with the development of technology, people can do some operations to make

their faces look prefect, even to look much younger than their real ages. when

we see the commercial ads, we can find the stars look gorgeous, we are so envy

about their young faces. but to me, i think the secret of keeping young is not

by surgery operation, but to keep a healthy lifestyle. today, young people are

living an unhealthy life, they like to stay up and wake up at the noon. young

people form the habit of taking activity at night while sleeping in the day. how

terrible it is, they are damaging their bodies, their bodies will get older than

the normal speed. if people sleep early and wake up in the morning, do some

exercises and keep the balance diet, they will look young. so don’t expect the

Some people often say that gold and silver are the most valuable things the

world.However,I have my reservations.In my submission,reading is more valuable

than anything else.It’s well known that book is the quintessence of human

wisdom.Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.

Sometimes our daily life can start to feel dull, dry or depressing — I know

it, you know it, we all know it. At times like this, I like to dive into a good

fiction book for a much-needed escape into another world, where I can forget

about whatever problems are stressing me out. Whether you want to travel to the

land of the Hobbits, a galaxy far away or a tropical destination in a steamy

romance novel is up to you. You’ll come back refreshed after your mini-vacation

to a fresh and exciting place in the world of words.

Books are our friends. They introduce us different kinds of knowledge. They

lead us down the road to success.

Books are our teachers. They teach us troth, science, literature, and

philosophy of life. Besides, they increase our knowledge, enlarge our

experience,strengthen our character and do many other things which we can not do

without them.

Books tell us what is good and what is evil. And only books can tell the

good from the bad.

Therefore to read more books is the best policy for our young students.

Reading introduced me to concepts like mindful eating, relaxation

exercises, and the importance of loving yourself. If I didn’t read, I wouldn’t

even be aware of these ideas, which have defined my entire coaching philosophy.

If you don’t read, you could be missing out on intriguing ideas that would

likewise re-define your personal purpose or business philosophy.

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many

other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad

books will do us more harm than good.

However, in current days,many of us spend most of the leisure time in

playing games or surfing the internet,instead of reading. its a pity to find it

less and less our students are interesting in reading,or have formed a habit of

reading.So,in order to revive reading,this beneficial activity,wed better take

One is never too old to learn.No matter at what time we realize the

How time flies! My three-year middle school life will be over soon. Looking

back， I have many memories of my English study.

When I entered the middle school， I had so many difficulties with my

English. I was not able to understand the teacher in class， and I couldn’t

master the words and phrases. For a time I wanted to give it up. Later， with the

help of the teacher and my classmates， I listened to the teacher carefully in

class， kept on reading English every day and spoke as much as possible. Step by

step I made great progress in English.

In a word， only when you develop interest in studying English can you learn

it well.

I have a house. It is big and new. There are eight rooms in it. They are a

living-room， a kitchen， three bedrooms， one study and two bathrooms. I watch TV

in the living-room. I do my homework in the study. I have dinner in the kitchen.

This is my house. I like it.

Hide and seek will be played by every child, which is my favorite game. I

like to find a quiet park and then play hide and seek with friends. The place is

big and we can hide in many corner. When my friends come close to me, I will be

nervous and hold my breath. The most exciting moment is found by other

persons.

I have many good teachers, but my favourite teacher is Miss Li. SW he is a

very good teacher.

She is very young, but her English is very good. She teaches us English

every day. Her class has so much fun.She sings songs with us, plays games with

us. We are so happy . And we learn English well. Our English are very very

good.So I like her very much.

She likes reading books and playing sports. After class, Miss Li often

plays sports with us. We are very happy. We all love her very much.

My mother is the most diligent person in my house, she takes care of me all

A long time ago, there were ten sun in the sky. The weather was very very

hot.Plants could not grow. Animal could not live long. There was a man. His name

was Houyi. He short nine suns out of the sky. In the end, only one sun remained.

The weather got cooler. Plants could grow. People were happy.

I am happy .I have my own room . Look!This is my room.It’s small but

clean.There is a desk and a bed.There are some dolls on my bed .There are two

chairs. There is a bookshelf，too.My bookshelf has two layers. I put the

story—books on the first layer. I put the other kinds books on the second layer.

I often clean it .There are two big windows. On the windows，you can see some

Now I have already told you a story about an old man that thought he knew

everything, and had been asked a hard question to answer by the king’s

professor; and had been crowned king. Well in this story, I am going to tell you

how the old man got back to thinking he knew everything, and was asked another

hard question by the king’s professor.

It all happened that one day, when the professor was feeling sick, the old

man happened to be on the stage. Now he had a throne too, but not as fancy as

the professor’s. And so he decided to sit on it. When other people are standing

in line to ask for questions, the old man said, “The professor has quit, and so

I shall rule this stage and this kingdom!”

All the people gave him a slow clap, and at last began to ask questions.

Two more days passed and the professor got better, and walked to the stage. But

he found that on his throne was the old man. “Ah! Professor!” shouted the old

man in an angry tune, “You quit! I heard you say that a week ago!” “I said that

I was going to quit about two days because I was sick,” explained the professor

if not, the guards shall make you my breakfast, next month!” “Deal,” said the

professor, still smiling. And so the hard question contest began.

easy,” said the professor, and he wrote it on a paper. When he is finished, he

handed the paper over to the old man; it said, “If you want to find the answer,

When the New Year is coming, I am really happy because I can get a lot of

lucky money from my parents and relative. My mother will save the money for me.

She tells me that she will return it to me when I grow up. I also keep part of

I am going to have a busy weekend ! On Saturday , Im going to clean my

room and do homework. Then , in the evening , I m going to the supermaket with

my mother . On Saturday, Im going to the bookstore on foot . Im going to buy

my father is a nice man. he likes to play computer games. he is

an owner of a factory which produces many things .he is good at designing. he

works very hard. i love him very much because, sometimes, i can help him to do

Today, I learned piano back, mother gave me to eat melons. I said: "I can

give me cut half a melon, later, I ate ate, found some of which are yellow

doesnt matter." I understand the meaning of the mother, the melon all finished,

My family lives on this street. In the morning, my father goes to work and

all the children go to school. My mother takes us to school everyday. She does

the housework. She always has her lunch at home, and sees her friends in the

afternoon. In the evening all the children come home from school. They always

get home early. My father goes home from work and he is often late. After supper

my two brothers and I do our homework. We go to bed at ten.

Every parent wants their daughters to learn ballet and piano. My mother

finds me having no talent in ballet, so she chooses to send me to learn piano.

At first, I am not very interested in it, but soon I find practising it every

day makes me feel bored. I want to give up, but the girls around me keep coming

to the class, so I decide to hold on.
