到了金秋八月份，核桃终于成熟了。新鲜的核桃外面那层绿色外衣还穿着，想要吃到鲜美的核桃真不容易呢！爷爷把打好的核桃放在麦草堆里面捂上几天，那层绿色就能轻易地剥掉了。核桃分为薄皮的和厚皮的两种，薄皮的比较容易弄出来吃，厚皮的很难弄出来吃，有时候还得借助牙签来帮忙。

我最喜欢吃薄皮的核桃了，那味道实在是鲜美极了！我爱家乡的核桃，更爱呵护核桃的家乡人！
