雾霾有数百种大气化学颗粒物质组成。其中就包含：有机溶胶粒子、燃料和汽车废气等。它可以直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中，引起急性鼻炎和急性支气管炎。对于阻塞性肺气肿、支气管哮喘等患者，雾霾天气会使病情急性发作。如果长期处于这种环境，还会诱发癌。

它对心血管系统有影响。雾霾天气中污染物多，气压低，容易引起心血管系统的急性发作。比如雾大的时候，水汽含量高，如果人们在户外运动的话，会造成胸闷，血压升高等症状。

雾霾天气还会导致近地层紫外线减弱，传染性病菌滋生。由于日照减少，儿童紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收减少，引起婴儿佝偻病，生长减慢。还会直接影响到人们的心理健康，让人精神懒散、情绪低落等。难怪这几天心情会这么不舒畅。

看来，要消除雾霾，我们要减少废弃物的排放;减少扬尘的行动;尤其要做到少开汽车，多用公交出行的方式。为了更好的明天，让我们今天就开始环保行动吧，蓝天、碧水、绿色、清静需要我们自己创造的!

阳春三月，春暖花开。日前，不少国内游人赴日赏樱扑了个空，大面积的樱花盛开是一片绚丽的景象，既然日本的樱花还没开放，何不就在国内，就在自己身边寻找一抹绿色呢?本周六，商报社会实践营特别安排了植树节亲子活动，放下手机，与孩子一起欢乐地种树吧。春日的乐趣，童年的味道就在其中。

植树节，也是加强孩子环保意识的好时机。G20即将在下半年到来，一棵小树苗的成长，增添一抹自然，同时也寓意着希望。植树时，家长还可以跟孩子讲讲过去劳作的故事，讲讲一分耕耘一分收获的道理。

现场还会提供工具和树苗，有老师指导。植一棵樱花树，和孩子一起成长，几年后，这片樱花烂漫的地方或许会成为杭州一景。

Recently, we have made a survey of the people on physical training. Only 35 percent of the people surveyed have taken part in physical activities.

Over half of the people say they haven’t got enough time to take exercises. 34.9 percent of them complain they don’t have places where they can relax themselves and that there are not enough training facilities, while another 12.9 percent of the people feel that they live too far away from the training centers. Some of them even don’t know how to train.

For lack of physical training, many people are not in good health. People should realize the importance of it, and measures should be taken to provide people with training facilities.

最近,我们做了一个调查在体能训练的人。只有35%的受访者参加体育活动。

超过一半的人说他们没有足够的时间锻炼。34.9%的人抱怨他们没有地方可以放松自己,没有足够的训练设施,而另外12.9%的人认为他们生活从培训中心太远。他们中的一些人甚至不知道如何训练。

因为缺乏体育锻炼,许多人不健康状况良好。人们应该意识到它的重要性,并应采取措施为人们提供训练设施。
