汗水浸湿了他们的衣领，浸湿了口罩，坚毅的脸庞被炽热的空气烤得通红，渗出豆大的汗珠。每走近一步，就是一个不同的世界。

我有幸来到中天钢铁来见识一下钢铁是怎样炼成的。我在工作人员的带领下带好了口罩与安全帽，来到了冶炼区。那是一个截然不同的世界，仿佛我们从哈尔滨穿越到了夏威夷。骤然升高的温度让我有些不适应，但很快，我的注意力就被完全吸引了。

那是一个巨大的球形容器，在翻滚着，容器口里就是滚烫的铁水，周围全是钢结构的铁架，灰暗的色调与耀眼的铁水形成强烈的对比。好奇的注视了一会儿便不得不把视线挪开，就像是一个太阳，散发着光与热，让人难以直视。就这么短短的几秒，眼睛已有些烧坏的感觉，看向别处都是一片紫红的光影，好一会儿才缓了过来。不时有钢绳吊着巨大的不同形状的容器朝里面倾倒着什么，四溅的火星像是烟花一般绚丽，

旋即黯淡下来，在地上留下滚烫的铁渣。隔着20米都能感受到传来的热量。呼出的气比吸进的更加炽热。每走近一步，温度便可察觉地提升着，操作人员推着一个齐人高的不知名的机器，缓缓靠近着这个太阳一般的容器，等到离它只有几步的距离时，这才缓缓停下，在机器上摆弄着什么。他穿着厚厚的工作防护服，带着头盔，口罩与墨镜。虽然看不太清他在做什么，但距离如此之近，实在难以想象他承受着多么严酷的高温。也许衣服已被汗水湿透，也许，湿透的衣服已被高温烤干。

又有一名员工，他走近容器，徒手将一根棍状物伸进去，据说是在探测温度。我不知道是什么支撑着他们在如此艰苦的环境下日复一日的工作，一旁的父亲已经有些头晕了，温度实在太高。

来到另一片区域，几个巨大的桶状容器里正冒出蓝色的火焰，绚丽的颜色与超高的温度，美的让人心惊胆战。听介绍，这是燃气火焰在给容器加温，否则贸然接触上千度的铁水会发生爆炸。稍微靠近一些，便感觉整个人在一个巨大的烤箱里，水分已经全部蒸发掉了。在这后面，是冷床，用来给成品降温。看着那一根根火红的钢条逐渐冷却，拥有了金属的光泽，像员工的眼神，坚毅而深邃。

每一种行业都有它自己独特的文化，正如这里员工钢铁一般坚强的意志，钢铁一般永不弯折的脊梁，支撑起整个家庭和社会。

Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 其中我最喜欢的职业体验有：寻宝，警察和野战。当我穿着警察的衣服抓住小偷的时候，心里好高兴呀!等我长大了我好想当一名真正的警察呀!我还在急诊室学到了很多知识呢!比如人体有206块骨骼，当有人受伤骨折了该怎样去帮他包扎的简单方法。

在职业体验馆里，我也体会到了爸爸妈妈工作的辛苦。直到现在我还想再去体验呢!

都说学生是“开学盼放假，放假盼开学”没错，这个暑假很无聊，整天不是写作业看书，就是看电视上网，闷得慌。一天下来，除了打羽毛球，没有让我快乐的事。

妈妈看我这样，就让我去学二胡，还说是为了让我早起，不要睡懒觉。学就学吧，反正闲的没事做。于是就去了家附近的二胡班。

天天6点多就起来，开始有点困，后来就习惯了。

女老师天天教歌曲，开始对音乐不感兴趣的我，这才发现音乐如此有魅力，而且奏的越好，心情就越好，可以更好地忘记糟糕的事。

课间，大家就聊天，有时老师和我们一起聊天，有一次她给我们讲二胡“二胡始于唐朝，已有一千多年的历史。它最早发源于我国古代北部地区的一个少数民族……”大家听得津津有味。

以前小学四年级学过，后来太忙，而且并不感兴趣，就撂下了，现在重新拾起，才发现快乐。老师教的《喜洋洋》《金蛇狂舞》《军港之夜》等，都是动听的歌曲，每次都努力地拉着二胡。笑，就成了我的经典动作。

