这次寒假，我看了习爷爷也看过的《西游记》这本书。通过这本书，我深刻感受到我们在生活当中要学习师徒四人的优点，争当新时代好队员。

这本书主要讲师徒四人西天取经的故事，他们一路经历重重困难，遭遇九九八十一难，终修正果。

书中的唐僧心地善良，有恒心，有毅力，但是也要明辨是非。比如在看到红孩儿的时候，红孩儿就变成了一个小孩，被绳子绑在树枝上，唐僧觉得他很可怜，就把绳子剪开，结果中了红孩儿的圈套。所以我们平时要心地善良，乐于助人，但是遇到坏人坏事也绝不姑息。做任何事都要有恒心，有毅力，不忘初心，方得始终。

我最喜欢的人物就是孙悟空了。他武艺高强，敢于冒险，很聪明，会八九七十二变，还有火眼金睛，妖怪变人都看得出来，一路上降妖除魔，保护唐僧去西天取经。我要学习孙悟空敢想敢做的精神，在学习上要刻苦努力，练就一身本领，不半途而废，做一个有责任，有理想的新时代好队员。

书中的八戒很乐观，很忠诚，心地善良，只是好吃懒做，贪睡胆小。比如师徒四人到了陈家庄，唐僧给他们在这儿住一夜，吃饭的时候八戒一口一碗饭，吃了七八碗还不够。我们要学习他的乐观，避免他的缺点在我们身上发生。

沙僧一路挑着担，不发牢骚，任劳任怨，我们要学习他身上的这一优点。

我喜欢看西游记，我喜欢师徒四人，我们要学习师徒四人的闪光点，做新时代好队员。

Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre. But my first impression of this story was from screen.

Its long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I dont remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. Its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the heroine,though I didnt think shes beautiful. But shes smart. However, I didnt pay much attention to the plot. I thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I havent read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice.

In fact, I didnt understand the story at that time. I didnt know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didnt find where s the prejudice. I thought its normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. Im a prejudiced person so I cant find wheres wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time. I like it so just like it, if not so just not. Im a person thinking by heart not by brain. What is worse, I actually didnt think its wrong. I thought everyone is all like that.Everyone has his special way to cognize the world. So its individuality, not prejudice. But I think something is wrong. Though everyone can judge in the way he likes, he cant ignore other ones. You can like what you like and hate what you hate, but you should be objective when you meet external world. I think it means that you should consider things roundly, not just partial. Individuality is different from prejudice. What is it? I need to think more.

寒假时候，我从《习爷爷读过的书》书单里发现了《西游记》，就把家里《西游记》连环画读本翻出来一口气读完了。《西游记》是一本神话故事，也是四大名著之一。它讲的是唐朝时期，有一个和尚带着他的三个徒弟一起去西天取经，历经了艰难险阻最终取到真经的故事。

书里的四大主角——师傅唐僧、大师兄孙悟空、二师兄猪八戒还有沙师弟都有着鲜明的性格特点。他们四个人组合在一起，发生了很多的历险故事，经常是差一点就被妖怪给抓走，让取经计划泡了汤。在看这本书的时候，我曾经有个疑问，如果没有师傅和两个师弟，就让大师兄孙悟空一个人去取经，不是更容易完成任务吗？孙悟空这么厉害，一个筋斗就能翻十万八千里，不是很容易到西天见到佛祖了吗？但是妈妈告诉我，如果翻个筋斗就能取得真经，那师徒四人就没法获得真正的修行，也就有违了观音菩萨让他们取经的本意了——在实践中修行。

看到最后，我渐渐明白了一些道理。我觉得取得真经是一个项很伟大很艰巨的任务。要完成它，一个人本领再强，光单打独斗也是不行的，毕竟“尺有所短，寸有所长”。只有把大家的优势都发挥出来，同时看到自己的不足，不断磨砺自己的心志和本领，在取经过程中培养起行动默契，共同成长共同提高，才能完成这个神圣的使命。在我看来，唐僧师徒四人各自有一些优点也有一些不足。

