It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. 时间过的真快，走入教育岗位来到我们北曲河小学已有两个半月之久，期间进行了两次月考，还有这刚刚结束的期中考试。怀着很沉重的心情批完五年级的数学卷子，发呆好久，也思考好多，看着卷子都是课上经常强调的题型，为什么依然出错？真的很茫然。

也有同事在小白乡带五年级数学，为什么人家的成绩比我们好很多，30个学生的班级只有2个不及格，同校的也有及格率是100％的。我着急了，平时也在抓我们的学生，但是成绩却不尽如人意。好多次的问自己，是否付出了100％的努力，回答是否定的，刚开始来到这陌生的环境，心情好复杂，逐渐心情也逐安静下来。

细细琢磨我们的孩子，都很可爱，很亲，接下来只有尽自己最大的努力，让孩子们有个好的成绩，给家长们一个好的答卷。有几个学生的数学计算能力很差，尤其是整数的乘法和除法，简直是一塌糊涂，因为每一个题几乎都要涉及计算，所以这方面能力很差，也想过办法给学生补一下以前的知识，但是时间不允许。乔丽欣的计算能力就很差，其实其他的知识掌握的都很不错，下一步接下来的时间要抓住这几个学生的基础，利用边角时间多做题，多练习。

面对即将来临的家长开放日，心情也好沉重，如何向家长交代，面对每一位家长应该说什么，考虑好多。什么都是白说，把孩子们的成绩提高上去，才是硬道理。退一万步讲不为别人，也为自己的发展努力。努力的去生活，去工作，给别人瞧一瞧！

Today was the second day of our Hong Kong visit. I was very happy as

yesterday. But I felt tired a lot. I didn’t want to stay at guesthouse, so I

planted to go window-shopping with my parents in Times Square. There were many

Desire for No Examination

I have a lot of aspirations。 But what I desire most is to have no examinations。

We are always told that examinations aim to check what we have learned。 But I dont think so。 Examination is not the best way， especially in the primary school。 Examinations， composition examinations in particular， will bring students， teachers and parents a great deal of pressure。 To cope with the examination， some students just remember the model essays by rote。 It will do no good to the improvement of writing。

渴望不考试

我有很多愿望，但我最渴望的就是不要考试。

几场试下来，大家基本上都是愁眉苦脸的，有几个笑得比较大声，马上遭到白眼加鄙视。每场试后大家都在考场门口对答案，“第九题你算得多少？”“440。”“错了，昌昌说算得400。”“啊！怎么办。”“怕什么？才1分。”我们班有个稳居年级第一的天才昌昌，对答案的时候，他的答案就是标准。那天听到最多的词就是“ohyeah！”和“ohmygod！”对完答案，大家开始了咒怨，“哪个该死的出的题啊？太缺德了吧！”“你这就太冤枉他了，你应该骂哪个该死的发明的考试？太缺德了。”“话说是武则天推广的考试，虽然不是她发明的。”然后就是一群人异口同声地说“该死的武则天！”

今天星期天了，一场问分数狂潮，大多数同学都在打听老师的电话。