无聊的暑假变成了快乐的暑假，真好。

终于放了暑假，今天，爸爸要开车带我和姐姐到兰岗采摘西瓜。

我们上了车，路旁的柳树随风摇摆，马上就到了西瓜采摘园。爸爸带领我和姐姐，来到了第一个大棚。这里长满了又大又圆的西瓜。姐姐先摘了一个西瓜，西瓜有点小，切开一看还没有成熟，西瓜瓤是白色的，籽也是白色的。我和姐姐连连叹气。这时，爸爸也摘了一个西瓜，这个西瓜又大又圆，爸爸使劲儿一拍，西瓜一下子就炸开了，里面的果肉红红的，还流出了鲜红的西瓜汁。我和姐姐都流出了口水。于是爸爸把西瓜切下两块，分给我和姐姐。我马上咬了一口，哇，太好吃了！

突然，天空下起了雨，爸爸只好带领我们到了另一个西瓜大棚。我和姐姐走着走着鞋上就沾满了大泥巴。这里没有水，我们只好用雨水冲脚。我俩站到了水坑里，用脚互相泼水，不一会儿就满身都是泥汤了，真是越洗越脏。最后，我把爸爸叫了过来，我们就回到了家。

今天太好玩儿了，我下次还想和爸爸、姐姐一起来这玩。

“妈妈，放假啦”就当我兴奋地跟妈妈说，原来妈妈早已准备了我最喜欢的饭菜等着我了。谈到放假，我是激动啊，一个劲的跟妈妈说个不停。

前奏˙游泳

放假的第二天，天气热得很，到处都是一片火辣辣的。我躲在家里不敢出门，生怕一出门便被烤焦了，只好看着电脑上那密密麻麻的字：重庆一冷笑话：某人在重庆大街上摔了个四脚朝天，结果送到医院便被订为三级烫伤。听着这一个个惊人的消息我是害怕极了，哪怕只是一个冷笑话。终于等到中午了，太阳依旧是那般高挂在空中，仿佛还更热了一些，妈妈回来了：“女儿啊，我们今晚去游泳吧，看这天气越来越反常，怕是环境的影响，空气质量也不好..等妈妈晚上带你去游泳，解一下暑。”还没等妈妈说完，我又是一番激动啊，心中的那股热感早已散去。“太好了，我早就想去游泳啦."焦急的等待着时间的消逝，怎么时间过得那么慢啊，我不禁抱怨起来。终于，终于，在妈妈的带领下，我来到了一个游泳池旁，泳池很大，不过人却不多，也许因为是晚上吧，我二话不说，换上泳衣跳了下去，心间仿佛涌上了一股清泉，一股凉劲。但，我却忘记了自己不会游泳，跳下去后才深深的后悔了，但一进猛喝了几大口的水，才呛个半死。不过还妈妈的教导下，我也很快就学会了游泳，虽姿势上不是很优雅，但也算是会游泳了。兴奋的在泳池环绕了几圈，却也不感觉到累，那时感到很很幸福。

今年的暑假，让我想起了去年的暑假，那时，和我的小学同我一起玩的日子。好好想念，现在已经初中了，往日那些纯真的笑容消失了，只留下现在那些所谓的朋友。只留下回忆。暑假?一个值得我回味，回忆，留恋的假期。假期快要结束了，能做的也已经做了……加油……幸福的把握就是现在。

我的幸福就是做最好的自己。暑假就是我的代名词，就像一首歌，总会有高潮的时候。幸福不需要刻意追求，因为幸福就在我身边。

“艳鑫，六点啦，快起床吃饭!”这是一句每天早上我必听到的话语，竟然激起了我的万般思绪。

唉，厌倦了每天的早起早睡，偶尔想寻求一个晚起晚睡、无忧无虑的宁夏。厌倦了每天的课上课下，偶尔想探寻一个心目中舒适的假期。

假期中我可以任意地阅读我所喜爱的书籍，而不再去对那些枯燥的问题冥思苦想。假期里我可以去实现自己的一些小小的心愿，而不再受到老师那不停地驱使。

在对于假期生活的美好憧憬之中，我终于“迎来”了心目中的假期。早上七点半，我懒懒地从床上爬起，三下五除二地便穿好了衣服，再洗脸刷牙，叠好被褥，再慢吞吞地走进厨房，享受着自己最爱吃的美餐，而且还不必受到时间的限制，可以尽情地享用。

一顿饱餐之后，我便进入了卧室，或者是贪婪地看书，或者是是无忧无虑地看着电视，偶尔也收拾一下那几本暑假作业，毕竟时间很充实，可以合理发进行安排，而不必着急忙着做完。

还有的时候我也会回味一下所学过的课程，暑假期间如此漫长，也不能光顾着贪玩而忘记了学习啊!