唐僧：信念坚定，但是不辩是非。唐僧作为老师，也是唯一一个不会魔法的凡人，经常会被妖怪抓来抓去。但是他取经的意志最为坚定，不管是面对险境还是遇到诱惑，他始终以一个高僧的信仰化解这些“心障”。而且他很善良，虽然作为人类没有慧眼去区分人妖，有时限制了他分辨是非真伪，但他还是不放弃把为人善良的观念灌输给了三个本来是妖怪的徒弟，帮助他们从“妖”一路修行成“神”。在唐僧的精神引领下，师徒四个经历很多畏难，渡过很多难关，始终抱定去西天取经的目的不放松，最后赢得了成功。妈妈曾经给我看过一篇习爷爷念过的文章，标题是《不忘初心，砥砺前行》。我想大到国家建设，小到完成作业，我们都要坚定信念，不能半途而废，同时要鼓励别人也一起努力。

孙悟空：拼搏精神，但是缺乏纪律观念。孙悟空是我最喜欢的人物，我一直认为他全是优点，取经全靠他一往无前的拼搏精神。他明辨是非，爱憎分明，对师傅忠诚，对妖怪毫不留情。师傅遇到危险了，他一句“俺老孙来也”，就挺身而出，丝毫不顾个人安危。但是仅靠他一个人也是无法完成取经任务的。孙悟空的成长经历决定了他虽然很能打能拼，但是还是具有“野性”，有时候组织纪律观念很松散，自己认为是对的就打死不听别人的意见。殊不知，山外有山天外有天，他虽然本领大，天不怕地不怕，但是也有比他本领更强大的人，有他也识别判断不了的真伪。所以他要被套上紧箍咒，让虽然肉眼凡胎，但是有一颗慈悲心的唐僧去约束他，管教他。

猪八戒：好吃懒做，但是人缘好。猪八戒是四个人里面最懒惰的，经常给孙悟空拖后腿。但是他人缘很好，师傅和孙悟空闹矛盾的时候，他会去劝解。他很喜欢和人打交道，被人取笑一下也不会放心里去。同时我觉得他心态很好，遇到危险也能自我化解，随遇而安。

沙僧：老实忠厚，但是缺乏心眼。沙僧一直挑着担子，话不多但是工作很踏实，一个团队里也需要这样默默付出的老黄牛。但是他有时候缺乏心眼，不会开动脑筋去多思考，更多的是跟着师傅和大师兄走，我觉得他是一个很努力的人，但是不够优秀。

看完这部名著，我觉得现实生活中，我们每个人也都各有优缺点，我们的人生也是在“取经”，要明白“尺有所短，寸有所长”，多看到自己的不足，多学习别人的长处，在一个集体里面把大家的智慧都运用起来，把大家的积极性都调动起来，这样我们就能够努力干好每一件事。

Thoughts or reflections on reading Wuthering Heights

The book was written by Emily Bronte, it published in 1847.But at that time, it seemed to hold little promise, selling very poorly and receiving only a few mixed reviews. I found this in our school library, I chose this book because the title attracted me. The book is structured around two parallel love stories, the first half of the novel centering on the love between Catherine and Heathcliff, while the less dramatic second half features the developing love between young Catherine and Hareton. In contrast to the first, the latter tale ends happily, restoring peace and order to Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange. In the story, the two houses, Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange, represent opposing worlds and values.

I spent twenty days reading this book. After reading this book, I felt for Heathcliff at first. Heathcliff begins his life as a homeless orphan on the streets of Liverpool, and then he tyrannized by Hindley Earnshaw. But he becomes a villain when he acquires power and returns to Wuthering Heights with money and the trappings of a gentleman. His malevolence proves so great and long—lasting. As he himself points out, his abuse of Isabella—his wife is purely sadistic, as he amuses himself by seeing how much abuse she can take and still come cringing back for more.

