Mom bought me a pair of skating shoes at my fifth birthday. From then on, I developed the hobby of skating. It not only makes me stronger and stronger, but also helps me know many truths of life. Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because

The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. It was also a time for the ancient Chinese to pray to heaven and earth that there would be a bountiful harvest. Many people hoped for good luck as well for the coming year.

农历十二月初八是中国的传统节日——腊八节，腊代表中国农历的十二月，而八是eight的发音，因此，这个节日被翻译成腊八。关于腊八起源的传说有很多，我们已经不能辨其真假。时至今日，我们确定的是这个节日起初是为了祭祀祖先，祈求丰收以及为即将来到的一年祈福。

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. This must be done before noontime. Also, it is tradition that family members eat the porridge together. Then they leave some as a symbol of hope for a good harvest the coming year.

记得国庆节在北京的那几日，我游览了神秘的故宫，梦幻的鸟巢，迷人的什刹海，热闹的王府井，当然，最令我难以忘怀的就是那举世闻名的长城啦!

随着车流，我同爸爸妈妈来到了八达岭长城脚下，首先映入眼帘的是一条蜿蜒盘旋在崇山峻岭中的“巨龙”，那雄伟的气势真让人叹为观止!嘿，来游长城的人可真多呀，整整等候了一个小时，我们终于登上了八达岭缆车。坐在缆车上，风嗖嗖地在我耳边吹着，俯身望去，我领略到了长城的另外一种风光，那高耸的山峰，那幽深的山谷，那奇异的石头，那苍翠的古树，那古老的城墙，哇，这一刻我好似长了一双翅膀的小鸟,在长城上空自由翱翔,太美了!

一踏上长城，我的心情格外激动。这就是我梦魂萦绕的长城吗?我抚摸着那一块块深灰色的古城砖，心中不禁激起对古代劳动人民的敬佩之情，是他们，用自己的汗水和智慧创造出了人类这最伟大的艺术品，要知道在月球上唯一能看到的建筑就是长城呀!我倚在城墙上放眼望去，那数不清的树木,几百里连成一片,宛如绿色的海洋，那连绵起伏的长城在青山间时隐时现，怎么也看不到尽头。

“不到长城非好汉”，带着强烈的好奇心，我一蹦一跳地向好汉坡奔去，可惜摩肩接踵的人墙堵住了我的去路，我没有继续随波逐流，而是去往了另一处欣赏风景的烽火台。站在烽火台的垛口，一丝凉风拂面吹过，我顿时觉得心旷神怡，仿佛自己成了一位威风凛凛的将士。此刻，天边那渐渐西斜的太阳收敛起了耀眼的光芒，金色的余晖洒在这饱经风霜的城墙上，让巍峨的长城又有了别样的美丽。

美好的时光总是稍瞬即逝，就要和长城说再见了。我的心中有些不舍，也有些遗憾，但更多的是自豪，因为美丽的长城上留下了属于我的足迹，站在这长城的石阶上，我真切地感受到了中国人的骄傲。长城，我还会再来看您的!

今天是星期天，昨天下了一天的雨，所以今天天气特别凉爽。一大早妈妈就告诉我们：要带我和表姐去薛城人工湖，以前妈妈曾经带我去过一次。不过妈妈也许是想让表姐看看吧!我只好无奈的收拾东西跟着去了。妈妈先骑电动车带我们：从微山的西边一直到东头，最后把车子放在一个超市门口，坐上了“102”号中巴，出发了......一路上，我们说说笑笑，过了一会，车上来了一位穿军装的叔叔，他的样子非常帅气，我想看看他的帽子。

他给我了，帽子非常奇特，是三角形的。上面还有一个国徽，妈妈和他聊天，他说要干这个，考大学时的分数要高于一本的分数线，妈妈很羡慕，希望我长大了也能干这个。这位叔叔又要在购物中心下车，前面就是了，我把帽子还给了他，过了一会司机告诉我们，要去人工湖，直接坐30路车就行了。不一会儿，我也到站了。下车后，妈妈带着我和表姐去找30路车，最后我们在第三排找到了，我们上了车，车上只有我们三口和一对夫妇，过了一会，车开了。由于路上的人流很多，本来车上算我们一共有五个人，现在座位上都满了。这不又来了一手提葱一手提玉米的老爷爷，我看他可怜，就把位置让给了他，他谢了我，妈妈还夸我是懂事的好孩子，我心美滋滋，不一会人工湖就到了。