接近下午的时候，我又去找朋友玩，下棋，打球，做游戏等。大家都你追我赶，尽情地享受着暑假带来的居心叵测。由于天气火热，没玩一会儿我们就玩累了，回到家里打开风扇，那凉爽的风吹到全身，又舒服，又惬意。之后，我们又讨论起暑假作业来，相互指点着共同完成。傍晚，在父母从地里辛苦到来之前，我还要备好饭菜，等待父母到来之后一家人一起闲聊着吃饭也是很有意思的事情。吃过晚饭后，我便跟全家人一起看电视节目，直到困倦了，才进入那甜蜜的梦乡……

“怎么还没有起来啊?快耽误了!快起来!”我被母亲唤醒了，看到眼前的一切，好像刚从另一个世界里回来一样，便抓紧起床吃饭。

我心中明白，要想有一个安逸的假期，首先要好好学习，只有成绩好，在假期中才会过得踏实。

想到这里，我不由加快了脚步——期待假期快些到来吧!

暑假生活丰富多彩，有滋有味，令人回味无穷。今年暑假爸爸带我妈，姨妈，表弟和我去了郑州和青岛。

我们先来到了郑州。第二天爸爸带我们去了郑州欢乐园。买好了票我们来到里面，哇！里面好玩的可真多呀！有过山车，有摩天轮，有天旋地转，还有许多我说不出名字的玩意儿......

我和表弟先玩了天旋地转。我们紧抓保护栏。开始启动了，只见这个一会儿把我们好像要甩到地面，一会儿又好像要把我们抛到九霄云外。我心里既紧张有好奇。转了几分钟终于停下来了。我晕晕乎乎的下来都分不清东南西北了。

稳定好了情绪，我看见远处有一个大的盘，不禁好奇的问爸爸："那是什么呀？"爸爸说："那是摩天轮，坐到顶端还可以看到真个郑州市呢！"我又好奇的问："怎么上去呢？"爸爸笑眯眯的说："你没看到它是在转动吗？"我仔细一看，哟！还真的呢。我迫不及待的直奔摩天轮。坐摩天轮的人还真不少，好不容易排到了我们。原来是在转盘的四周吊了许多球形的棚子。我们几个人坐到里面。管理员把门锁好。之见摩天轮在缓缓上升，我们身边的高楼变矮了，人变小了。不一会儿到了顶端，我们眺望了整个郑州。接下来我们还玩了很多......