Catherine represents wild nature, in both her high, lively spirits and her occasional cruelty. She loves Heathcliff so intensely that she claims they are the same person. However, her actions are driven in part by her social ambitions, which initially are awakened during her first stay at the Lintons, and which eventually compel her to marry Edgar. Catherine is free—spirited, beautiful, spoiled, and often arrogant, she is given to fits of temper, and she is torn between her both of the men who love her. The location of her coffin symbolizes the conflict that tears apart her short life. She is buried in a corner of the Kirkyard. In contrast to Catherine, Isabella Linton—Catherine’s sister—in—law represents culture and civilization, both in her refinement and in her weakness. Ultimately, she ruins her life by falling in love with Heathcliff. He never returns her feelings and treats her as a meretool in his quest for revenge on the Linton family.

Just as Isabella Linton serves as Catherine’s foil, Edgar Linton serves as Heathcliff’s. Edgar grows into a tender, constant, but cowardly man. He is almost the ideal gentleman. However, this full assortment of gentlemanly characteristics, along with his civilized virtues, proves useless in Edgar’s clashes with his foil. He sees his wife obviously in love with another man but unable to do anything to rectify the situation. Heathcliff, who gains power over his wife, sister , and daughter.

The whole story make people’s mood heavy. Fortunately, the end is happy.

The author Emily Bronte lived an eccentric, closely guarded life. She was born in 1818, two years after Charlotte—the author of Jane Eyre and a year and a half before her sister Anne, who also became an author. Her father worked as a church rector, and her aunt, who raised the Bronte children after their mother died, was deeply religious. Emily Bronte did not take to her aunt’s Christian fervor, the character of Joseph, a caricature of an evangelical, may have been inspired by her aunt’s religiosity. The Brontes lived in Haworth, a Yorkshire village in the midst of the moors. These wild, desolate expanses—later the setting of Wuthering Heights—made up the Brontes daily environment, and Emily lived among them her entire life. She died in 1848, at the age of thirty.

I like this book because it rest on the unforgettable characters. Wuthering Heights is based partly on the Gothic tradition, a style of literature that featured supernatural encounters, crumbling ruins, moonless nights, and grotesque imagery, seeking to create effects of mystery and fear. I would like to recommend this book to other readers.

Many people simply regard Pride and Prejudice as a love story, but in my opinion, this book is an illustration of the society at that time. She perfectly reflected the relation between money and marriage at her time and gave the people in her works vivid characters.

许多人认为这只是一个爱情故事傲慢与偏见，但在我看来，这本书是对当时社会的例证。她完美地体现了金钱与婚姻关系时，给她的时间在她的作品生动的人物形象的人。

The characters have their own personalities. Mrs. Bennet is a woman who makes great efforts to marry off her daughters. Mr. Bingley is a friendly young man, but his friend, Mr. Darcy, is a very proud man who seems to always feel superior. Even the five daughters in Bennet family are very different. Jane is simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others. Elizabeth is a clever girl who always has her own opinion. Mary likes reading classic books. (Actually she is a pedant.) Kitty doesn’t have her own opinion but likes to follow her sister, Lydia. Lydia is a girl who follows exotic things, handsome man, and is somehow a little profligate. When I read the book, I can always find the same personalities in the society now. That is why I think this book is indeed the representative of the society in Britain in the 18th century.

书中的人物有自己的个性。班纳特太太是一个女人谁使大力女儿嫁出去。彬格莱先生是位很友好的年轻人，但他的朋友，达西先生，是一个非常骄傲的人谁似乎总是感觉优越。即使是班纳特家的五个女儿有很大的不同。简是简单，天真，从不说别人的恶。伊丽莎白是一个聪明的女孩谁总是有她自己的意见。玛丽喜欢阅读古典书籍。 (其实她是一个学究。)小鹰没有她自己的意见，而是喜欢跟她的妹妹，莉迪亚。莉迪亚是一个女孩谁如下异国情调的东西，英俊的男子，并在某种程度上有点挥霍。当我读的书，我总能在社会上找到相同的人物了。这就是为什么我觉得这本书确实是在英国社会在18世纪的代表。

The family of gentleman in the countryside is Jane Austen’s favourite topic. But this little topic can reflect big problems. It concludes the stratum situation and economic relationships in Britain in her century. You can find these from the very beginning of this book.

