The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. 在我们身边，随处可以看到这样的情景。比如，在大街上，总会看到有人随地吐痰，乱扔垃圾，使马路变得斑斑点点，严重影响了城市的市容；生活中，有很多人浪费水电，洗手不关水龙头，大白天不关灯，导致国家资源的浪费；公园里，有许多人乱摘花，践踏草地，严重地破坏了公园的美丽；农村里，有些想盖房子的人就恶意砍伐树木，使水土资源大量流失。在公共场所，有些人在墙上乱涂乱画，使原本整洁的墙变得肮脏不堪——

以上的种种现象正破坏着我们的生活环境，使我感到忧心重重。我作为一个小学生，应该从自身做起，从小事做起，让我们行动起来，一起保护这个绿色家园。

我的家乡在美丽的安徽芜湖。这里风景优美，物产丰富。

从前，我的家乡是一个幽静美丽的小山村，村里的小河清澈见底，在阳光的照耀下波光粼粼，小河四周绿草如茵，花儿姹紫嫣红，艳丽无比，天空湛蓝深远，空气清新甜润，树木郁郁葱葱，美丽极了!

现在的家乡，发生了翻天覆地的变化，小山村从原来高矮不一的房子变成了现在一排排拔地而起的高楼大厦;以前泥泞的土路，现在变成了宽阔的水泥路;以前的街上人烟稀少，现在我的家乡新建了商业步行街，那儿繁华热闹，商店里琳琅满目的商品让人看了眼花缭乱。这一切，使我的家乡焕然一新，繁华美丽。

可如今，唯一不足的是家乡的环境在一天天地遭到破坏和污染。因为我的家乡就在工业区附近，工业污染比较严重。工业污染不仅破坏了生物的生存环境，而且直接危害着我们人类的健康。工厂里排放出来“三废”，即废水、废气、废渣，严重地影响到了我们的环境。废水流到小河里，转眼间，小河的水变成了黑色，里面的鱼儿大部分都死了，浮在河面上，微风吹过，不时发出一阵阵难闻的气味。废气传到空气中，空气受到了严重的污染，人们再也呼吸不到清新甜润的空气了。废渣堆放到地上，使土壤严重地遭到破坏，如果在这些土壤里种植庄稼，那些庄稼必定很难成活。

我想，每个人都向往干净而又舒适的生活环境，为了使我们的家乡天更蓝，水更清，景色更美，让我们一起努力，共同来好好保护家乡的环境吧!

同学们你很讨厌垃圾吧！是，我也很讨厌垃圾。人们不讲卫生，吃完手中的小食品就乱扔包装，弄的满世界都是花花绿绿的垃圾。

傍晚我上花园散步，皎洁的月光为我照明，正在这时刮起了风，只见满天飞舞着塑料袋，而且还有一种难闻的气味。小草弯着腰，老树摇着头，仿佛在说：“帮帮我们，别叫人们乱扔垃圾污染环境了，在这样下去我们万物将死去”。

今天我听了草木的诉说，做了一个奇怪的梦。梦见了人们污染了环境，人们在病痛折磨中死去，花草树木都枯萎了，世界上的万物都在慢慢的化成灰烬。只有一种方法才能拯救地球拯救全人类，那就是人们必须团结起来组成一个个环境保护行动小组，从自身做起，从小事做起。经过人们共同努力，最终打败了病魔，保护了环境，又迎来了一个个美丽的日子。

虽然这是一个梦，但我从这个梦上得到了深刻的启示，人们应该保护环境，哪怕仅仅只有一个小食品盒，一只小塑料袋，一张小纸片，也会给环境造成危害，危害环境其实就是在危害我们的生存家园，如果家园都没有了，那么我们人类又怎能生存下去呢？

我们一致行动起来：保护环境、保护我们赖以生存的地球。
