一早，我们就被工作人员从美梦中拖了出来，洗漱完毕后，便来到食堂吃早餐，这里的早餐很丰富，有：热牛奶、各种水果、香肠、果汁、蛋挞……吃完早餐，生活老师便让我们回房换潜水服，换完在泳池集合。

衣服换完了，我跟着生活老师来到了游泳池，先分组，正好，每组都是四个人。之后，就是找到各组的教练，开始学习潜水的技能。因为昨晚已经上过一堂课了，所以我们对潜水已经有了一些了解。教练也就不再多说，教会我们如何穿戴、组装和拆卸潜水装备后，就带着我们在浅水区练习。今天，是第一天下水，所以我们不需要拿着那些厚重的装备到深水区去，只需穿上蛙鞋，戴上面镜，咬住呼吸管，学习怎样浮起来和在水里怎样游动，教练还特意强调，潜水和游泳是不同的，不能用游泳姿势来潜水。我们似懂非懂的点点头，连声答应着。今天太阳大，蚊子多，我穿戴好今天需要用的装备后，便下水去躲蚊子了。只是站在水里，并没有全身都浸泡在水中。教练先让我们扶着岸，腿伸直，咬上呼吸管，练习在水中呼吸。水下呼吸练好之后，便开始学习在水中游动。潜水是靠打蛙鞋来驱动身体，和游泳有几分相似，也是靠腿的力量带动脚来上下摆动，可和游泳不同的是，潜水只靠腿的力量，不需要动手。

第三天：

第四天：

The longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the

school year for me. I cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my

vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. The events in my plan should give

me a sense of infinite potential.

The following plan may reveal the intensity of my desire to travel, work

and study in this vacation. In the first few days I want to climb Mount Hua Shan

with several friends to refresh ourselves. Then I tend to visit relatives,

senior school teachers and former classmates(老同学). Besides, to find out the best

ways to cultivate my abilities, I will find a part time job and conduct some

social investigation.

In short, I want to do interesting things in the summer vacation. Whatever

I do, the goal is the same: to get necessary experience, acquire knowledge and

broaden my horizons. Though the six week vacation will pass away at lightning

speed, its influence is bound to last long.

I was born on March 18。 My family is neither very rich nor very poor。 My parents are peasants。 They work hard to support the family。 They encourage me to study well。 My childhood was happy。

I like learning。 I like music and sports， too。 I can run very fast and am the fastest runner in my class。 I am good at English， Physics and Math。

I want to be a scientist。 Scientists have made recorders， TV sets， and so on。 They have also invented the computer。 All these make our life rich， interesting and easy。

今天真是有趣的一天。除了我和小弟，凡凡家还来了：章李李、马英凯、黄承熙、雷烁勋、还有两个我不认识的小朋友。真是同学聚会了。我们先玩了马英凯带来的科学实验，男孩们先把“雪”做出来，然后女孩们染色，用的是色素。我用红色的色素滴了几滴，就很像有人流血了，血滴在雪上的样子。再后来，我把色素滴太多了，整个就成了红色的雪了。玩好这个，我让小弟学我讲话，口齿不清的他让大家哄堂大笑。

很快凡凡妈妈就叫我们吃饭了。我们几个很快就把12个鸡翅吃光了。我们还吃了生日蛋糕，唱了生日歌。凡凡许了个只有她自己知道的小心愿，大家帮她吹灭了蜡烛。天黑以后，我们去楼下放烟花，我躲在马英凯身后玩，烟花虽然有点危险，但是真漂亮。

快乐的时光总是那么短，一转眼就到回家的时候了。我依依不舍地向凡凡和其他同学道别。有机会还要一起玩!

我今年的暑假生活很丰富。暑假里，我的电子琴考到了六级、跆拳道考到了绿带、我第二次去了世博会，去了庆元，去了安吉漂流，还有妈妈带领着我骑自行车去了太湖，在太湖边看日落，看蓝天，看白云，领略太湖的美丽;今年暑假，我还参加了浙江大学的社会实践和小记者夏令营，我和浙江大学的大学生哥哥姐姐一起参观食品工厂，和湖州晚报小记者一起走进三生农庄;暑假里我还看世界杯和快乐男生，为我喜欢的球队和歌手加油;暑假里，我还学了奥数和新概念外语，看了很多课外书;暑假里，我还学会了自己做饭吃。一个暑假下来，收获很大。