The first sentence in this book is impressive. It reads: “It is a truth well known to all the world that an unmarried man in possession of a large fortune must be in need of a wife”. The undertone is very clear: the foundation of the marriage at that time is not emotion but possession.

People always think that Austen was an expert at telling love stories. In fact, the marriage in her book is not the result of love, but the result of economic needs. After reading this book, I know the truth is that a poor woman must be in need of a husband, a wealthy man.

I couldn’t forget how eager Mrs. Bennet wants to marry off her daughters. If you want to know why she is so crazy about these things, I must mention the situation in Britain at that time. Only the eldest son had the privilege of inheriting his father’s possessions. Younger sons and daughters who are used to luxurious lives have no choice but marry a man or woman in possession of a large fortune to continue their comfortable lives. Thus, we can see that getting married is a way to become wealthier, particularly for women without many possessions. Jane Austen told us that money and possession determined everything, including marriage and love in her century.

《西游记》讲了唐僧和孙悟空，猪八戒，沙和尚，去西天取真经的过程，由于里面的人物很多，所以虽然读完了，但是我有些记不清，里面只知道里面有很多怪物想吃唐僧肉。而孙悟空，那就是见鬼杀鬼，保护唐僧，他们遇上怪物总能化险为夷。

我最喜欢的一篇主要是讲了一个道士请他们喝茶。悟空看见自己的是红枣，道士的是黑枣，就没有喝，但是他看见八戒沙僧他们喝了，他们喝了之后直接晕倒了，悟空发火了，举棒就打，道士脱下衣服，露出一千只眼睛，每只眼睛都在发光。把孙悟空的眼睛给刺瞎了，但是孙悟空并没有放弃救师父，他找到了一个菩萨，那个菩萨帮他收服了这个道士。原来这个道士是一只蜈蚣精，难怪他有一千只眼睛，不过最终他们打败了妖怪，又往西天取经去了。

让我想到遇到困难并不可怕，一定要去想办法，办法总比困难多，一定会找到解决方法的。

寒假里，我读了四大名著之一——《西游记》。这本书讲述了唐僧、孙悟空、猪八戒和沙和尚师徒四人一起去西天拜佛求经的故事。一路上他们奋勇向前，用智慧和勇气克服了九九八十一难，并最终在西天灵山雷音寺取得真经。书中刻画了既善良又软弱无能的唐僧;既乐观聪明又勇敢顽皮的“美猴王”孙悟空;既可爱又世俗的猪八戒以及既忠厚又本分的沙和尚，他们的形象深深地印在我脑海之中。

在所有的故事之中，我最喜欢的是《平顶山收服金银角》。这个故事讲述了唐僧四人来到平顶山，猪八戒等人先后被金银角大王抓走。孙悟空心想金银角大王的实力和自己旗鼓相当，如果有紫金红葫芦、羊脂玉镜瓶、七星宝剑、芭蕉扇、幌金绳等几件宝物的助阵，他们的法术就会超过自己。于是，心生一计用假葫芦换了紫金红葫芦和羊脂玉镜瓶两样真宝贝，削弱金银角大王的战斗力。然后变成老母亲进洞和两个妖怪战斗，当自己被金银角发现收进葫芦时，便使用分身术，真身变成了一只飞虫趴在瓶口，想办法逃出葫芦。最后，孙悟空用计引金角大王和银角大王出来，大战一场，战胜妖怪，收回宝物，还给了太上老君。

合上书本，脑海中顿时浮现出一幕幕孙悟空在取经路上运用自己的智慧和依靠执着的坚持战胜诸多妖魔鬼怪的场景。我时时在想：要是孙悟空面对这些妖怪，一味只是蛮斗，而不避其锋芒，扬长避短，肯定会以失败告终;或者他找不到克敌制胜的方法就马上放弃，也不能保护唐僧去往西天最终取得真经。

