饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推着，生怕把饺子弄破了。

不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后和以前一样用勺子轻轻的推着。

一、掌握日记的正确格式

英语日记与汉语日记的结构相似，主要由两部分组成，即书端和正文。

1.书端（Heading） 英语日记的书端，是专门记载日期、星期和天气的，这一点与汉语日记相同，但在排列上有所不同。英语日记的书端在正文上边的左边（顶格），从左向右推进。

1）英语日期的写法有两种：

（1）先写某日，次写月份，最后写年份。某日用序数词的缩写形式；除May ， June和July三个月份外，其余各月份均可缩写；年份均用阿拉伯数字书写，但不能把“1991”缩写成“91”等。例如：

15th August 1989

（2）先写月份，次写某日，最后写年份。用这种写法比较普遍。某日用基数词，也可用序数词的缩写形式，但后边须加逗号。例如：

August 15，1989

August 15th，1989

如果在英语日记的书端里要写星期的话，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。例如：

Saturday，October 22nd，1983

October 22nd ，1983，Saturday

2）天气情况

如果书端里还要记载那天的天气，只需用少数的词，如“Fin e”“Cloud y”等形容词表示。天气写在日期之后，须用逗号隔开。如果第一行内写不完，也可以移到第二行去写，但第一行内前边要空格，不可与第二行平头。例如：

Saturday，March 4，1988，Fine but windy in the afternoon 常见的天气用语有：

2．正文（Body） 日记是每日生活的记载。生活的内容广泛，但写作时应有所选择，最好是记下当天有意义，感受最深的东西、不可巨细不分地记流水帐。 记日记的手法灵活，形式多样，它常用叙述的方法，可议论、也可抒情和描写；有话则长，无话则短，甚至于三言两语亦可。

值得一提的是日记的时态选择，由于日记记载的事情通常已经发生，因此谓语动词一般用过去时态。然而，根据实际情况，也可用其他时态。例如：

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.

There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

寒假里，我最大的收获就是学会了炒“盐水花生”。

那天是星期六，工作了一周的母亲一定很辛苦，好不容易有个双休日，应该让她好好歇歇。于是，我对母亲说：“今天的菜我来做，就炒‘盐水花生’吧!”母亲说：“你就试试吧!”

我把一勺盐放入一小半碗水里，用筷子搅拌均匀，让盐融化在水里。我把调好了的盐水放到一边。又把一碟花生米放入锅里，然后把锅放到液化气灶上，打开电子开关，顿时从小孔里窜出蓝莹莹的火，那火苗在锅底周围不停地跳跃。我炒了一会儿，哎呀，不好了，有几粒花生冒烟了，眼看就要糊了。情急之中我想起了母亲每次炒花生时，都点小火，我怎么点这么大的火呀!我马上把火调小了。我又炒了几下，想：是不是该放盐了?我尝了一粒花生，感觉还不行。过了一会儿，我又尝了一粒，又觉得还不到时候。就这样，我一边炒，一边尝，尝得我都分不清是生的还是熟的了。唉，还是搬救兵吧。于是，我把母亲叫来，母亲笑着说：“你太心急了炒‘盐水花生’要有耐心，要等到花生变成红黄色，发出香味时再放盐水。”于是，我又开始炒起来，慢慢地发现花生渐渐变成了红黄色，我又尝了一粒，哇!真香啊。我把盐水倒进锅里。“滋啦”一声，锅被一层白雾笼罩着。我又开始翻炒起来。过了一会儿，红色的花生穿上了一件银白色的外套。我想：花生一定好了。我把花生盛到盘子里。

这时，母亲过来了，母亲尝了一粒我炒的花生，说：“第一次就炒这么好，不错，不错。”我也尝了一粒，那花生又脆，又香，又有些咸味，好吃极了。第一次炒“盐水花生”我成功了!

如果要说我的寒假生活，我可以告诉你，春节前的`那一段时间，我觉得好无聊啊。

那十几天，每天过的都一样，一个人留守在家里，八点起床，八点半吃饭，九点便是做作业，然后一直做到十一点吃中饭，接下来还是做作业，到了晚上六点看半个小时电视，下面就该吃晚饭，吃完后继续写作业，十点睡觉。唉，我真觉得这生活一下子变得没有色彩了，我呢?就像一个机器人一样，每天循规蹈矩地生活着，简直太无聊了。

可是，当春节悄然降临的时候，就大不一样了。除夕那一天，空气里弥漫着浓郁的喜庆味道，因为过了这一天，我们又长一岁啦!这天，我的生活中添加了红色。

初一，我太兴奋了，因为今天，我和大家一起逛了街，到麦当劳吃午餐。下午，我和弟弟妹妹还买了贺岁玩具，我得到的是一把仿真_，我的生活里添加了橙色。

初二，我去了舅舅投资的码头镇古道庄园，那里的松可真绿呀，小池塘里的水可真清呀，我望着这一望无边的绿色，心里格外舒爽，我的生活里添了绿色。

初四，我和哥哥们一起去看贺岁大片《霍元甲》，这部片子情节非常精彩，每个动作都非常细致，让我进一步了解到我国电影科技的迅猛发展，我的生活添加了蓝色。

初七，下大雪了，我快乐得不得了，手舞足蹈，庆贺顽皮的雪终于来了，这一天，我打雪仗，堆雪人，好一阵闹腾，我的生活里又添加了银白色。

啊!我的寒假生活!从单调无味的一人世界，走向五彩斑斓的欢乐殿堂，让我领略了从冬到春的苦乐酸甜。哦，这就是我的寒假生活。