我们是在东门下车的。一进去就看到了很多健身器材，我们荡了荡秋千就向前进了，我们先看到了一棵佛手树，我和它合影了，我们继续向前，碰到了睡莲，它开的花是红色的。非常美丽，有一个老太太说那是红莲藕，妈妈告诉她是睡莲。我们走了一段路，看到了“千年紫薇”，它的造型很独特，像一个头上戴着紫色花的老奶奶一样，显的与众不同，惹人喜爱。接着往前走我们来到了历史长廊，那里雕刻了很多名人伟人如：匡衡，张衡。穿过历史长廊，我仿佛闻到了水的气息，仔细一看眼来我们到了“卵石瀑布”，我高兴的沿着岩石爬到了瀑布的顶，感觉象爬山一样有趣，水从瀑布顶端落下，溅在岩石上发出清脆的水声。让我想起了李白的诗“”真的不虚此行.....

今天，我做了2件好事。第一件事帮奶奶从山上打了一桶水回来。因为我知道每天都要提着四个桶上山打水，我觉得奶奶非常累，就帮奶奶提了一桶水。奶奶夸我长大了，懂事了。

下午，我又给妈妈一个大惊喜了。妈妈走进我的房间一看，非常惊讶，说：“你真是一个懂事的孩子。”得到了奶奶和妈妈的表扬，我非常高兴。

As the only child in my family, I know how much effort my parents put upon me, therefore I want to do something for my parents .I can give them hugs and kisses when they get home after a day of hard work. Then, I will take their slippers for them. I cant cook, but I can always help my mather wash the dishes. I cant read that much words, but I can always fetch my father his glasses whenever he needs them. In the evening I will make beds for them before they go to sleep.

我从小就喜欢《西游记》这个故事，从看电视剧到读这本书，每一次我都看得津津有味。《西游记》讲的是唐僧师徒四人去西天取经的故事。大徒弟孙悟空武艺高强、神通广大;二徒弟猪八戒贪吃贪睡，有一个西瓜般的大肚子;三徒弟沙僧为人老实，整天挑着行李，从不抱怨。其中我最喜欢的人物是齐天大圣孙悟空。

孙悟空勇敢、胆大、遇到困难从不退缩。我从他身上看到了一种不屈不挠的精神。孙悟空一个人大闹蟠桃会，惹得玉皇大帝大发雷霆，让太上老君把孙悟空在炼丹炉中炼了整整七七四十九天。太上老君以为孙悟空早已化为灰烬，不料，却让孙悟空练就了一双火眼金睛。就是这双火眼金睛，让孙悟空一路上识破了无数妖魔鬼怪的真面目，保护了师傅唐僧。

我最羡慕的还是孙悟空那一身高强的武艺和七十二般变化。我常常心生幻想：炎热的夏天，我念动口诀变成一棵大树;捉迷藏时，我变成了一只蝴蝶，小伙伴肯定找不到我了;星期天，我拔出几根毫毛，几个“我”一起写作业，哈哈，一小时所有作业全搞定……

我知道，这些都是不可能实现的。胆小的我更要向孙悟空学习的是他的勇敢和机智：上课勇敢举手发言、遇到难题不放弃……用自己的智慧取得学习上的真经。

生活就是个调味瓶，味味俱全。当你开心时，会尝到甜甜的滋味;当你难过时，会尝到苦苦的滋味;当你愤怒时，会尝到辣辣的滋味……但那一刻，我尝到了成功的滋味。

这周星期三是我们举行市运会的第一天，而我的800米就在这一天。

早上，我伴随着闹钟声醒来了。来到学校时，我的心情还是轻松的，因为我的两个教练都说我可以拿到第一。等人来齐时，我们就一起去对面的早餐店吃早餐，吃完后，我们就一起去七中比赛。

来到七中时，正好刚刚开始开幕仪式。我们是站在前面的。我往后一看，哇!跑道上全是运动员，几十所学校呀!我心中的自信就像一根羽毛，被一股强大的风刮走了。

开幕仪式结束后，我的心一直忐忑不安，前面的项目都无心观看，心中一直在想：我该怎么办，我一定要拿第一，可是学校这么多，我有这么多竞争对手，获得第一很难呀!我就这么想着，直到张老师叫我做准备活动，我才如梦初醒。马马虎虎地做完准备活动后，广播里说话了：“小女800米预决赛，第一道……”还没说完，我被刘主任拉到跑道上去了。

