奶奶家小区的南边，好多栋高楼拔地而起，都是小高层，抬眼望去高的都数不过多少层来，建筑工人叔叔都要坐电梯上下干活，正是因为有了他们辛勤的劳动才让我们住上了宽敞明亮的大房子。

放暑假的时候，正是各种蔬菜成熟的季节。奶奶和周围的爷爷奶奶们在小区外开出了一片片菜地，有茄子、棉花、毛豆、玉米……绿油油的一大片可好看了!奶奶每天辛勤的提水浇地，吃到自己种出来的蔬菜，奶奶高兴地笑了!

训练是艰苦的，但训练更是希望的开始。我们开始了100米赛跑。我第一个上场，深吸一口气，好象即将上战场的战士，等待老师一声令下，我一个箭步冲出起跑线，把旁边的队员甩在身后，还差五六十米了，我两臂快速摆动，双腿协调的跟上，最终以16秒80完成了比赛。虽然这不是我最好的成绩，但还是让我找回了运动场上拼搏的感觉。后面的队友大部分都是四年级，但也都不甘落后，18秒，17秒，20秒，都用尽全力跑出了自己理想的成绩。

训练也是开心的。时间过得很快，最后15分钟，大家玩起了足球比赛。队员们在场上快乐地飞奔，圆圆的球在我们脚下快乐地跳跃，这场面，太阳公公都不忍心再伤害我们，悄悄躲进了云层。当然比赛会有输赢，戚老师也不忘用运动的方式对待我们的成绩，胜方做10个俯卧撑，输方做30个。最终，我们以2比1赢得了比赛，也开开心心地接受了10个俯卧撑。

大家有说有笑的离开了运动场。其实，这训练一点也不累，只要你有耐心，信心，和决心就行了。