第三天，我们去了青岛。休息了一晚上，第四天，我们去了海滩，看到了碧蓝的大海。向远处望去，水天一色，让人心旷神怡。我们还下海坐了游艇。

第五天我们一行人高高兴兴的回家了。

岁月如梭，不经意间，暑假已经悄然从我们指间溜过去了一半。在这一个月中，我们享受了暑假中的那种快乐。在这篇日记中，我就来跟大家分享一件开心的事。

暑假刚开始的时候，妈妈给我报了一个游泳培训班。还未去培训的时候，我总是自己在思考着，游泳的时候，姿势是怎样的？我一次性可以游多久呢？我大概要多久才会学会？

可是，我在游泳的时候，在游泳的第一课——憋气上就遇到了困难。

第一次去游泳池的时候，我好奇地打量着游泳池，虽然我偶尔在电视上见过游泳池。但是这是我第一次看见并且要到游泳池里。我感觉到无比的新奇。

第一堂课，教练教我们在水中憋气以及漂浮在水面上。首先教练教我们憋气。他给我们做了一遍憋气的过程。就让我们做一遍学习一下。我在憋气的时候很紧张，吸气的动作做了好几遍才下到水里去。两条腿也因为紧张而微微抖起来。也许是因为我太紧张了，手抓着泳池的边抓得很紧，一不小心有鼻子吸了一口气，结果嘴巴触电般的张开了，害我喝了一大口水。我起来的时候就想：游泳太可怕了，光是憋气就把我整得这么惨。那以后泳姿什么岂不是要把我折磨的生不如死？教练发现了我的情况，就明确地对我说：“你太紧张了。两条腿并拢，要放松。身体就会自然而然的浮起来了。还有，上来的时候要用嘴巴吸气，不能用鼻子。你再做一遍。”我听了老师的意见后，再做了一遍，我照样先吸了好几口气，然后猛地把头往水里闷，这一次我在水中慢慢的调整自己，两条腿慢慢并拢手伸直，再把身体放松下来。这次居然成功了，我很高兴。但是我在要把嘴巴张开吸气的时候嘴巴张开过早，结果又喝了一口水。这次我虽然还是失败了，但要比上一次好很多。于是我就自己继续多练习几遍。果然，世上无难事只怕有心人，不到一会，我已经学会憋气了。教练见我这么快就学会了憋气就先表扬了我一番，接着便先教我下一个内容。

一堂课下来。我不仅学会了这一堂课的东西，还稍微学了一点下节课的东西。可以说是收益颇大呀。

就这样照着这股劲头学习，半个月内，我已经差不多可以一次性游完15米了。

现在我也算得上是一名会游泳的人了。通过这一次的学游泳的的过程，我学到了一个道理：坚持就是胜利

我想以后我还是可以在用到这个道理的。毕竟我们还有很多的事不会，以后肯定还会有比学游泳更艰难的事，这时候我们就要拿出一种坚持到底的势头。

这个暑假给我的启示很多，绝对不止这一个。但它是我在这个暑假中得到的最重要的启示。

今天我们一家去同里渡假，那里有妈妈公司的酒店。早上吃过早饭，我们就开车来到了同里。先去了同里湖大酒店，房间很大，还能看到外面的淀山湖。我很喜欢。稍微休息了一会以后，我就换上泳衣去游泳了。那边的泳池很好玩，还有很多冲浪的地方。我躺在里面，水波一阵一阵的冲过来，我的身体一会浮起来，一会沉下去。还有一个水上滑梯，我跑上滑下，玩得好开心啊。游完泳，我又去健身房锻炼了一下，举了举哑铃。妈妈说我这个暑假长得太胖了。要我减肥。好吧。其实我觉得胖胖的挺英俊的，就象我爸爸一样。

晚上我们吃了日式铁板烧。有一个带着厨师帽的阿姨在帮我们在铁板上烧烤我爱吃的东西。其中我最爱吃的是烤黄鱼。我一个人吃了2条。又吃撑着了。吃完晚饭在酒店的花园散步，还看到有人在湖边捉小螃蟹，还带着头灯。我站在旁边看着。很新奇。

第二天，我们去了同里古镇。包了条小船，在小河里荡着。还看到了鸬鹚抓鱼的表演。真得和语文书上写的一样呢：“湖面的一只小船上，渔人坐在船尾，悠然地吸着烟，灰黑色的鸬鹚站在船舷上，好像列队的士兵在等待命令。渔人忽然站起来，拿竹篙向船舷上一抹，这些水鸟都扑扑地钻进水里去了。湖面上荡起一圈圈粼粼的波纹，无数浪花在夕阳的柔光中跳跃。一只鸬鹚钻出水面，拍着翅膀跳上渔船，喉囊鼓鼓的。渔人一把抓住它的脖子，把吞进它喉囊的鱼挤了出来，又把它甩进水里。”我也看到了这个场景。使得我对这篇课文有了深刻的了解。我还给爸爸妈妈背诵了这篇课文呢。连划船的阿姨都夸奖我呢。

这真是一个开心的假期啊!

