三年的学习生活，铸就了我勤奋诚实，积极热情的性格，培养了我拼搏向上的精神，提高了自我判断、策划、协调等多方面能力，为自己注入了全新的营养，为今后的工作打下了良好的基础。由以上情况本人适合担任地铁站务员工作，能与外国人交流，为他们指引方向。哪里谁叫随到，需要就往哪里跑，有一分热发一分光。让乘客井然有序上下车，老幼病残有专人护理，到地铁站就像到自己家一样幸福温馨!

实践是检验真理的唯一标准。所以每年我利用放假时间参加了春运、暑运!了解到整样工作才能让乘客满意，旅客放心。并且参观了地铁设施，查阅大量的资料，对地铁方面的规章制度，管理要求都比较清楚!我想一个人只有把聪明才智应用到实际工作中去，服务于社会，有利于社会，让效益来证明自己，才能真正体现自己的自身价值!虽然现在应聘的只是一名普通的站务员，但我坚信，不久后的将来我一定会有惊人的进步和提升，担任更高一级的职务。路是一步一步走出来的。只有脚踏实地，努力工作，才能做出更出色的成绩!
