A New Year has begun, everyone will have a few new hope, I also like everyone, and hope to be able to achieve.

新的一年已经开始，每个人多多少少都会有几个新的希望，我也和大家一样，并且希望都能够实现。

我的新年新希望第一是：希望我的身体健康，能够长高一点，长胖一点，这样就能增加抵抗力，比较不会生病，所以我要多运动，保持身体的活力。

我的新年新希望第二是：希望我的兄弟姐妹能学业进步，我的爸爸、妈妈、阿姨、伯父、伯母和姑姑能事业顺利，爷爷、奶奶和外婆身体安康，同时也希望所有关心我、照顾我、陪伴我的亲朋好友、师长、同学都能身体健康、开开心心，而且平安幸福。

我的新年新希望第三是：希望我的课业进步，写字速度能够再快一点，这样我剩下的时间就可以用来阅读更多的课外书籍，让我了解更多知识，认识更多有趣的事物，相信这样生活一定会更多采多姿。

最后，我的希望是：我们国家的经济能够好一点，让社会上那些失业、穷困的人，有工作可以做，让他们的小孩能够快快乐乐的去学校上课，找回他们的幸福。虽然我现在能做的有限，但是我在心里默默的为他们祈祷。

每个人都想要完成自己的新年新希望，我也期望我的希望能够实现，所以就必须认真去达成，尽到自己的本分，管好自己，相信这样希望的事情一定会一一实现。

今天我和妈妈、姐姐一起去平潭玩。我们是晚上出发的。一走上车，我就感觉很凉爽，因为车上开了空调。坐了7个小时的车后，终于在早上六点到了平潭海亮村的沃口码头。

坐船到了塘屿岛，虽然还是早晨8点钟，但火热的太阳已经开始发挥它的威力了，站在阳光下，我感觉自己就像是被火烤着的烧饼，浑身燥热。

妈妈赶紧找了个地方搭帐篷，搭好帐篷后我已经热得受不了，望着蔚蓝的大海，真想扑到大海里去。一会儿，我看见有几个同行的小朋友已经在海水里冲浪，也迫不及待地奔了过去，很快海水就把全身给冲湿了，我和那些小朋友玩得可开心啦!

到了中午，我和妈妈吃过午饭之后就跑到黄叔叔家睡觉。不一会儿就到了晚上，我和妈妈累得躺到帐篷里就睡着了。

这真是个炎热的夏天。

Summercomes after spring. It is the warmest season in the year. It often rains ,sometimes quite heavily. Everything grows very quickly. Young people love this time of year because it is good for sports .I often go swimming ,sometimes in a lake near my home, and sometimes in the river. I enjoy it very much.

夏天炎热魔王最嚣张的季节，他肆无忌惮地把魔抓伸向人间。

热的知了直叫：“热死了， 热死了”.热得狗伸出那血红的舌头，“呼哧，呼哧”直大喘气······

早上的菜市里,熙熙攘攘的人群里挤得汗流浃背。和小贩争那么一角钱讨价还价，争得面红耳赤,然后是付钱。

出了菜市场，全身湿漉漉的，不用说，这是汗的杰，这是汗的杰作。

中午，午饭一突击战后，人们便甜甜地入了睡。虽然最多只能睡一个小时 ，但还挺舒服。这时什么声音都没有，只有空调和电风扇在工作。

起床后洗个冷水脸，全身上下都舒服多了。

晚上，公园里、庭院·····里到 处都是乘凉的人 。有讲故事的、猜谜语的·····连天上的星星都似乎被吸引了，眨着眼睛不愿离去。

入夜，月亮怕羞似的，躲进云里。人们早已进入梦乡。

夏天难道不是丰富多彩的吗?

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

植物也快受不了了。它们都耷拉下了脑袋，好像生病了似的，没有了生机。动物也一样，一只小狗把粉色的舌头吐了出来，它的口水一滴一滴地直往下滴。小猫咪也懒的去捉老鼠，不是躲在院子的汽车下，就是在树荫下睡大觉，有的还想讨好主人去吹空调呢!

柏油马路被太阳晒得非常热，要是你把鞋子给脱了，光着脚在路上走，你的脚丫不一会就被烤的通红。路上冒着热热的气，烤的人不由地加快了脚步夏天出去办事的人们，有的戴着帽子、有的撑着太阳伞，戴着墨镜，各个全副武装。如果是我，我就会在家里一边吹空调一边吃棒冰，给自己创造一个清凉的环境，才不出去受罪呢!

炎热的夏天就是这样，让所有的生物热得不得了，真想让夏天赶快过去，凉爽的秋天快来到。
