纵然阳光大军向我们进攻，我也不能退缩。因此，我为了节省电费、兼顾环保，于是我冲出家门，前往书店吹免费的冷气。翻着《三国志》，跟着刘备一起打遍天下；看着《可不可以》，陪着弯弯一起发现生活中的趣事；读着《鬼屋里的音乐家》，随着杰克和安妮一起探索奇妙的世界。太阳军团只能在外面看着我们很享受的样子，气得咬牙切齿，只能无功而返，躲到云后。这招“清凉阅读功”果然是最好的选择，不用出去和他们硬碰硬。

本来以为危机解除，没想到他们又露脸了，还增加了援手来攻城略地，大地变得发烫，花朵被晒得垂头丧气，我只能躲在家里，不敢出去。想想不如来个激烈运动，先去跳绳一百二十下，再做仰卧起坐六十下，俯地挺身五十下，如此一来，就能耗尽体力，热到极点时，对热已毫无知觉，再去冲个凉快的冷水澡，躺个舒服的睡姿，进入甜蜜的梦乡，这招“畅快放松功”让阳光大军暴跳如雷，无计可施。

阳光大军已连续战败，变得更加愤怒，又增加了兵马，新闻报导最热的市区温度已高达摄氏三十七、八度，唯一没遭殃的就剩高山了。于是，我拿出我的“抗暑对策C计划”，去山上露营吧！到了山上，气温明显的降低，比山下凉爽，相邀朋友来玩吧！去溪边玩泼水大战、放陷阱、抓鱼虾，全身泡在水里，暑气消除，好清凉！树林里，古木参天，浓密的树叶搭成绿棚子，为我的遮阳，变成我们的游戏场。阳光大军见我们如此悠哉自在，不仅嫉妒了起来，也感到无奈。

阳光大军决定使出浑身解数，派出所有兵马，连白云看得都吓得不见踪影，现在连去海边玩水也觉得海水热得发烫，叫人做什么都没劲，不过我还有最后一个方法——“凭空想像功”，吃着冰，想象自己在一个冰天雪地的世界里，在雪地里做雪人，与朋友一起玩雪球大战，躺在雪地里当个白雪天使，让人感到透清凉，心飞扬，希望阳光们看了自讨没趣，放弃征战。
