My Chinese New Year for this year was fantastic!

I went to Hai Nan with my parents during the Chinese New Year and visited my relatives over there. The weather over there was beautiful. It was so much warmer than my city. We stayed in a hotel and we spent a lot of time on the beaches. My parents also took me for a ride round the island. It was so much fun and I wish it was longer.

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

Your dad is busy working these days. I’ll be at an important meeting in the

city. Would you mind going to the supermarket and buying some food and fruit

after school this afternoon? Could you please meet your uncle and cousin at the

盼望已久的`寒假终于来到了，它像一本书，翻开了第一叶，我在每一页上都写下快乐，写下精彩。

饺子，是家家户户都喜欢吃的一种食品，可是，饺子看上去简单，但是实际上却是很多种材料才能做出来的。今天，我也要帮助妈妈一起来包饺子。

首先我们来准备一下饺子馅，我们需要的材料是一把韭菜，几个鸡蛋，面粉和水。第一步：妈妈把摘洗好的韭菜切成一段一段的。第二部：把鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌一下，在锅里起锅烧油，把鸡蛋倒下去，两面金黄就可以了，放在砧板上，切成一小块一小块的就可以了。第三步：把切好的韭菜和鸡蛋放在盆里面，搅拌均匀，色相美味的饺子馅就做好了。妈妈把和好的面团放在砧板上，揉成长条，切段，按平，这样下来所有的准备已经做好了，可以开始包饺子了。

我先看妈妈包了几个，学会之后，自己也动手包了起来，我像妈妈那样，先取出一张饺子皮。然后，我夹了一些饺子馅，最后，我把饺子对角折好，把边捏严，不能露馅，就完成了。我看着自己包的第一个饺子，顿时眉开眼笑，放在手心里很有成就感，心里美滋滋的。妈妈看了我的作品后也鼓起掌来，我得意洋洋的继续包饺子，发现越包越好，也更有动力继续包下去了。

不一会儿，饺子就包好了，我把饺子端给妈妈，她就开始煮饺子了。妈妈在锅里添上水，打开火，把水煮开之后下饺子，不一会饺子就熟了。妈妈端了两碗饺子走了出来。我立刻夹了一个我自己包的饺子放进嘴里，好吃极了，心想：“还是自己包的饺子美味!”

寒假转眼就要过去了，在寒假生活中我的身边发生了许许多多的有趣的事，其中，令我感到最有趣的事情就是和爷爷一起蒸花馒头。

在大年三十的前一天，爷爷就要开始忙着做花馒头了。这天一大早爷爷就起床买年货，买食材了。我坐在沙发上，呆呆地看着爷爷一个人在一旁忙活，我觉得我必须要去帮忙。我刚走到爷爷旁边，就看见菜板上的“面老鼠”了，这只小老鼠真是可爱，我不禁下定决心一定要跟爷爷学做花馒头。我向爷爷提出了我的想法，爷爷笑了笑答应了，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。接下来我有点迫不及待地想做一下看看。

我拿出一块面，照着爷爷的样子选颜色，只见爷爷选了一个豆沙味的面，我学着爷爷的样子，也选了这个颜色的面。爷爷一点点教着，我也认认真真地学着，啊!终于做好了。虽然和爷爷比起来，我做得有点……但是，我相信，我一定会成功的，过了25分钟，爷爷将蒸好的花馒头拿出来以后，我有点不想接受这个现实。我之前做的明明是个小兔子，现在却成了一个面团，不过味道还是不错的。

爷爷见到我伤心的表情，安慰我说：“没关系，第一次尝试，哪有第一次试就成功的?要慢慢来。”我听了爷爷的话，又恢复了自信，我又照着刚刚的步骤重新做了一个“小兔子”，爷爷又帮我把这个“小兔子”放进蒸笼，又过了25分钟，爷爷将我重新做的花馒头拿出来时，我兴奋不已，因为我成功了，一只可爱的小兔子馒头出现在我的手中，爷爷夸我是一个聪明又乖巧的孩子。突然他拿出了一面镜子递给我，我一照，呀!我都变成一只小花猫了。

从这一次做花馒头的过程中，我懂得了无论遇到什么困难，都不要放弃，要坚持不懈，要勇敢地面对它。这可真是一件最有趣的事呀!

