取得他们的支持和帮助，并做好运动员的思想工作，使运动员的训练时间得到保证。训练时要根据学校场地的实际情况，科学合理的安排训练内容和训练时间，确保运动能力稳步提高。争取出尖子选手。

(四)做好场地器材管理，体育资料整理工作

1、体育器材室配备专人负责管理，负责协调好器材的使用、保管及器材室的卫生工作，每天出借的体育器材要执行登记归还制度。

(五)、开展大课间活动。开展好体育大课间活动，缓解学生的学习压力，促进学生身心全面发展，使其更好地完成学业，促进学生的全面发展。

1、围绕新大纲要求，制定学校体育教学计划。

2、鼓励老师开设形式多样体育课，为学生服务。

3、教研活动要有突破，形式多样。主要在提高教师的自身素质上加大力度，教学研究上有特色，并加强检查和质量监控。

竞赛、训练工作：

1、抓好常规训练队的训练。做到开训前有计划、中期检查及期末测试总结。

2、组队参加区运动会。在学校现有的条件下，尽可能的参加多项比赛。争取团体总分有所提高。
