Yesterday, my parents were not home. And I had to stay at home by myself for one day and one night. I was very happy at first, because there wouldnt be anyone criticizes my behavior. 每年春节，家家户户都会吃饺子，这不，一大早我们家就忙活起来了，有的买饺子皮，有的做饺子馅，大家都在做包饺子前的准备。

皮买回来了，馅也包好了，就只剩包饺子了，这时，妈妈满脸阴笑地对我说：“你要不要也试试?”我心想，包饺子那么简单，不就往皮里放点馅吗。想着，我便信心满满地说：“试就试，who怕who。”说着，边擦干净了手。然后妈妈端来材料，一场战争便开始了。

我迫不及待地拿起一张皮儿，摊在手心里，接着用筷子夹起一大块肉放进皮儿中，再一捏皮儿的边，可是，我捏左边，肉就从右边出来，捏右边，它就从左边出来，到最后，这皮儿禁受不住折磨——烂了。哎，第一场战争就败了。

正当我在一旁唉声叹气是，妈妈可在偷冷哦，我一看妈妈的盘子里的饺子个个挺着将军肚儿，昂首挺胸的，可我这儿，别说饺子好不好了，连影儿都没有，妈妈提醒我。肉不能包太多刚听到第一句，我便以为自己会了，就急忙说：哦，我知道了，我再试一次。不用说，大家也能猜到，这次我放了很少的馅，包是包住了，可是妈妈打趣道：你这是在包馅饼啊。第二场又只能宣告失败。

胜不骄，败不馁，我重又拿起一张皮，放了不多不少的馅，这回终于成功了，虽说不怎么好看，但至少已经完成了，可是，我手上不是这边几片菜叶，就是那边几滴有水，脏死了。

通过这次包饺子的体验，我明白了做事要有坚持不懈的精神，还要多向有经验的人请教。