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a

note on the table for my mum and it said,"Today is my birthday,dont forget

it!"At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of

fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

春节的时候，爸爸妈妈带我去了很多好玩的地方，去了南岳拜了老子庙，去了老家看了雾凇……然而，最好玩最有趣的是舅舅带我去玩的儿童户外拓展训练。

那天我和小表叔玩的太开心啦!既划了船又知道怎样掌握船的方向，这事就是我寒假里最有趣的一件事。

每年去姥姥家是我最快乐的时候，虽然夏天得付出点代价——被蚊虫叮咬，但还是向往那里。

今年也去了，但是只有三天(往常都去十多天)。最后一天，我与姐姐妹妹合伙跟舅舅打雪仗。先介绍一下我们的“基地”吧：它在一个很大的雪堆后面，里面有一些“琳琅满目”的雪块。有一些大块石关键时刻防身用的，当“敌人”进攻基地的时候，就用它们击退;中块的是“远程武器”，趁敌方不注意时投过去;还有一些小块是“近程武器”，我们准备很多这样的小块，因为它们是“霰弹”——命中率极低。

布置好基地，双方都准备好了。我们开始进攻，因为舅舅机灵，我们的炮弹全都没打中。眼看着舅舅走过来，我们吓得“魂飞魄散”，只有一个字“跑”。第一次进攻失败。战斗后，我们总结一下经验，认为有一种更好的武器更好用，那就是细小的雪粒，我们喊了一声“加油”，信心百倍的出发了。我们装作很害怕的样子迷惑舅舅，当我们走近时，我们以迅雷不及掩耳之势往舅舅身上扬雪。由于距离远，没打到，这回可惨了，舅舅又一次把我们几个摁在雪里，我们又输了。我们很不服气。妈妈她们几个观战的见到我们的狼狈样，笑得前仰后合。这回我们总结出：不能正面对着舅舅，不能硬攻，只能智取。但是我们第三回合很快又输了。总输也太没面子了，妈妈们给我们出主意，而且还指出我们的弱点，那就是没有前仆后继的精神。这一次我决定牺牲自己，奋不顾身地向前冲，并交代姐姐她们一定要把握住机会。进攻开始了，我一下就被舅舅的神掌拍在雪堆里，我假装耳朵进雪不让舅舅打我，舅舅放松了警惕，机会来了，我捧起一大堆雪扬在舅舅脸上，还没等舅舅反应过来，姐姐和妹妹已经冲过来了，大小雪块雪粒一起落在舅舅身上脸上，舅舅这时已经顾此失彼啦!哈哈!太好了，舅舅终于被我们几个打得落荒而逃，样子好笑极了!我们做出胜利的手势，欢呼起来。

在姥姥家，我非常快乐，我还想去那里!

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

今天又下雨了，雨下得很大，天黑了从早上到晚上，它还是黑的八岁半。即使我做我的功课，我只能开着灯看。一旦下雨，它停留下来直到十二点雨停了，我去楼下餐厅买一些食物。

盼啊!盼啊，眼看新年就快到了，想到这，我不由得笑了起来，在新年前，大家个个喜气洋洋，个个精神饱满。逛街的人络绎不绝，有的在买年画，有的在买年货，有的坐着火箱围着火炉看电视，还有的人在打麻将打扑

克，等等不一而足。

反正街上五彩缤纷，各种各样的人都有，各种各样的货物都齐全，琳琅满目，大家恐怕想买什么都难选择!

新年前，家家户户都灯火通明，家家都把房子打扮得别具一格，各有各的个性。他们把买来的年货放得满地都地。买来的年画怎么贴法，那就各有自己的风格和喜好了。有的正着贴，有的倒着贴，还有的歪着贴，各有千秋。大家把买来的菜全部都弄好了，只等新年一到，就可一饱口福了。家家备有鞭炮，大家穿上新衣服，准备迎新年，在新年前，大家一出门，如果遇上了好朋友，总是口中不忘说一句：“上街啊!”

大家杀猪宰羊，忙碌地准备着新年大吃大喝一番。

新年到了，孩子们便早早起床，来到爸爸妈妈的房间，开始了传统的拜年仪式了。孩子们对爸爸妈妈说着一些吉祥话儿，爸妈就拿出压岁钱，让小孩子们高高兴兴。大家都希望今年能够吉祥如意，招财进宝。

一些亲朋好友欢聚一堂，品尝着美酒佳肴，谈着一些开心的话儿。而兴的则是我们，可以大把大把地攒取压岁钱，然后就欢天喜地跑到街上去买很多好玩的东西，如小汽车、四驱车、玩具枪、足球等，而我们只要嘴巴甜一点，多说些祝福的话儿，那可就大赚一笔了!

大家一直玩到深夜，嘴里啃着美味水果，手里燃放鞭炮烟花……大人小孩们载歌载舞，忘情地玩个痛快!

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so

great, I was attracted by it. Some traditional arts like paper-cup should be

kept.

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his mother.

He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to a shop

to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he couldn’t

do the cooking well. Thenhe cleaned the room. He felt very tired, but he was

very happy.

When his father and his mother came back and saw the clean rooms and dishes

which weren’t so nice, they were very happy.They had their supper together. His

mother said, "Thank you,my child!"