学习上也类似：比如数学，遇到难题，一定要多尝试一些解题思路，解不出来不能死钻牛角尖，灵活的思维有时会豁然开朗;语文碰到比较难背的课文，首先不能放弃，同时也要结合自己对课文的理解，通过场景联想找到一种适合自己的记忆方法，往往就能事半功倍。

回想起自己学习过程中的点点滴滴，也是如此。

记得有一次，我做了一道求无重复数字的四位偶数有几个时，我尝试直接从四位偶数的个数着手。做了一会儿，发现做不下去了。我顿时没了思路，但我努力地继续想，仍百思不得其解。正在这时，我的救星出现了。妈妈看我抓耳挠腮的样子，微笑着提醒我：“如果四位偶数的个数很难求，是不是要换个角度思考，先求出四位数的个数，然后求出四位奇数的个数，那两个相减四位偶数的个数就能得出来了。”我按照妈妈的方法试了一下，果然很快地把正确答案算出来了。就像故事《平顶山收服金银角》告诉我们的道理一样：针对不同的问题采取不同的方法，有效的方法加上一份坚持，问题就会迎刃而解。

《西游记》故事写得精彩，同时又告诉我们很多道理。书中的每一个故事都深深吸引并启发着我!

今年寒假，重拾《西游记》，一幅幅精彩的画面又浮现在眼前，第一次看到西游记还是在电视上，那曲折的情节和唐僧师徒的离奇经历给我留下了深刻的印象。

本书作者罗贯中为读者雷讲述了唐僧以及三个徒弟一路历尽艰辛，经历了九九八十一难取经的故事。

故事中的孙悟空是男一号，在我的眼中他是一个了不起的英雄，他敢于斗争，有无穷的本领，无所畏惧，他敢与至高至尊的玉皇大帝斗争，敢与妖魔鬼怪斗争，敢与各种困难做斗争。孙悟空那正义在胆，不屈不挠的精神。

虽然取经路动不动就嚷嚷散伙，但一路上却十分团结，一直不离不弃。

在战争时期，红军战士们团结一志，他们要过大渡桥的时候，被人包围了，他们还是坚持着，又不放弃，他们背着木板，一块一块铺上去，他们下过可是水流啊，要是掉下去连尸首也不见了呀，两边都还有敌人。

在生活中，也有这样的人。停电了，停电可是一件困难的事，尤其是夏天，天气炎热，总有人会中暑，可是还有人坚持着，还有人在与干旱抗斗，还有清洁工人和建筑工人，清洁工人每天都在工作，不因为太热而不去了，他们在坚持着。

唐僧师徒四人西天取经，经历了众多的险难，我们的学习也一样，小学毕业升初中，初中毕业升高中，高中毕业考大学，正如西游记中的九九八十一难。

唐僧在故事中就是一个唠唠叨叨的人，没有孙悟空的本领、猪八戒的活络、沙僧的勤快、白龙马的速度，但他却有坚强的意志，不为财色所迷惑，不为死亡而屈服，正如我们的父母，不是伟大的、神通广大的，但却永远是为我们操心最多的。

九九八十一难，是如何的持执，不畏双难险，锲而不舍的精神，而我不禁惭愧自己当初为何不能像他们一样坚持。到底呢?这正是我缺少的，只要能把一件事从头做到尾，我想这也是一种成功。

它，是一部感人肺腑的长篇小说，在小仲马的笔下，主人公以分别写下了悲伤的结局。它，就是那部举世闻名的《茶花女》。

虽然经过了那么多的转折，有情人却没有终成眷属，天各一方，然而，玛格丽特是坚强的，因为她知道，只要她离开阿尔芒，他就会拥有一切，她没有为了自己而依然和他在一起，而是忍痛割爱，为了阿尔芒的幸福着想，心痛的离开了他，这种品质是我们没有的，虽说她是一个妓女，却有着如此高尚的品格，是多么叫人钦佩啊!

