我们全家来到洗手间洗手，却不禁发现了乡村人民浪费水资源的事情。 当时水龙头坏了，水像瀑布一样一泻千里，我们使出浑身解数，但都没有如愿以偿，水还是依旧的流淌。无奈的我们叫来旁边的叔叔， 谁知他不但没有马上关闭水龙头，还向我们笑了一笑，说：“没关系让它流吧，管他干什么，又不是我的事！别再多管闲事了！”可恶好心当成驴肝肺了！一定要教训一下他。我心中暗想。我转过头去，一看爸爸妈妈也神情严肃，显然对他的行为不满。我往前走了几步，对他说：“叔叔，你这样做是不对的！你浪费了许多宝贵的水资源，你会受到上天的惩罚得！”他居然理都不理我，说：“小屁孩你管个毛啊！我们的水库很大，水取之不尽用之不竭！再说这是我们乡村，我们想干什么就干什么！你们还是别再烦我了！”妈妈愤怒的说：“你们真是太可耻了！天再大，也有尽头；水再多，也有用完的时候，你懂吗？如果一个乡村就那么浪费水，那么整个国家、整个世界都像你这样的话，那最后水就是人类的眼泪了，人就要从此走向灭亡！”叔叔还是听得云里雾里。

大家知道水吗？地球表面的百分之九十几都是水，可想而知，地球上的水是那么多。可是，可以使用的呢？很少，只有百分之零点三三，大约是一百万立方米。全世界六十多亿人，这点水怎么能够呢? 所以，我们要节约用水呀！

节约用水并不难。在马桶里放上几个瓶子；刷牙用杯子接水刷……只需这样，你就节约了不少水。

我不知道别人做得怎么样，但我知道我们家做得很不错。我们家的马桶里虽然没有放瓶子，但是这个马桶上有两个冲水按钮，一个是冲一半的水，另一个是冲全部的水。我们每次都是按冲一半水的那个按钮，这就节约了不少水。奶奶家就更节约了。她家不仅往马桶里放瓶子，有时还把洗菜的水用来冲马桶。

节约用水的意思就是尽量减少不必要的用水，而不是不用水，大家不要错误的认为节约用水就是不要用水，水是我们人类不可缺少的，就像用电一样。上次，我到奶奶家去吃晚饭，由于我的作业还没写完，所以我就拿出本子写。可是光线太暗，如果不开灯，就会严重影响自己的视力。我刚想去开灯，奶奶便说：“天还不是很黑，就不要开灯了吧，节约一点。”我说：“奶奶，这你就错了。天虽然不是很黑，还看得见，但光线还是太暗，如果不开灯，会影响视力的。虽说要节约用电，但现在需要用了，这不叫浪费。”那次，奶奶就犯了一个这样的错误。我觉得，我们都应该记住节约用水并不是说不要用水；节约用电并不是说不要用电！

总之，我们不能不用水，但一定要记得节约用水！

经过近些天的调查，我发现人们浪费水的现象主要有以下几点：一、洗澡擦沐浴露的时候，没有把水龙头关掉，让水一直流着，虽然擦沐浴露用不了多少时间，但是也浪费掉了不少的水。如果擦沐浴露浪费掉的水有像洗脸盆那么多的话，那么日积月累，浪费掉的水可就不止一个小小的洗脸盆那么多了。要是一家人都是这样，十户人家都是这样，一百户人家都是这样，依次往下推，那么我们该浪费掉多少的水呀。所以，洗澡擦沐浴露时，一定要记得关掉水龙头。

二、随着科技的发达，现在家家户户洗衣服几乎都不用手洗了，取而代之的是洗衣机。的确，用洗衣机洗衣服很方便，洗出来的衣服也不比手洗的效果差。但是，洗衣机洗衣服都是不断地来回冲洗，直到把衣服洗干净为止，这样来来回回也有三四次，而每一次冲洗过后的水都是直接顺着水管流入下水道。记得有一次我们老师家的洗衣机坏了，不能自动提供水，所以老师只好自己提水放进洗衣机，洗完衣服也就已经提了六桶水，而这六桶水有直接流入下水道，不是很浪费水吗？假设一家人一天只洗一次衣服，那么一天光是洗衣服就浪费掉了六桶水，二天就是十二桶，三天就是十八桶水，一年要是算365天，也就浪费了2190桶水。这多么浪费水啊，所以，要是实在想用洗衣机洗衣服的话，就可以用一个大桶把每一次冲洗衣服排出的水存起来，可以用来冲厕所，浇花等。

三、现在不管是开大会还是开小会，每个人的桌上都会放上一瓶矿泉水，避免口渴的时候有水喝。可是，有一些人喝了水，开完会后又不把那瓶水带走，就算带走了有一些人也是随手乱丢，何况被扔掉的矿泉水大多都是只喝了一两口的，多一些的话也就是一半，很少有喝完的；其他剩下的水也都只能白白的浪费掉，根据统计，因为开会浪费掉的水一年就有90亿瓶。这可已经不是一个小数目了，我们可以把开会时桌上的矿泉水带回家，渴的时候就喝，喝完剩下的空瓶子还可以废物利用，这不是一举两得吗？

四、洗完菜、米或碗的水直接倒掉。有许多人认为，洗完菜、米或碗的水已经没有用了，直接倒掉就可以了，这样做是很浪费水的。其实呢，这些水是可以二次利用的，它们可以冲厕所，浇菜、浇花等等，就不需要再用干净的水来冲厕所，浇花、浇菜啦，这样不就可以节约一些水了吗？

打开水龙头，清洁甘冽的水便哗哗流淌。然而，自来水并非“自来”，而是来之不易！有的取自于几百米深的地，有的引自几十千米、几百千米的某条江河、某座水库，还要经过水厂的净化、沉淀、杀菌……期间需要多少道工序，多少人的辛勤劳动啊！所以我们要牢记古训——“细水长流”“饮水思源”。要节约用水，人人有责！
