为了解决这个问题，应采取一系列措施如下。首先，我们应该建立一个健全的烟雾控制系统。环保部门不仅要加强大气监测，而且要制定更加严格的法律法规，减少污染源是减少大气污染物的根本途径。例如，我们可以减少燃料量或关闭高污染企业，发展绿色、节能的能源可以降低烟雾排放。最后但并非最不重要的，人们应该做好个人防护。他们需要减少户外运动的时间和关注在烟雾天休息。全国各地的人应该采取措施减少烟雾天气。我们可以使用更多的公共交通工具，如公共汽车和地铁，这样汽车的数量将是有限的，人们也应该种植更多的树。就我而言，如果我们共同努力，采取这样的措施，烟雾天气将完全消失，我们将得到明确和蓝天。

理想的学校,即一所好学校,总的评判标准是其在育人方面的贡献程度.而要有高质量的教育教学水平,我认为有以下方面.

首先,在器物层面上,我认为一所好学校不一定要有现代的高楼大厦,简朴、富有文化底蕴的建筑物或许更有利于教育教学.但是,良好的绿化环境和干净整洁的面貌必不可少.

其次,在制度层面,学校要有高效率的管理制度、教学制度.这些制度好比人体的骨架,起着贯穿和支撑全局的作用.

再次,在精神层面,学校要有先进的、明确的办学理念,这是学校一切教育教学活动的指导思想.

最后,教育是培养人的活动,由教师具体完成.一所学校必须有高水平的教师,所谓高水平包括：扎实的专业知识、过硬的教学能力、良好的道德素养等等.

拥有以上几点,即是我梦想的学校.

作为一直以来中国最重要的节日，春节总是带给我们这些小孩美好的期待。首先，在这春节期间我们不用写作业了。这对我们来说真是弥足珍贵的假日。我们的父母也放假，所以我们能一起去爷爷奶奶家欢度新年，一起享受新年钟声敲响时的快乐。

当然，如果这假期长一点的话我们会更开心的。

寒假一开始，我就计划着怎么过一个丰富多彩、快乐的假期。

寒假开始了，我跟好朋友们不能常常见面，我就在网上申请了QQ号，还建立了自己的空间，制作了动感影集，里面有我20多张照片。我还成立了一个寒假学习小组，我的几个好朋友都来过我的空间。在网上我跟好朋友聊天，交流养QQ宠物经验、学习的方法，比一比看谁的作业写得又快又好，交流读书心得等。

当外面下大雪，不能出门的时候，我靠在暖气上在知识的海洋里畅游，什么《钢铁是怎样炼成的》、《鲁滨孙漂流记》、《木偶奇遇记》等，全成了我的好朋友。我随着故事中的人物一起开心，一起伤心，一起感动，一起愤怒。一个个故事就像一个个谜，牵着我揭开它的盖头。

寒假里最快乐的莫过于过年了。穿上崭新的衣服，吃丰富的水果、大餐，放花炮、收红包、尽情地玩，尤其是我的生日在大年初二，我们全家在一起吃生日蛋糕，吹生日蜡烛，祝愿我快乐成长。

一转眼，年要过完了，我的新学期也就开始了。

北风，轻轻的吹，虽很轻，但出奇的刺骨;雪花，轻轻的飘，虽很柔，但也将世界银装素裹，四季明明还在更替，但为什么，我的记忆却停留在了那个夏天。

风，看不见，但永远不代表它不曾到来过，以前的美好，不能忘记，因为它曾在世界的某个角落发生过，虽然它还不够资格被编入历史，但说不定，那天回想起来，这还会是一种特别的幸福。

我望着远处，千里冰封，万里雪飘的世界已被融化，眼前却是那个烈日炎炎的夏日。

洛倾晴又在求林昱希写同学录，看着她们打闹，我无奈的笑笑，眼神又游离了，“啊，晴子，你要干嘛?”“小梦，小梦，你也帮我写一张嘛。”惊魂未定，熟悉的身影伴随着一声“啪，”又呈现出与刚才同样的场景，甜美少女莞尔一笑，青春活泼的气息感染了我和希子，我俩对视一笑，指着晴子那可爱的小鼻子“‘卖萌可耻’呀，你知不知道……”

希子，是我在这个班上最好的姐姐，晴子，是我最好的朋友，看着他们打闹的身影，不知何时，也不知为什么，我的眼眶湿润了，我知道，这是我们之间最后一个夏天，一阵微痛拉回我的思绪，扭头一看，对上了一双清澈明亮的双眸“叶染梦小姐，感觉怎么样?”凌卿舞斜着脑袋看着我，那小模样，真是可爱至极。“舞儿，你能不能不拍我的脑袋?”“又想什么去了?未来，多的是悲欢离合，好好珍惜现在吧!”我无奈的笑了。也对，可，也不知道还在多少日子能和这些好朋友们在一起。

寒风，还是将我的吹醒，眼前又是那白茫茫的一片，带着失落的心，去寻找那支离破碎的记忆吧!

举着雨伞，伞落了;冒着小雪，雪停了;冰雪还是不忍得将这片绿色冻上，留下了一丝生机。我的心砰砰跳着，望着破碎的记忆片，我却不敢走快了——害怕冰雪绕住我的脚，阻止我的前进。传说，万片三叶草中才能寻到一片四叶草。我蹲下身，端详着它们，它们曾给了我与舞儿六份幸运。可谁又会知道，我们收获的不只是幸运，还有满满一箩筐的快乐。

回到母校，孩子们那天真的笑容，银铃般的笑声，让我想起以前，我们也是这般无忧无虑的玩着，看着黑板上那沧桑的面孔，我不知道用粉笔划过它多少次，我与晴子也不知道用粉笔扔过对方多少次。

手机铃声还是《朋友》，可你们却不在我身边，夏天还是那么蓝，可少了你们的陪伴，又有什么趣呢?
