(三)实行民主管理，构建民主平等互爱互助的班级氛围。

1、树立民主平等的新型师生观。在教育活动中，要经常有意识的营造一种宽松和谐的师生双向交流氛围，和学生交朋友，师生共建“情感热线”，进行心灵的交流。

2、构建新型的班级管理观。“人人都能当班干部”，我们要从培养每个学生的能力出发，在班中实行学生干部轮换制。把管理学生转变为学生服务，对学生的发展负责，为每个学生提供展示个人才能、实现自我价值的空间和舞台。

3、确立新型的个性发展观。用自己的一双“慧眼”去帮助学生发现自我，认识自我，为各种人才的成长打好基础。

4、宽容学生，悦纳学生，为学生提供一个既宽松又有利于他们发展的土壤和环境，给予更多的呵护和友爱，使孩子的优点尽可能地发挥到极致。

5、注意榜样的培养，并以他们为班级的核心力量，推动整个班集体形成良好的班风和学风。

(四)继续做好学校教育与家庭教育的结合，形成教育合力。

1、平时，通过电话、家访等途径加强与家长的联系沟通，使家长对孩子在校表现做到心中有数，请家长协助鼓励或帮助学生，作好学生的思想工作，同时，向家长了解学生在家的表现，及时找到问题所在，对症下药。

2、结合本班情况开好家长会，针对学生的现状，与家长共同探讨解决问题的方法，并对下一步工作做好安排，尽快形成家长、教师、学生三位一体的教育模式。

3、继续做好家长对子女教育态度、方法、能力的摸排工作，针对不同类型的家长存在的不同的教育问题给以不同的指导，甚至是设法改变他们的教育态度和观念，使之和学校教育保持一致。

4、加强与科任老师的联系沟通，及时发现问题、解决问题，共同教育好学生。

四、各月份工作安排：

二月：

1、开学常规教育

(1)提出班级近期、中期目标，并且分解到每一位同学，让他们的目标清清楚楚、张贴上墙。学生个人确定各自目标，张贴上桌。

(2)继续加强安全教育，不断强化行为规范的教育和行为习惯的养成教育。

(3)座位调整，继续开展“一带三”、“一帮一”活动。

2、主题班会：⑴ 新学期，话理想 ⑵ 正确使用压岁钱;

三月：

1、班级常规管理的适当调整：班干部的调整;劳动岗位;座位的调整等。

2、针对学校有不少学生到网吧上网的现象，在上学期实行“家长签字”制度的基础上，实行“到家打电话”制度，同时开展“上网利弊”正反辩论赛，让学生在辩论中认识其危害。

3、通过组织讨论：“雷锋精神过时了吗?”，开展“学雷锋，献爱心”活动。

4、加快 “红五月”活动的准备工作，带领学生参加，使他们认识到“重在参与”，体现出激烈竞争、积极向上的精神。

5、组织好第一次单元过关检测并做好总结工作。

四月：