描写两件事，一是孙悟空被放进炼丹炉，炼出火眼金睛后再闹天宫，表现悟空的反叛精神。二是没逃出五指山，被压五行山下。暗示了孙悟空与佛有缘，为后文受菩萨点化，保唐僧取经埋下伏笔。

《西游记》中用孙悟空比喻人的心识(心猿)。人通过心识既能作恶，也能行善。人的本性则是真心佛性，只有通过弃恶行善的修持和领悟，才能降伏心猿，证悟真如佛性，故有第七回《八卦炉中逃大圣，五行山下定心猿》。西游记中糅合了儒释道的多种理念，比如西游记中孙悟空的师父菩提祖师居住的地方就是“灵台方寸山，斜月三星洞”，两句话其实也都是指的“心”。

The person who had said such moving words was a 17-year-old girl --- Bella, who was a high school student. After reading the whole novel, what impresses me most is not the mysterious vampires family, but the kindhearted and brave girl --- Bella. Bella was a 17-year-old girl who has experienced her parents’ divorce. In order not to be an obstacle to her mother’s happiness with her stepfather, Bella firmly chose to move into a new city --- Forks to live with her father. Even though she knew that what was waiting for her was the new and strange circumstance, Bella still decided to face all of them fearlessly, which makes me know that Bella is a really thoughtful and considerate girl.

As a matter of fact, Bella was just an ordinary human girl who would grow old as time went by and die one day, but Edward was an immortal vampire who had an exceptional and unique strength of reading people’s minds. Actually, some people may wonder why Edward would fall in love with such a delicate human girl, while others may hold a doubtful attitude towards their love story. However, to my mind, I strongly believe that Bella and Edward can lead a happy life. About one thing I am absolutely positive, they can lead a happy life and they needs to confront with various of hardships and setbacks. But why am I so positive about their love story? Let me have an analysis!

Bella is a kindhearted and independent girl who never goes with tide. She always sticks to her own way of doing everything. 我最喜欢《三打白骨精》这一个故事了。白骨精的阴谋诡计都被孙悟空看破了，觉得孙悟空的火眼金睛很厉害。可唐僧竟然以为孙悟空错打了好人，要赶孙悟空走。可如果不是孙悟空的话，唐僧都不知道已经死了多少次了，唐僧真是把孙悟空的好心当做了驴肝肺。真是狗咬吕洞宾，不识好人心。

因此孙悟空就被唐僧赶回了花果山，真是为孙悟空感到悲哀。好心好意帮唐僧除妖，还被赶出了师门，真是太委屈了。看到这里，我就觉得唐僧肉眼凡胎，根本不值得孙悟空这样保护，但孙悟空还是想一心一意的跟着唐僧。在唐僧危难的时候赶回来救唐僧，不会因为唐僧的误解而恨唐僧。

看到这里，我真的很佩服孙悟空的宽大胸襟。被人这么误会也还会原谅唐僧。我想，要是我，我应该不会再管唐僧的死活了，谁让他当初那么狠心的把我赶走呢？被妖怪害死也是死有余辜。跟我根本没关系。可是孙悟空却又回去救当初把他赶走的师父。我觉得我也应该学习孙悟空知恩图报的精神。不要因为一些挑拨离间的事而去轻易的恨一个人。

而唐僧也真是太固执了，根本不同孙悟空的解释。《西游记》这本书就是通过一些故事来启发我们一些事，这本书对我的帮助真的很大。

But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

This summer I’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. It’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the French author, Antoine de St-Exupery, The Little Prince.

As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. ―I‖, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word ―tame‖, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose.

At the anniversary day of his descent of the earth, rejecting the pilot’s advice, he goes back to his own planet by bite of a snake. ―It’s too far. I can not carry this body with me. It’s too heavy.‖ he said. He tells his friend, the pilot, he must be responsible for his rose, so he has to go back. At the end the author doesn’t tell us the ending directly. Maybe it’s more significant for us to imagine, and for more, think over.
