饺子，是家家户户都喜欢吃的一种食品，可是，饺子看上去简单，但是实际上却是很多种材料才能做出来的。今天，我也要帮助妈妈一起来包饺子。

首先我们来准备一下饺子馅，我们需要的材料是一把韭菜，几个鸡蛋，面粉和水。第一步：妈妈把摘洗好的韭菜切成一段一段的。第二部：把鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌一下，在锅里起锅烧油，把鸡蛋倒下去，两面金黄就可以了，放在砧板上，切成一小块一小块的就可以了。第三步：把切好的韭菜和鸡蛋放在盆里面，搅拌均匀，色相美味的饺子馅就做好了。妈妈把和好的面团放在砧板上，揉成长条，切段，按平，这样下来所有的准备已经做好了，可以开始包饺子了。

我先看妈妈包了几个，学会之后，自己也动手包了起来，我像妈妈那样，先取出一张饺子皮。然后，我夹了一些饺子馅，最后，我把饺子对角折好，把边捏严，不能露馅，就完成了。我看着自己包的第一个饺子，顿时眉开眼笑，放在手心里很有成就感，心里美滋滋的。妈妈看了我的作品后也鼓起掌来，我得意洋洋的继续包饺子，发现越包越好，也更有动力继续包下去了。

The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive. And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you are. Maybe my stomach is ill. My dog will be dead. She is very old. We have kept her for ten years. Now her hairs are falling. And she always lies on the ground. She can’t see very clearly. She eats a little. She benetes thin. 要过年了，办年货对于大人们来说是件容易的事情，但对于我们第一次做的人来说可不是件易事。

除夕前一天，我和弟弟吵着要和妈妈一起上街去办年货，妈妈拗不过我们便同意了。

刚上街我和弟弟便被热闹的景象吸引了，只见街上车水马龙，人山人海，到处是买东西和卖东西的人，很多店面上都贴上了对联，挂上了红红的灯笼，洋溢着浓浓的节日气氛。

妈妈对我们说过年必须要放鞭炮贴对联，于是我们先去了一家卖炮竹的地方，只见店里挤满了人，这个要鞭炮，那个要烟火，真是热闹极了。我和弟弟站在里面不知道该怎么办了，于是妈妈对我们说先去买几个大鞭炮再去买个百子鞭炮这些都是必须的，于是我和弟弟奔向了柜台，用尽吃奶的力气才挤到了柜台边，说道：“阿姨，帮我拿两个鞭炮还有一个百子鞭炮”。哎!总算买好了，真累呀!这时我们两个人已经是满头大汗了，妈妈看到了笑着说到，办年货不容易吧。

鞭炮买好了，我们又来到了卖对联的地方，我和弟弟两个人左看看右挑挑，不知道选哪个好，看的是眼花缭乱，只好又去问妈妈，妈妈说这里的对联都挺好的，随便挑一个吧，我想今年是我的本命年，当然得买有马的呀!10元一副，20元一副于是我挑了2副，一个贴自己家门口，还有一个给外婆，妈妈夸我想的真周到，我开心极了!

零食也是过年不可缺少的东西哦!于是我们又去了超市买了好多好多好吃的零食，拎的我和弟弟两个人手都痛了，没想到采购年货会是这么累的事情呀，和我想的完全不一样，我和弟弟由衷的感慨道“买年货真不容易呀”。

妈妈笑着说：“那你们明年还要和我一起办年货吗?”我和弟弟异口同声的说道“要的”。虽然很累，但是看到那些我们亲自挑选回来的东西，我们好有成就感哦!
