在社区里，我们经常能看到大家拎着塑料袋，使用一次性的纸杯，在小餐馆里，大多数使用的都是一次性筷子，还有快餐盒等等。因此，社区领导针对此现象，展开了一次环保活动，由小区里居民自愿报名参与。

我们将使用一次性用品对我们人的身体和对社区的环境所产生的影响一一列举出来，然后打印出来。早上我们站在小区的不同入口，将传单分发给居民。假如他们有时间，我们会为他们一一做解答。傍晚，我们在社区的空旷处举办了一次活动，主要是让大家上去讲讲对一次性用品的认识，最后活动的领导对使用一次性用品的弊处进行总结，并告诉大家如何从自己的身边进行环保，呼吁大家不要使用一次性用品，一起保护环境，保护我们的地球。虽然这一天的时间活动让我觉得很累很辛苦，但我从中锻炼了自己，并且学到了很多课堂上学不到的东西。也通过这一天的实践，使我有了些关于保护环境的心得体会。

这次活动让我深刻的体会到，当今社会保护环境的重要性，和如今环境问题的严重程度超乎我们的想象，同时也明白“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。社会实践使我们找到了理论与实践的最佳结合点。也知道了保护环境光是口头上说是没用的要靠我们的实践行动来证明，通过实践活动才能更深刻的了解如今环境问题的严重性。

在我们亲自打扫社区街道卫生，分发环保传单时。发现虽然有些人对环保，对低碳并不陌生。可是他们在生活中却往往不知从何入手，因而并未采取什么切实的行动。甚至有些人，在我们上前宣传时，会远远的避开，一脸冷漠、事不关己高高挂起的样子。或许我们的环保意识的确有待加强，我们并不能再停留在口头上，而是加强实践，注重树立精神上的榜样。

以前，我家附近有一条清澈见底的小河，河里有许多小鱼，小虾。每当我在河边玩耍时，总能清楚地看到许多鱼虾在水草中快乐地嬉戏，多么自在。听爸爸妈妈说，每天黎明，邻居的大婶，阿姨就会来到河边洗衣洗菜，为新一天的生活做好准备。早晨和傍晚，霞光照射到河面，呈现出绚丽的七彩光芒，非常漂亮。偶尔从河面上吹来一阵微风，总是让人感觉无比清新，舒服极了。

但是，现在这一切都成了过去。那条小河边逐年建起了许多房子，办起了不少工厂，人们开始把生活垃圾直接倒入小河，工厂里产生的污水也直接排入小河。可怜的小河不堪重负，渐渐失去了生机。原本清澈的河水变混浊了，原来在河里玩耍的鱼虾失去踪影了，经过河边，人们闻到的是一阵阵臭气了。

我常常在想，现在我们生活条件提高了，但周边的环境为什么反而一天天地恶化呢？作为一名小学生，我们怎样才能保护我们的家园呢？通过这单元的综合性学习，我懂得了，保护环境要从小事做起，从我做起。只有每个人都齐心协力，齐抓共管，才能使明天的家园更加美丽。

我期待小河面貌焕然一新的那天能早日到来。

生活中不环保的现象像影子一样随处可见：纸袋、包装袋、纸屑……各式各样的垃圾被扔在马路上、草坪中、树梢上；树木上刻着一个又一个醒目的大字；小河中堆满了垃圾，变得脏、臭，使人无法靠近；大量的树木消失了，由“森”变成了“林”，由“林”变成了“树”，由“树”变成了木桩；空气越来越差，私家车在马路上已经无处不在……

这些不都是不文明、不环保造成的吗？为了使生活变得更好，为了让我们的未来更加美好，让我们努力做到以下几点：

一、不要乱丢垃圾，把垃圾进行分类，扔到垃圾桶。

二、节约用水。及时关掉水龙头，见到别人浪费水要进行劝导并阻止。

三、减少使用一次性生活用具的次数。

四、爱惜花草树木，不要在树木中乱涂乱画。

五、减少对木质用品的使用。

六、要多植树，让大树来净化我们城市的空气。

七、劝导自己周围的人少开私家车，选择低碳环保的方式出行。

八、不要浪费粮食。米粒虽小犹不易，莫把辛苦当儿戏。

九、节约用电。如果没了电，那么一到夜里，大家便会变成“盲人”。

让我们保护环境，打响环境保卫战，为了更好的未来而努力奋斗！

还我蓝天 古代诗人写天，“江天一色无纤尘”；近代作家写天，“蔚蓝色的天空，一尘不染，晶莹透明”。 可惜我们现在很少能见到这样美丽的“天”了。尤其在城市里或工业区，终日乌烟瘴气，阴霾笼罩，实在令人不快。面对这一切，你也许会情不自禁地慨叹：“新鲜、清爽、明净的大气呀，你到哪里去了呢？快给大气治“病”吧，还我蓝天红日！

我们确实有很多事情要做，最重要的是设法减少污染物的排放量。 烟尘主要是由煤炭、石油的不完燃烧产生的。改进燃烧方法，使燃料充分燃烧，就能大大减少烟尘的生成量。 尽量不烧散煤，发展煤的气化、液化，对含有很多灰和硫的燃料要水洗加工再用。对已生成的污染物要通过吸收、催化、吸附、冷凝等方法，回收、加工，化害为利，再利用。 即使是跑到大气中的污染物，也要设法减轻它们的危害。

我们要加强城市的绿化工作，栽种更多的花草树木，开辟更多的公园和林荫大道。 从制止全球变暖的角度看，控制温室气体特别是二氧化碳气体的增长，应该尽量使用天然气做燃料。

如能取消一家一户的小烟囱，集中供热或实行供电、供热的联合生产，就可以节省燃料和减少二氧化碳的排放量。 世界各国二次利用铝的数量如果在现有的基础上提高一倍，一年就可减少排入大气的污染物100万吨。 全世界有4亿多辆汽车，每年大约要排18。3亿吨二氧化碳。为了减少汽车的温室气体排放量，除了限制汽车的数量，节约燃料消耗、安装净化装置外，还要试用甲醇、乙醇等比较干净的燃料，发展公共交通工具和电动汽车。

最后，开发利用干净清洁的新能源是减轻大气污染的最根本的出路。如核能、太阳能、风能、生物质能、地热等能源干净清洁，储量丰富，大有发展前途。 臭氧层的破坏是一个全球性问题。联合国环境会议决定，1995年底将逐步停止生产破坏臭氧层的“罪魁祸首”含氯氟烃物质。

但是氯氟烃的寿命是50——1XX年，已经损耗放到大气中的1500万吨氯氟烃，至今只是一小部分对臭氧层发生了破坏作用，其余大部分还在行动，臭氧层仍然会继续遭到破坏，并到下一个世纪的头XX年达到高峰。至于要完全恢复到正常自然水平，那起码需要一个世纪的时间！ 大气污染是人类活动造成的，最后还得由人类自己来解决。只是时间不等人，我们最好从现在起就坚决行动，采取措施，净化大气，还我蓝天！
