晚上睡觉时，我把知了放在了纱窗上。

“放暑假了！放暑假了！”我高兴地欢呼着，跳跃着，为正式开启的暑假模式而兴奋着。

不过呢，在兴奋之余，我对这个暑假又充满了不少忧虑。因为，往年一放暑假，重庆就艳阳高照，烈日炎炎。每天一大早，那白花花的太阳公公就高高地悬挂在天空上，整个重庆城既像一座热气腾腾的大蒸笼，又像一个熊熊燃烧着的大火炉，热得让我们难以忍受，烤得让我们心烦意躁。

可是今年，一进入暑假，让我意想不到的是，重庆的七月居然变得格外温柔，格外凉爽，格外舒适，格外美好……

每天清晨，当我刚一睁开惺忪的睡眼时，一阵阵凉风就扑面而来，抚摸着我的肌肤，让我感到快乐不已。抬头看看窗外的天空，老天爷的脸阴沉沉的，偌大的天空中竟然连一丝云朵也没有。往年七月横行霸道的太阳公公呢，现在也不知道逃到哪里去了？难道它休假了？难道它飞到“爪哇国”去旅游啦？

哇，今年暑假的七月太爽了。在这凉意连连的夏日里，我开始了一天繁忙的学习与锻炼生活。

May Day is the International Labor Day. I have a short holiday from April 29 to May 1. My parents planned to travel to Sanya, but it was too hot to visit there. Therefore, we just canceled the plan but stayed at home. On the first day morning, I went out with my friends and played basketball. 有一天，我带着爷爷亲手做的鱼杆到鱼塘去钓鱼。但我想起了我不会钓鱼，可是我想起了爷爷曾经教育过我，做任何事都不能够轻意放弃，还没有试就说不行，只是一种愚蠢的做法。所以，我就十分有信心的钓起来。首先，我在鱼钩上放了一些蚯蚓；然后，我就把鱼线扔下水去；最后，我就蹲在草地上专心致致地等待着鱼来上钩。终于，那块浮上来的泡沫向下沉了。我立刻把鱼杆向上拉，结果，鱼从鱼钩里甩了一下尾巴，就跳到了水里。鱼钩从那边飞过来刺在我的脚上，鲜血从脚里流了出来。大伙都劝我休息一下，别跑了。但我有上进心，我要做得更好，我就连包扎也没有，就蹲下业继续钓，鲜血染红了不我的脚，我依然不在乎。

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

啊！暑假过得可真快呀，一转眼间，六十天就过去了。在这个暑假里，我不但学会了许许多多新的知识，还学会了一项本领――做饭。

我记得那是七月下旬的一天。那天早上11点钟左右，我正在做作业，突然妈妈打电话说：“我今天单位上有事，要晚点儿回来，你先做作业，等我回来了再做饭给你吃。”说完，便挂断了电话。我想：妈妈每天上班都这么辛苦，下班了还要做饭，我不如借这次机会试试自己做饭的手艺如何。

说干就干，我先淘米，淘好后就将米倒入电饭煲中，然后一小杯一小杯地往电饭煲中倒水，倒到二指头的深度就停了下来，然后把电饭煲接通电源，把跳闸按到煮饭上面，接着就只等饭熟了。接下来就该炒菜了，我先打开冰箱看了看，在脑中列出了一道菜单：炒青菜、西红柿蛋汤……首先，我把小白菜的叶子一片一片地剥下来，泡在水里洗干净；然后把锅架在灶上，待锅烧热后，将油倒入锅中，再将小白菜倒入锅中，并用锅铲来回翻动，不一会儿小白菜就炒熟了，再倒一点儿味精和盐进去；最后把小白菜用盘子盛起来。接着，我又做了西红柿蛋汤和辣椒炒肉。妈妈回来后，看到那满桌香喷喷的饭菜高兴极了，还不停地夸我做得好，那顿饭我吃得十分高兴，因为这顿饭是我用自己的劳动果实换来的。
