年前，我和爸爸参加了新河镇举办的大型年俗节活动。目的地是六闸村文化礼堂。一到那儿就觉得很热闹，礼堂门口都是卖小吃的，有奶茶、冰淇淋、串串香……看得我口水直流，我缠着爸爸给我买，可爸爸却对我说：“不要急，活动结束后会有好吃的。”这让我对这次活动充满了期待。再看看礼堂里人山人海的，我好不容易才挤了进去，签了到。

活动分七个项目，分别是：舞龙、乐高、写福字、糖画、剪纸、提线木偶和打炒米。我和爸爸先去打炒米，爸爸跟我说炒米是他儿时过年的一种零食。我第一次看到打炒米的工具，长得非常像大炮，有一个小口，不要看口子小，米却能装一大堆。一位老爷爷把一碗米装进“大炮”的口子中，盖紧盖子，接着就看到这个容器在火架上来回翻转，10分钟后老爷爷把一个麻袋套在小口子这里，只听砰的一声后，空气里就弥漫着炒米的香气。

走进礼堂里面，锣鼓声中充满了喜庆，舞龙表演开始了，只见这条龙时而翻转身体，时而直冲云霄，壮观极了。舞龙的师傅让我也体验了一把，我拿着龙头，几个小朋友拿着龙身和龙尾，我们组成了一支舞龙小队。学着师傅们的样子，我们配合得很默契，舞得有模有样的，棒极了。

在剩下的几个项目中，我感受到了不同的气息，乐高是有趣，写福字是祝福，糖画是精细，剪纸是创意，提线木偶是技术。全部体验完成，我还得到了一盒草莓，高兴得一蹦三尺高。

这次活动在我寒假生活中印象深刻，有吃有玩又学习到了一些本领，真是叫人难忘。

路曲折而漫长，但紧要处往往只有几步。走好走坏，都会深深影响你的一生。高二，正是这个“紧要处”!或者说，这是一次让你绽放青春的机遇，至少它也是一次让你放飞梦想的机会。

我喜欢语文，就像喜爱生活一样。进入高中，我才发现自己的视野是多么狭小，而知识的海洋却是那么的宽广。老师上课张口就来的名言名句让我羡慕不已，渊博的知识敲响了我语文脆弱的警钟。科学的颠峰等着我们去攀登，艺术的殿堂等着我们去开启。学好语文，就是对自己精神上的全面包装。从这刻起，我便对高中生活充满了无限的狂热。

也正是从这一刻起，我便走向自信你也可以，走向自觉，走向主动。又将开始了我更加成熟的生活。在一次次精彩纷现的活动中，在一次次的自我挑战中，我会不断地改造自己：我将会慢慢懂得创造性学习的重要性;懂得努力才会有新的天地;懂得竞争须要智慧和能力……不断的探索、努力、竞争，就会不断的提高、进步、成熟。我想，即使没有辉煌的未来，却能有无悔的昔日。我相信，到我白发苍苍的时候，回想起这段生活，仍不失为最甜美的回忆。

一走进光荣院，就看到了一位老人。我们忙上去打招呼。“爷爷!过年好!”我们异口同声的说道。“诶，好!”那个爷爷说。

我们走进光荣院的大楼，在那位在这里工作的阿姨的指引下，我们看望了一位位老人，并送上了慰问礼品。我们又来到另一个爷爷的房间里。这个爷爷是个退伍军人，身穿一身军绿色的衣裳，干净利落的短发显得精神十足，虽然年龄很大了，但那身躯依然挺拔，尽显军人的风姿。爷爷还很和蔼，和我们很谈得来。在与爷爷的交谈中，我们得知爷爷虽然没有参加过什么战争，但参加了那次新疆核试验的大爆炸。顿时心中油然升起一股敬佩之意。那位爷爷还说让我们好好读书，长大之后成为建设祖国的栋梁之才。我们连声答应道。

在与这些老人合影留念并告别后，我们离开了敬老院。在回家的路上，我想了许多，从那时起，我便树立了以那些老人为榜样，报效国家的理想。

这次敬老院之旅让我收获了许多，这个寒假令我难忘。

在学生的眼里，寒假是一年中最愉快的假期，它似树叶，轻轻一飘就佛而去了，在这短短的日子里，总之，其中有一件事让我感觉到寒假得愉快就是敲锣打鼓。

大年初二的那天，到处洋溢着过节的气象，人人脸上都喜气洋洋的。吃完早饭，爷爷就带着我到村里的桥上，去敲锣打鼓。

锣鼓又响起来了。刚开始，我担心跟不上节拍，不敢使劲敲打，只是慢慢地在心里琢磨着拍子，仔细地听着节奏，生怕因为我一个人的失误而扰乱了全局。爷爷向我投来了鼓励的目光，很快，我随着节拍逐渐熟练了，我就放开手脚尽情地发挥着，铿锵的锣鼓声好象就是在我的心中迸发涌溅出来，我完全沉浸在这喜庆的锣鼓声中了。

啊!这就是我快乐寒假生活的一部分!今年过年我特开心!

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a

path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various

of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

The term came into fashion after the 1980s. However, in recent years, the

phenomenon is getting more and more fierce.

How does generation gap come into being? The first reason is that the two

generations have grown up in different ages, thus they have different attitudes

toward life. Secondly, due to having little in common with each other, they are

unwilling to sit down and talk face to face. Besides, as modern life is so

Dragon Boat race Traditions

At the center of this festival are the dragon boat races. Competing teams drive their colorful dragon boats forward to the rhythm of beating drums. These exciting races were inspired by the villagers valiant attempts to rescue Chu Yuan from the Mi Luo river. This tradition has remained unbroken for centuries.

Tzung Tzu

A very popular dish during the Dragon Boat festival is tzung tzu. This tasty dish consists of rice dumplings with meat, peanut, egg yolk, or other fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves. The tradition of tzung tzu is meant to remind us of the village fishermen scattering rice across the water of the Mi Luo river in order to appease the river dragons so that they would not devour Chu Yuan.

Ay Taso

The time of year of the Dragon Boat Festival, the fifth lunar moon, has more significance than just the story of Qu Yuan. Many Chinese consider this time of year an especially dangerous time when extra efforts must be made to protect their family from illness. Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. 这事使我懂得了，做什么事都有技巧!我有一个弟弟叫李想，今年一岁了，他的小脸蛋长的胖乎乎的，有一对大眼睛扑闪扑闪的`，他特别爱笑，每次一笑就露出才长的几颗新牙，看起来像个月牙一样，总是那么灿烂。