今年暑假，我参加了培训中心组织的比赛。你可能会问，比赛有什么快乐的呀？别急，接着往下看。

比赛前一天晚上，我激动地睡不着觉。明天会不会有“高手现世”？我一共报了四个项目，分别是：象棋、五子棋、百科知识竞赛和成语接龙。真令人期待啊！

比赛的时候终于到了。我紧张地走进了比赛教室。第一场比象棋，比赛已经开始了。因为还没轮到，许多选手就坐在旁边等待。等待的时候多闷啊，可我周围的人一点都不闷。有的睡觉，有的看漫画，还有的玩手机。不过这都不算什么，最强的是——玩平板电脑！！这真是“天外有天，人外有人”啊！

轮到我上场了。我紧张地走向了棋局。对手年龄不大，我们“商讨”了先后手后，就开始了比赛。我先走，我选择了最有攻击性的中炮局，本以为他会上马防守，结果他却诡异地进了一步兵，这是什么情况？于是我放弃了之前的防守准备，转为了“全攻性阵形”。我努力地攻击着，他也努力地走着诡异的招数。终于，在我走完第六着时，局面已成“绝杀”之势。当我正以为他会反应过来自救时，他却找空吃了我的车，并一脸看不起地对我说：“这么大还白丢一个车，真差劲！”话是这么说，可……我要赢了啊！可他还是不屑地说：“赢了算什么？”天哪，这位大哥一定是昨晚练疯了，赢棋……算什么？我就这样轻松地拿下了第一局。

接下来的第二、第三局都较为轻松地拿下了。在第四局时，我也像晕了似地接连丢子，不过后来又追了回来。最坑的是，有整整两次的绝杀机会都被我错过了！但我依然有优势，并走出了抽杀之局。下面的事情令我倍感奇葩：本应弃小保大的形势，被走成了——赢小损大。就这样，我步入了十二强。

进了十二强，我遇见了真正的高手，步步相扣，条理紧密。我费尽全力，才在不占优势的情况下言和收棋。第二局，我实在没有精神，之前发生在别人身上的事也降临在我的身上：我被八步成杀，输掉了这局。

和对手“大侠”似的握握手，我就去参加了五子棋。去了那里，老师却说过了点。唉，没办法，只好退赛了。

下午，我参加了百科知识竞赛。题目可真是难，我半猜半做地完成了试题。可就这样，我还进了前三强。这是怎么回事呢？不管了，等着明天的比赛吧。

第二天，我参加了的最后一项比赛——成语接龙。我刚一到，比赛就开始了。老师报下成语，同学们立马开动脑筋，接下老师的成语。随着一轮轮的比赛，给予的思考时间也越来越少。于是，我和身边的同学组成“联盟。我们互相提醒，尽量让下人人接得简单。可就这样，我们还是集体败在了以“阔”字开头的成语上。没办法，为了利用时间，我凑巧似地参加了同时间的朗诵比赛。没想到，我还变成了匹“黑马”，在比赛过程中过关斩将，进入了五强！

这几场比赛，让我获得了丰厚的奖励：一支笔、两个鼠标垫、还有两百元的代金券！更让我明白了一个道理：有时候，许多事情都不会按你的想法来，反而是“有心栽花花不开，无心插柳柳成荫。”

我们在深圳一共玩了5天，令我印象最深刻的还是去南澳岛的金沙湾海边游玩。8月2日清晨，舅舅开着小车带着我们，一路上，经过深圳市海拔最高的山——梧桐山，还经过了有很多漂亮别墅的东部华侨城，最后我们来到了美丽的小岛——南澳岛上的金沙湾。一下车，我们就直接冲向海滩，冲着大海大喊：“大海，我来了。”这是我出生以来第一次见到大海，它一望无际，海水碧蓝碧蓝的，清澈见底，海滩上人头攒动，人们穿着漂亮的泳衣在嬉戏着。我们不由自主的换上泳衣，带着泳圈冲向了大海，一个浪头打过来，我们吓得倒退了几步，爸爸和舅舅牵起我们的手，告诉我们不要害怕，一起去冲浪，我鼓起勇气走向大海，我感觉海浪像一座座小山似的从我的脚下划过，我兴奋极了。海浪把我们送回了海边，我们在沙滩上堆沙堡、捡贝壳……

当然了，这个暑假我也没光顾着玩耍，每天我都坚持学习，除了写暑假作业我还阅读了不少课外书籍，从中我学到了很多知识和道理。偶尔也会帮爸爸妈妈做些力所能及的家务事……总之，这个暑假我过的很充实，也很快乐。