这时，我的心里向有一头小鹿在乱窜。心里紧张极了。可刘主任笑眯眯地对我说：“一定要拿到第一名!”“各就各位……”裁判喊道，我的手心里冒汗了。“预备”裁判一说完，枪声就响了。我先用中上的速度跑完了第一个弯道，到了旗子那里，立马转到内道，暂时位居第一，我才深深松了口气。我按照在学校训练的节奏跑，可是速度却要快些，很轻松的跑完了第一圈，可是，第二圈便没有力气了，速度逐渐慢了下来。可是在一瞬间，我听到了一种声音“加油，加油!”啊，这是我的好朋友的声音，我心中顿时有一股力量支持着我，使我用原速度跑完了半圈。最后半圈时，我真的不行了，心想，反正我现在是第一，跑慢一点，没事的，于是我用慢速度跑完半个弯道。这时，一个看似高中的大哥哥像是对我说，又像是自言自语道：“这个女孩不错呀，800米跑这么快呀!”我听了，开始加速，到最后100米时，我听见了训练队队友嘶声力竭的加油声;听见了刘主任那熟悉的叫我快点的声音;听见了那素不相识的裁判的声音也在叫我快……我以最快的速度跑向终点，扑在爷爷的怀里，实在站也站不起来了。

过了一会，我听见广播里报出了800米第一名的名字，我开心极了，因为，第一名就是——我呀!并且报出了我的成绩是：2分43秒。我的脑袋一片空白，过了许久才反应过来，并觉得这世间的所有事物都是那么美好!这么久时间的训练没有白费!

这一刻，我尝到了成功的滋味，这滋味比任何东西都要美好!

Today， I was late for school because the traffic was jam. I usually so to

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

easily and smoothly.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

放眼望去，丹东的虎山长城蜿蜒曲折，静静地卧在碧绿的群山间，一直延伸到山顶。炎炎夏日下，我们居然要去爬长城!我的心里开始打鼓：“这个，好像有点高，天气似乎有点热……”可是爸爸妈妈都没有退缩，我也一定要坚持爬上去。

咦，居然是个小缓坡，夹着几级台阶，路面宽敞又平坦，没走一会儿，我们就看见一座灰白色的塔楼横在前方，一走进去，好清凉呀!爬长城也没那么难嘛!我鼓足勇气，一口气又爬了三四座塔楼。

突然，道路开始变窄，一排陡峭的台阶矗立在我们眼前，这时我开始犹豫了：继续前行，肯定是条险阻之路，往下倒比较平坦，可是如果就这么打道回府，是不是有点丢脸呢?男子汉，还是要挑战一下困难的!于是，一咬牙，我登上了石阶。

噫吁嚱，危乎高哉，虎山长城之难，难于上青天!我的手紧紧地抓着边上的栏杆，慢慢地往上挪。太阳烘烤着我们，汗珠一颗颗往下落，我像是要被融化了。周围没有一丝风，知了也热得受不了，拼命地抱怨。抬头望去，高耸的台阶直插云霄;回头看，深不可测。紧张感油然而生，我本能地把手抓得更紧，横着脚步，像螃蟹一样一点一点地往上爬，就差没手脚并用了。妈妈紧紧抓着我的手，双脚不住地打颤，嘴里念叨着：“小心!慢一点儿!”我想，以前的士兵要负重攀登这段艰难的路程，可真辛苦!相比之下，我们已经好受多了。

我们所有人互相鼓励，一鼓作气，终于爬上了长城的最高处。此时，我们已经汗如雨下，但看着蜿蜒的长城被我们踩在了脚底下，这种一览众山小的感觉真让我有一种自豪感。

俗话说“不到长城非好汉”，今天，我们已经成为雄赳赳气昂昂的好汉了!

