“哗啦啦……”不知道为什么，望着那波光粼粼的池水，我的心怦怦跳得厉害，脚也在微微发抖。当时欣喜若狂的心情早就飞到九霄云外了。“嘀”教练一声哨下，除了我其他小朋友似乎都按捺不住自己激动的心情，“扑通!扑通!”地跳下了水，而我呢，早就吓得一动也不敢动了，我可是第一次来游泳馆耶!怎么办呢?早知道如此，还不如不来呢!我握紧拳头，泪水已经在我的眼中闪烁，可能下一秒就会流下来，这时，小小的波纹仿佛变成了滔天巨浪，气势汹汹地向我袭来……“哈哈，胆小鬼!”我低头一看，是两个比我还小的男孩，正朝我做鬼脸呢!我皱了皱眉头，想：哼，这小家伙都能做到的事，我为什么不敢?我难道连他都不如吗?想到这儿，我便不再犹豫，一只脚慢慢地迈进池子，刚一碰到水面，我便像触电般缩了回来，原来水是那么清爽呀!可我为什么要缩回来呢?我兴奋地一蹦三尺高，双脚立马浸水，扑通一声滑进了水，我开心极了，双手用力拍打着水像一条快乐的鱼，在水中嬉戏着，追逐着打闹着……我喜出望外，不仅是因为我学会了游泳，还因为我战胜我自己，更因为它让我明白了生活需要挫折，只有有了挫折，才会让我们尽最大的努力去拼，去成功!如果没有那两个小孩的嘲笑，我可能还不敢下水呢!挫折啊，你让那么多人知道你是多么的重要;挫折啊，你创造了无数人才;挫折啊，你让我们大家都懂得了那种不怕苦，不怕输的精神。爱拼才会赢!
