今天是我的生日，而且又是本命年，可把我给高兴坏了，一大早，就起来了和妈妈去菜市场买了一大堆的菜，要知道老妈的厨艺那一个叫棒。我在一旁帮忙拣拣菜，老妈则在厨房里忙得热火朝天。我的同学一个接着一个来了，他们送我的生日礼物可有特色了：笔记本，贺卡……一大堆，我让他们边看电视边吃小吃，其中一个同学还把他家的狗也给带来了，那个狗可真让人喜欢，对对主人十分的忠实。爸爸说：“替我也养一只。”“我才不要呢。”我朝老爸做了一个鬼脸。

今天是“三八”妇女节。昨晚，我把提前给妈妈写好的信，偷偷的塞在妈妈包里，想给妈妈一个意外的惊喜。

一大早，妈妈去上班，发现了我给她写的信，她看了信后很感动，搂着我亲了又亲。妈妈把信装到她贴身的衣服兜里，她说她要一直带在身上，把它当作宝贝，因为这是女儿写给她的第一封信。我顿时感觉，我是世界上最幸福的孩子。

今天是妈妈的节日，我要祝妈妈节日快乐，身体健康，工作顺利，永远年轻。我也会更加努力的学习，以优异的成绩来回报妈妈。