我最喜欢看的一本书是《西游记》，里面讲述了唐僧和他的三个徒弟去西天取经的故事，在这个故事里面还有其他的人物，比如哪吒、观音菩萨、白骨精、黄风怪······还有其他许多人物。

但在这里，我最喜欢的人物是孙悟空，因为他可以用他机灵的头脑去对付敌人，把那些小妖精打的粉身碎骨，在这个故事里，我有一个问题，为什么唐僧不要他的三个徒弟直接把他带到西天去呢?要是我是唐僧的话，我就会这样，干嘛还要度过那么多的危险呢!他们度过了九九八十一难，可是都没有放弃，这种精神值得我们去学习。

由此，我想到了有一次我和弟弟在一起比赛夹花生，奶奶是裁判，奶奶一说开始的时候，我和弟弟都飞快的夹了起来，在比赛的过程中，弟弟夹到一个花生，我就从他那里抢一个花生，结果他没夹到几个而我却比他多夹了一倍的花生，我赢了这场比赛。

我读了《西游记》这本书之后，我就觉得这本书实在是太好看了，看了一遍还想看第二遍，于是我一连看了十几遍，越看越好看。我都不知道作家怎么把这本书写的那么好的。我读完了这本书以后，心情是特别开心的和兴奋的。因为我找到了一本我读了一遍还想再多读几遍的书!

and I feel impatient。 I think people there must be polite and so should I。

I was bored. So I wanted to travel to Hong Kang. I told my father my

decision. To my surprise, my father agreed. My father thought I always at home

was bad. He thought I should go out to see our country clearly. How beautiful

our country is! My father drove me a travel service. I filled out an application

有这样一位司机，在他开公交车的时候，一块铁片把公交车的挡风玻璃打破了，直击司机腹部，可司机还是用生命的最后一刻把车停了下来，救了整个车厢的人，他却献出了宝贵的生命。在他停下车的那一瞬间，是最美的瞬间，因为那一瞬间承载着托举他人生命的力量。

有这样一位母亲，她看到一个三岁的婴儿从高处掉落，不顾自己受伤的风险，她奋不顾身，用双臂接住了婴儿，可是她的手却粉碎性骨折了。这位母亲接住婴儿的一瞬间，是最美的瞬间，因为那一瞬间彰显着人性最灿烂的光辉。

有这样一位教师，她看见几位小朋友在过马路时，一辆车飞驰而来，这位教师不顾自己的安危，冲上去把这几位小朋友推开，自己却被车碾压，孩子们毫发无伤，而这位教师却下半身瘫痪，永远失去了自己的双腿。在这位教师推开这几个孩子的一瞬间，是最美的瞬间，因为那一瞬间我们看到的是一颗深爱学生的赤诚之心。

在疫情期间，有很多的“逆行者”们，各个地区的医生、护士、志愿者们，来到了武汉救援，在他们救治患者的一瞬间，在他们逆行奔往武汉的一瞬间，在他们与死神搏斗的一个个瞬间，他们都是最美的。

还有很多个最美的一瞬间

生命每人都只有一次，这唯一的一次需要倍加爱护。全国每年约有16万人死于意外，淹死的人每天就有40人左右。

水是人人都需要的东西，看表面它十分温顺，可它心中却暗藏杀机。水会无情的夺走你的生命，就像天上的流星一样一去不还。

我省某校4名初中生在还没有放暑假时结队偷偷去小溪里洗澡。在4人玩得开心的时候，死神悄悄地走近了他们的身旁。而他们丝毫没有注意到危险的来临，还是在那里享受着溪水的凉爽。突然一名学生扑腾着沉入水中，同伴看见了就用自己的手抓着同伴的手。本想救同伴上来，可不料都一一沉入了水中。他们人走了，却留下了父母无限的痛苦。

烈日当空照，照的人们都想去洗个冷水澡。在这个时候，悲剧就开始了。某校三年级3人独自到小溪里洗澡，一名学生的脚抽筋了，渐渐地沉入了水中。其他的两个同伴以为他在和他们玩捉迷藏就大声喊叫：“别玩了，快出来吧!”可同伴怎么会听到呢?两人渐渐感到事情不妙，就在水下找了几番，可就是找不到。在这危机的时刻，他们快速离开了小溪。

父母见自己的孩子这么久了都没有回来就报警了。而两人因为害怕不敢把真相告诉父母。一个活泼的生命像流星般的坠落了。他死前的救命声有谁听到过?他死前的扑腾又有谁感受到过呢?做错的到底是谁?是一个失去生命的孩子吗?是那两个年幼无知的孩子吗?还是那条流淌着的小溪?
