The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Today is my shopping day. I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

年三十一大早，我看见奶奶正忙着买蜜枣，桂花，春糯米粉，准备蒸年糕呢!我长这么大，每年都能吃到奶奶从乡下寄来的美味年糕，但从没看到过奶奶是怎样蒸年糕的。今年正好回老家，我可要亲自“实践”一下。

总算等到吃好午饭，奶奶从橱里拿出蒸笼。于是我对奶奶说：“让我来当您的助手吧，我吃自己蒸的糕，心里会更甜!’’奶奶微笑着同意了。我挽起袖管，那股高兴劲可别提了。我仿佛已经闻到了年糕的阵阵香味。

只见奶奶先把糯米粉倒进竹匾里，在里面加上了白搪，蜜枣，桂花。再用勺子麻利地来回拌匀。奶奶告诉我：“这样蒸出来的糕既有蜜枣的甜味，又有桂花的香味，让人回味无穷。”我想：怪不得奶奶每年都寄好多年糕来，但我总觉得吃不够。想着，我就学奶奶的样子用筷子不停地搅拌着。

接着，奶奶在大锅里放了一锅水和几根筷子，把锅盖盖上，让爷爷烧火。过了一会儿，满屋水汽，水烧开了。这时，奶奶在蒸笼的内壁用纱布轻轻地抹上清油，放人已拌匀的米粉，双手在蒸笼的四周拍了几下，等米粉拍结实了，急忙把蒸笼放到锅上蒸。一会儿，米粉中就冒出了几个顽皮的小泡，小泡碎了，蒸汽就从米粉中冒出来。奶奶低下头，仔细观察蒸汽的出处，还不停地在出气处撒上米粉。奶奶一边忙着添加米粉，一边给我“面授机宜”：“这添加米粉很有讲究，不然的话，蒸出来的糕，有的地方生，有的地方熟，口味很不好。”奶奶还不停地关照爷爷把灶内的火烧得旺一点。不多久，一股年糕香扑鼻而来，一笼又糯又香的年糕就蒸好了。

奶奶乐滋滋地把冒着热气的年糕递到家人的手里，嘴里不停地说着：“吃了搪年糕，生活一年更比一年好。”

真开心，我终于学会了蒸年糕，怎么样我的收获是不是很少。

寒假令人心旷神怡;寒假令人无限向往;寒假也必将令人终生难忘。因为，每个人一生中又有多少个寒假，失去了，就像鸟儿向往天空一样，飞走了，就再也回不来了。难道不应该珍惜这人生中的每一个寒假吗?等他从你身边失去时再惋惜那还有什么用?我一定会好好珍惜这人生中每一个寒假，这就是自已对自己负责。

在寒假中我遨游书海的王国，坐在图书馆里，我早已忘记时间的流逝，在我的眼里，除了书，还是书，只有当一本书从开头被我看到结尾了，我才会感到眼睛的疲惫。在那一刻，我才感觉到似乎从下午到晚上的时间怎么是如此的短暂，也就只有在那种时候，我看到了书架上的书似乎都在对我笑，整个世界充满了善意。

所以，我制定了学习计划。从早上八点到晚上六点，时间安排的就像上学一样。早上就是预习下学期的课本，而下午就是写练习册和自己学更多的课外知识。英语除了完成作业以外，我做了一本完形填空与阅读理解，我还正在背词汇和语法。语文我每天都坚持背古诗。
