我盼星星，盼月亮，终于把盼望已久的寒假盼来了。寒假就像一本大书，我在每一页上都书写了自己的快乐和生活的精彩。

过年时，我们一家一起包那弯弯的饺子，妈妈和面、擀面，我和爸爸包饺子。可能是不经常包饺子的原因吧，我和爸爸包饺子时，饺子馅儿很调皮，总想跑出去玩，所以我们的，妈妈再从“修理修理”。而饺子馅儿，到了妈妈手里却很听话，配合妈妈工作，所以妈妈包的即快又好看。

妈妈说：“照你们这样包下去，我们晚上就吃不了饺子了，还是我包吧!”

不一会儿，邻居们也都出来放爆竹了。“劈劈啪啪”“乒乒乓乓”“咚——哐”的声音一直响个不停。

The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

今天是我第一次包饺子，我感到有点兴奋和激动。

我们包的是荠菜鲜肉水饺，奶奶先准备了3两荠菜，一斤鲜肉末和30张面皮，咱们先把荠菜去根剁碎(剁到跟果泥差不多程度)，然后和肉末均匀地搅拌在一起，再加了3勺盐和适量的香油。这样，饺子馅就准备完工啦。

接着是拿起饺子皮来包饺子了，奶奶教我先把饺子皮摊开，再用勺子舀一勺馅料放在皮子上，奶奶叮嘱我：馅料千万不可以放太多，一定要适中，不然就包不住了，放好馅料后，将饺子皮对折捏紧，一个饺子就成了。可是我有一点贪心，想多放点馅料好吃，于是就放了一大勺，结果我捏皮子时馅料都从两边漏了出来。第二次，我吸取教训，只放了一点点馅料，结果包出的饺子好像长了两个大耳朵，奶奶把那个饺子煮熟了之后给我尝了一口，我发现不仅寡淡无味，就连馅料的鲜味好像也被煮饺子的水给冲淡了。第三次，我放了大半勺馅料，把皮子捏起来之后馅料没有被挤出来，也没有长出耳朵，奶奶帮我煮好后，我尝了一口，嗯，味道比前两次都要好。于是，我就照这样包了30个水饺。

水饺包好后，开始烧水。我先在锅内放入三到五杯水，再用大火把水烧开，接着就是主角——水饺上场了，放入锅内，等大火再次烧开后加小半碗冷水，继续烧开后再用小火煮5分钟左右，水饺就可以盛出来享用了。

望着香喷喷、热腾腾的饺子，我尝了一个，真是太好吃了，不仅皮薄，馅大，汤汁还不少哩。于是我又吃了好多个，也许是因为自己包的缘故吧，让我感觉到以前经常吃的如此简单的食物，其实也有着其奥妙和复杂的一面，真是一次愉快的体验啊!

本不想说出来的一件事，在老师让我们讲讲寒假中的一件事时，这件事占据了我的整个大脑，已经到了不得不分享出来的时候了。 I didnt want to say something. When the teacher let us talk about one thing in the winter vacation, this incident occupies my entire brain. It has arrived.I have to share it.

整个过程非常惊讶，也非常激动，我现在在讲的时候还能感觉到自己当时的手都在抖，像是捡到钱这件事是中了彩票一样的大事。在把钱交到警察叔叔手里后，我的心情才慢慢平复下来，当妈妈笑话我谎称拉肚子是准备将包里的玩具据为己有时，我抓紧了妈妈的手，我告诉妈妈，“我真以为包里是什么可以我偷偷留着的东西，没想到是钱，还是这么多钱……”我想妈妈在那个时候应该知道了，当我发现自己捡到的一大包东西是一包钱时的心情，不是什么惊喜，而是惊吓。这么大一包钱，对于一个孩子来说，这些钱一定是失主要用来救命的钱了，所以我才会那么诚实的让妈妈带着我去找警察叔叔交还失主，好让自己马上得到心安。

就是这样一件捡到钱的事儿发生在了我的寒假里，让我像一个成熟的大人一样学会了如何处理不属于自己的东西。

今天早上七点多钟的时候，姥姥和姥爷吃完饭就找了两箱酒。然后，姥爷就对我说：“今天我和你姥姥到你井家三姥爷家去串门，你今天中午吃方便面吧，不许惹你太姥生气，听见没有?”“听见了。”我回答姥爷所对我说的话。

姥爷和姥姥走后，我就把碗、盘、筷子全都刷了。然后，我就出去和刘昱麟到湖畔广场去玩了。大约在十点半左右钟，我就和刘昱麟从湖畔广场回来了。到了家，我就把方便面拿了出来，找了一个大碗就把方便面泡了起来。大约在十一点钟的时候，我就和太姥吃中午饭了。太姥吃饭可真快呀，五分钟就吃完了午饭，而我，还在厅中吃我的方便面呢。吃完午饭，我就把碗给刷。然后，我就和太姥在厅中看了一小会儿电视，在十二点钟的时候，我就和太姥各回各屋就睡觉了。

在下午三点多钟的时候，姥爷和姥姥就从井家回来了。

今年寒假我到外地进行了封闭式训练，讲真的很辛苦也很累但是这些都不是最重要的，最重要的我学到了很多东西，不仅不是出去培训方面的知识还有做人做事方面的和对待自己的方面，说实话学舞蹈是非常吃苦的事情，但是我吃不了苦一点疼啊痛啊我就会喊个不停，而出去培训回来后我彻底把这个毛病改掉了。

不是我不怕痛了，而是我学会了忍受，为什么这么说呢因为在培训的时候我一疼我就大叫刚开始师姐觉得没什么但是到后来师姐就忍不住了，经常给我讲很多道理，其实道理我都懂就是做不来，而我记得她说的最多的一句话就是要对自己有要求啊。现在我终于明白了这句话的含义，当我在为我心中的目标奋斗的时候就算我想大喊大叫我都可以自己忍住，这就是师姐常说对自己又要求的意思。

现在的我要求还没有达到但是我也正在努力向自己的要求靠近。

转眼间，新的学期开始了，在兴趣课上，同学们开心的聚在了一起，你一句我一句的讲起了寒假里自己过得最有趣的一件事。同学们七嘴八舌，议论纷纷地说了起来。有的说去放了烟花，有的说去了北京看了故宫，还有的同学说去了云南大理，那里的景色美极了，其中我最欣赏的是小哈哈同学。

只见小哈哈同学手舞足蹈，绘声绘色地说了起来：“在寒假里，我去了哈尔滨，一下飞机就看到了眼前的一座冰雕，还有我最想看到的白茫茫的大雪。不过那里有些冷，是零下15度，我们呼吸出来的气都是一大股白色的烟。最让我留恋忘返的还是冰雕，五颜六色的冰雕摸起来冰凉凉的呢!也很漂亮!”这一句话马上就勾起我们去哈尔滨的兴趣呢!

我也不甘落后，津津有味地说了起来：“2022年到了，全中国人民全部都沉浸在欢乐的新年里面，在除夕夜里，我与爸爸来到了五星街放飞了一盏孔明灯。这时，我突然惊奇的看见几个孔明灯，从天空中快速的掉了下来，样子好像是满天的星星划落下来一样。这时人们传出了爆笑的声音，还有几个小男孩特别的淘气，直接冲了上去，抢走了孔明灯。这种开头，我相信，祖国今年一定会笑声不断，繁荣发展。”
