我想，之所以有这种浪费水资源的现象，原因有很多。有可能是水龙头未换成节水型水龙头或者是居民节水意识淡薄......这些看似微不足道的小事，却能决定我们生活所最需要的一种资源——水的多少。所以，我建议：

1、有关部门出资将一些公用的水龙头改换成节水型水龙头。这样就可以使公用设施水资源的浪费的可能性降至最低。

2、可以将每户家庭按实际情况控制月平均用水量，超标则停水，直到下个月一日凌晨才继续恢复正常供水，希望用制度来规范大家的行为，做到节约水资源人人有责。

3、建议在社区以及街道办事处每周开设节水讲堂，增强市民节水意识，能否为连续五个月用水低于标准的家庭颁发节水家庭奖章，颁发节水家庭荣誉证书和一定数额的奖金等等。

4、建议市民在家中安装一个污水净化器，并在卫生间和洗漱池中间安装一个储水箱，将洗漱池里用过的废水通过净化器流进储水箱，用来供抽水马桶冲厕所用。

这些小小的建议，仅供叔叔阿姨们参考。

The world is not only hungry, but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water.