电子琴

我是在二年级的寒假开时学电子琴的，学了三年，在每年的暑假考级。前年考二级，去年考四级，今年考六级，我的进步是显而易见的。但从四级升到六级，是有一定难度的，所以我在暑假里化了很多时间去练习。考级是通过了，但我觉得我考得并不理想。我也产生了一个信念，我以后要化更多的时间去练习，特别是手型要到位。希望我下次考级时，取得更优异的成绩，还能拿到我梦寐以求的优秀证书。

跆拳道

我练习跆拳道，一开始是为了强身健体和防身的，可通过两年的练习，发现学习跆拳道还能锻炼人的意志。暑假集训时，我被邀请参加了跆拳道优秀学员的表彰大会，看了教练和我们跆拳道学员的精彩表演，明白了台上一分钟，台下十年功的道理。在跆拳道晋级之前。教练发现我的动作不够标准，罚我做100多个深蹲，累得我两腿发软，浑身酸痛，腿都痛得抬不起来，可是为了我两个月的集训不白费，我还是咬紧牙关，忍着疼痛参加晋级考试。在考场上，我击破教练手中的木板，当全场响起掌声时，我心里一阵轻松，我终于战胜了自己。当教练宣布我胜利晋级时，我突然明白了持之以恒是多么的重要。现在，我决定要一直坚持，不能再和以前一样，三天打鱼两天晒网，而要坚持常年练习，光靠假期里的集训是远远不够够的，所以我接下来会利用每一个星期六、星期天继续练习跆拳道，向更高的级别冲刺。

又去世博会

世博会这个词可能是这个暑假最热的话题。暑假里，我也热了一把，有机会再去了一次世博会。第一次，我是作为湖州晚报的世博小记者去的，这次是我作为全家的世博导游，带着爸爸妈妈去世博会。走进熟悉的世博园，仿佛又找回了小记者逛世博的感觉。虽然已经去过一次，但对世博园还是充满了新鲜和期待。这次我们去了太空馆、国家电网馆和白俄罗斯和捷克馆。在国家电网馆的魔盒里，感受到了电的神奇和魔力;太空馆里，我看到了宇宙，看到了未来太空的建筑，还知道了很多太空知识;在白俄罗斯馆和捷克馆，我领略到了欧洲风情，知道了不同的国家和不同民族，就会有不同的文化和不同的历史，通过世博会，我了解了全世界，了解了更多的文化和知识。

光阴似箭，两个月的快乐暑假马上就要结束了，迎接我们的是新的学期新的开始。希望我在新的学期里，有更大的进步。

夏天到了，烈日炎炎，太阳就像一个大火球挂在天上。

我和妈妈还有奶奶一起去菜地，穿过一条弯弯曲曲小路，不一会儿就到了。菜地旁边长满了绿油油的青草，那用竹竿堆起来的架子上，豆子爬得好高好高，有的己经结出了小豆角，秋天就可以吃了。再看看躲在叶子下的西红柿，好像在跟我玩捉迷藏，“一个、两个、三个……”我认真的数着。

地里的大黄瓜成熟了吗?我好奇地走来走去。突然，我脚下踩到了一个硬东西，翻出来一看，原来是一条大黄瓜!真是意外收获呀!当然，除了黄瓜，还有茄子正躺在角落里睡大觉呢!

妈妈说：“菲菲，该回家了，今天吃香肠炖黄瓜。”带着今天的意外收获，我恋恋不舍地离开了菜地!

Today was the vacation last day, I reorganized own went to school with the thing in the home, this vacation might be really quick, made me extremely not to give up, tomorrow also will be the new semester.

我的暑假呀，去家里旅了游，不信，就来看看吧!

第一站：作业山。

在一个风和日丽的早晨，家里安安静静，只有爸爸的呼噜声和我“唰唰唰”的笔声。为什么呢?因为先苦后甜，只有这样，先写完作业，之后才可以开开心心，快快乐乐的玩耍。

第二站：电子国。

“啦啦啦，啦啦啦，作业终于写完了，不用天明就起床……”作业山终于被我移走了，浮现在眼前的是电子国。我打开了电脑，找出了《爱情公寓》大电影，看了起来。然后，我又与游戏大战了三百回合，玩的不亦乐乎。

终点站：家务河。

天天在家玩游戏也不太像个事儿，所以我就和妈妈一起打扫卫生。我和扫把先生在地面上扫来扫去，地面干干净净，和拖把小姐在一块拖地，地面像镜子一样，用抹布奶奶擦桌子，桌子白白的，再用铁丝网哥哥和洗洁精妹妹洗碗，碗开开心心……看着干净整洁的家，我开心地笑了。

暑假结束了，我的旅游也到此为止，希望下一个假期，我的旅游一定要更加的开心，快乐，充足!

这就是我的暑假，一个让我难忘的暑假。
